The vibe was ridiculously cool absolutely loved it. The music was amazing. We were considered preferred customers with our tickets and asked to sit at the bar. No questions asked the owner/manager even said, "The bar is probably better place to sit! " Awesome night out thank you so much. This was a treat!

The performers were extremely talented, and the host did a good job too. I got a hot chocolate, which was okay, as well as the mixed nuts, which were also okay. My large party also tried the popcorn, and it was a bit stale. I was saddened to see that there are no longer charcuterie boards on the menu, leaving only and truly "small bites" that don't really hit the spot. The chocolate covered pretzels were the only thing I ate, which I would order again. It seemed like we had to wait a long time to order, and then the server didn't come around as much. She was still great just a little slow on the service. I asked about a refund, and the on-site manager--who appeared very young and inexperienced--told me he'd have to "check with higher-ups." There was no attempt to resolve the situation or offer any real help. Just dismissive and unprofessional. Sure, I could have taken my purse back to my car, but it was parked over a mile away. That's not a reasonable solution once you're already at the venue and in line. Policies like this need to be clearly communicated in advance. Leaving people stranded at the door is unacceptable. Overall, a frustrating and poorly managed experience.

While in Tucson, AZ celebrating our anniversary we decided to check out a local spot that we heard…read morehad a great selection of beers to choose from. Upon our arrival it was like walking into paradise. Hundreds of beers, meads, ciders to choose from and they were all for me lol. The staff and locals were very friendly, offering up advise on local beers and how well they pair with food. Though it was still 100 degrees at 8pm, being able to sit outside, enjoy a nice beer and have a subtle breeze going, was heavenly to the experience. I'm definitely coming back to this beer haven soon. Need to restock my coffers.
