I have been a customer here for 8 months and would go every 2 weeks for powder gel never skipping a week. The place was recommended to me by a friend during the height of COVID because it was clean and they followed strict protocols. I have always gone to Lynn albeit 3 times when I walked in without an apt and she wasn't available. I just want to state that my nails last whenever I get them done here. I've only had 3 pedicures here in 8 months because they are subpar and the polish turned my nails yellow which grossed me out and so I never got another. When I first started coming Powder gel was $35 and I would always tip Lynn 50% of my service. I always paid cash and consider 50% to be very generous tip. My friends told me I was being too generous but I didn't listen. Over time I noticed she didn't care if I waited 15 min for my apt. She wouldn't speak while doing my nails and she never called me by my name (because turns out she doesn't know it after 8 months). She rushed me to pick colors and would get annoyed if I wanted a design. I recently noticed that the place was looking dirtier every time I walked in. They no longer even wipe down the tables between people or the arm rest pads, so expect to be leaning your hands into others leftover powders. The last few times Lynn did my nails, she cut me and tried to ignore it. My nails were also very rough and uneven. She even started to get lazy and leave on some of my old powder instead of filing it all off before applying my new set. A few times they charged me wrong and once I even had to call after I left to point it out and they told me I was right and they owed me $10. I started to realize that she didn't care that I tipped her so well. And clearly didn't care if I came back. This past time I got my nails done was the last straw for me. They recently raised their prices by $3 per service. Powder gel is now $38 and French powder is now $48 AS CLEARLY STATED ON THEIR PRICING LIST HUNG BEHIND THE REGISTER. When I went to pay for my French powder gel Lynn told me my total was $53. I said it states on the board behind you that powder French is $48. She said "no, powder gel is $38 and French is $15 extra". I was so completely done with their crap as this wasn't the first time they made up random pricing. I paid what she asked, and for the first time ever I tipped her only $8 (not that she deserved anything) and i walked out. I will not be returning. read more

I am so happy that I stumbled on to this nail salon. I usually always look at reviews when trying somewhere new, I was in a different area and used Yelp to find a nail salon, that salon was closed even though they were supposed to be open. So i kept on driving, this salon didn't have many reviews but all were great. So i said hey why not. First stepping in, it's soooo clean! I love that! It's located in a shopping area so plenty of parking (another plus) when i first arrived, i was greeted immediately and asked what services i wanted. I needed a pedicure BAD, it's been a long time coming (don't judge me lol) so i was told to pick my color. I was then greeted by a man who would be doing the pedicure for me. (Sorry didn't get his name, should have!) he showed me the different type of spa pedicures and i picked lavender. Let me tell you, that pedicure was amazing!!! From start to beginning. The massage was EVERYTHING!!! It was peaceful, good music playing, my pedicurist would ask me if things were okay along the way. (The pressure, the cut) all new materials were being used. Also, remember to bring cash for tip (i always forget) but was given the option of doing zelle which i appreciated a ton!! Love a salon that has option!! So long story short, go here!! I was in yesterday and I figured I get my nails done of course with my luck I get a women name Lynn whom was very unpleasant and not kind when doing my nails. She seemed tired I figured I give her a break and kill her with kindness but she was not interested in small talk and was very rude saying I was not relaxed. How do you want me to be relaxed when you give bad vibes to start with??! I don't recommend her to getting your nails done unlike my friend who came in with me she got better service for a plain medi and pedi. I highly suggest requesting someone else when you come here so you don't receive the same treatment I did here with Lynn. My nails did not turn out like I wanted to and to top it off the prices are outrages. Just to had chrome to the nail polish they were asking an extra 25$ to the new set when normally I usually get charged at the mall $10. Don't recommend this place go else where!!! read more

discovered this place with a groupon and have been going ever since. Love this cute little place. They are very clean and on top of the COVID rules. Very nice, attentive and do an amazing job. The powder dip nails look great last a long time and have us not only going back but really looking forward to going there. Relaxing environment and everyone is friendly and easy going. i go to school around the area and i read the reviews and i thought it would be a good place to try out. it was super clean ! my nail lady was lynn and she did a gorgeous job ! just like the picture i showed her. only thing was they didn't cut my cuticles they used the drill, but she had cuticle nippers in the plastic bag after their sanitized and i didn't know why she didn't use them but oh well. a bit pricey but worth it ! i will be coming back read more
