The representatives are blaming their negligence on Nicor. First, we were told there were down power lines, but there are no down powerlines on my block. All around my block others have lights. They are saying there is a gas leak in my area now, but when I called Nicor, they informed me that there are no gas leaks or any issues in my entire village. We have children in our home, and when I told the representative that it is very hot in the daytime she told me that we just have to figure it out. No technicians from comed have come to my area at all these past two days, and I am calling in religiously to ask them to just come and look, but no one has come. It does not take that long to come through and do their jobs.

They send late fees for no reason with no explanation and one day I tried calling to ask why and representative who answered picked up the phone while laughing and asked me what I wanted. They have also charged me 6 different times for late fees for no reason and my building manager has had to call them to get it dropped. There is no reason for that even to happen in the first place. Lastly, what company in 2015 doesn't let you pay through your own bank? I bank with chase (like millions of other ppl around Chicago) There is no way I would ever set up direct billing with AUM because I would be charged for all sorts of random things. The worst part about it is you want to make an individual payment to them they charge you a $7.50 fee because it has to be be done on their website or mailed by check. They also don't accept credit cards over the phone! I'm sorry, but what is that shit?? Are we living in 1992? I am not renewing my lease for the simple fact that I will not pay such an awful company such as AUM a penny more.

We purchased city pass tickets since we were visiting for a couple of days and chose the sky deck as one of our activities. They recommend making a reservation through the app so you can book the time you'd like to visit. Once we were in we went through the experience where we got to see exhibits and take fun pictures throughout. From there we took the elevator to the 103 floor to see the sky deck. The views of the city are super beautiful and of course we have to get our fun photos from the ledge!

While a 90-second time limit makes sense on a packed day, on a slow day with only 10-20 people in line and 4 decks available, they should easily extend it. Instead, they cram multiple groups into one deck--forcing our party of four adults to share tight space with two strangers--and strictly require everyone to enter simultaneously. By the time you get settled and overcome any nerves, your 90 seconds are already up. We would have rated our experience much higher, but an employee soured the end of our visit. When we politely asked him to take a photo, he rudely and repeatedly barked that he would only do so if we left immediately afterward, even though we had timed our visit and were barely over the limit. Great attraction, but better customer service and flexibility are desperately needed.
