Started ordering from this place about four months ago, first two times were fantastic. Third time was a little iffy and for some reason when I was ordering online I had to call the location to confirm my order, which is ridiculous that defeats the purpose of ordering online if I have to call you, why wouldn't I just do that in the first place but anyhow on the fourth time when I came to pick up my food I had realized that there A restaurant grade had turned to a B and the grade reason is publicized for people to see online so looked up the reason why it was for the things you don't want a restaurant to lose there grade for, yikes! feel free to look it up yourself, but I abandoned my order because of that and the restaurant didn't even call me. Text me or message me to ask me why I didn't come to pick up my food or am I coming to pick up my food? They just ignored it put my money in their pocket and moved along with their day, upset that I lost my money, but very grateful I didn't consume their food further probably would have got sick more then likely but also if the people act like that their business very unprofessional read more

I ordered the 30 piece Boneless wings for my Bible study group. I ordered Garlic parmesan, Korean BBQ & Cajun Rub. WOW. amazing. The flavors are ON POINT! I ordered a size of Veggie Sticks, they were so fresh! My friends all loved the Flavors. I gotta say the Garlic Pam was my favorite though. So delicious & garlicy. The Buttermilk Ranch & Blue Cheese was fresh as well,. My order was ready on time and the lady even gave me extra sauces. The Boom Boom sauce was spicy! this place is DELICIOUS!!!! I used to be a huge fan of this place for many years and have made it a tradition for our growing family to stop by and get some wings on our frequent family vacations, but as of my last visit this will now change. I'm not sure what has happened to this establishment but it's no longer the same. This place used to known for their yummy wings and fantastic hospitality, none of which they have today. We spent over $100 on my family's order for it to be wrong. So I asked for the cashier for the correct item and was told that I was the one who ordered wrong and the lady proceed to try to argue with me over SIX wings. After an extensive amount of unnecessary time spent trying to get my correct order. She threw my box across the counter at me and my children and asked me to order "correctly" next time. Let me just say this, messing up my child's part of the order to something they CANT eat and telling me I'm wrong for doing my job as a parent.. & poor attitude and behavior you should be ASHAMED of yourselves and your staff. While I liked some flavors better than others (just a matter of personal taste), what I can say is that every batch was cooked to perfection. The wings remained crispy with the perfect amount of proportional sauce. The flavors popped! You can tell that the owners take pride in their business and their customers. Second time trying this place and once again was not disappointed. I had the garlic Parmesan wings last time and they were so good I got them again. Crispy and flavorful. We got their original hot which has a yummy buttery taste to it, garlic parm which was my fav and jerk chicken which my boyfriend loved. The portions are huge, we ordered a side of curly fries which were also crispy and well seasoned and for the price, I'd say they're pretty generous here! This place has the best wings I've had! The original hot, Korean bbq, and garlic Parmesan are our family's favorite, but I can easily say that pretty much all flavors are amazing! The employees are so kind, always providing something extra with our order without our knowledge whether it's soda or an extra order of fries. Oh and about the fries.... The loaded fries are BOMB.
