I bought a used 2010 FLHTK from this dealership. Everything went smooth. It wasn't until after the sale was final that I was made aware of the 20% discount I would receive on all HD items that I would buy from this dealership and the other 3 dealerships that are owned by the same person. I have had two other HD motorcycles purchased at other dealerships and non of them have offered me this discount. I saved a buttload of money buying all my items from this dealership. I put a bike on hold with a credit card on weds, the bike was going to be transfered to a dealer closer to me on friday I went to sign the papers and close the deal. The bike hadnt been transfered yet and that was fine because I had seen it in person already. IL Harley called to get the miles on the bike for the title and wildfire told them" why do u need the miles for that bike" IL Harley said because we r in the process of selling it and Wirefire said we have someone here now buying it. Wildfire wouldnt tell the people buying the bike sorry we made a mistake and the bike was on hold...no they sold the people that walked in off the street the bike!!! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. I recently had new handle bars and a seat installed on my 2008 Road King. Bill in parts did a great job putting together the parts order and ensured that they would have everything needed for the install. There were some issues with the fit of the handle bars and my tech John really stepped up to get everything right. Kudos to John. Had my bike in the shop for about 2 months to repair minor issues, but anyone that's had service here knows the ridiculously long wait times. After all the time, and over $1000 later my bike breaks down in the middle of the expressway after about 15 min after having just picked it up. I called them and they told me that they didn't have any drivers so I had to call a tow that came out of my pocket (they refused to reimburse me the $250 tow charge, despite the fact that they told me they would when I first brought my bike in). Another $250 later they told me the issue was caused by a bad voltage regulator, which should have been checked in the first place as the whole reason I brought the bike in was to check various electrical problems (including the fact that I was on my second battery and it was losing charge). I spoke to another mechanic who immediately told me over the phone that he would have checked the voltage regulator based on my description of the problem. After such a terrible experience I asked to speak to the management to at least recover the towing fee (which they had told me they could I was told that they were always busy or in meetings so I wouldn't be able to reach them on the phone. The service tech took my info and said that he would have them give me a call back but that never happened. I later received a call from a customer service agent to ask me how my service was, she listened to everything I had to say, agreed it was unsatisfactory, and did nothing. I have still not heard from anyone. I received emails asking how my experience was and if they could contact me to rectify any issues, and still no one has contacted me. In conclusion I spent over $1,700 to have a battery put in, voltage regulator replaced, and turn signals installed; $369.60 was just in the tow, and Ubers back and forth since the bike wasn't ready when it should have been. Overpriced even for Harley standard and over 2 months to do such little work was unsatisfactory. All I asked was to be reimbursed for the tow and I would have been happy to just be done with it, but they couldn't even do that. Never go to this dealership for work unless you don't mind not having a bike for a few months even for something simple, and especially if you don't mind overpaying; you will regret it. read more

Wild Fire Service is a den of thieves and will steal your money. WF's service dept did not fix any of the problems I asked them to address yet told me I had warped front rotors I should replace for ~$500. My rotors were fine and thankfully I was skeptical of their claims and did not authorize them to do the work. When I asked the Service Manager to address my radio problems because their tech(?) never looked at it he undid my antenna and told me it was the problem. He then went on to embarrass himself and misquote the ohms for the speakers for my year Electra Glide. Because scamming me was not enough they stopped work on my bike which was scheduled for service to prioritize drop in customers. They completely forgot to start working on my bike again until I called them. They had my bike for 2 weeks and did not even look at my key electrical issues and they tried to claim my rotors were warped. They charged me for attempting to fix my cruise, which they never did. Wild Fire Harley is dishonest, incapable and you should go elsewhere, which seems to be the consensus here. read more

Years ago my husband and I went to this dealership to purchase a bike. We were interested in a bike and the salesman sat on a bike about 6 or 7 rows away. We said we were interested in the bike and yelled across "what do you want to know". We started to ask questions and he was yelling his answers across the room, never once getting up from the bike he was sitting on. We walked out. If that is the service they provide when purchasing we didn't want any part of it. My husband walked back in to tell them so. Fast forward to April 2014. It had been years since we did anything other than purchase something on sale or a gift for someone at this dealership. It had been years, why not give them another chance? April 7th made an appointment with Ray for the "Spring Special". Provided name, address, model/year of bike and type of service wanted. Dropped off the bike on April 8th at 6pm, gave name, phone number, address, bike, type of service requested. We had been told it should only take a day or so to get the service done. Came home on 4/9 and no phone message for the bike so my husband called. He was told service was very busy but if he would leave his name, phone number and model of bike someone would call back. No one called back. I got home on 4/10 and Ashley answered, said once again that Service was busy but if I provided my name, phone number and model of bike someone would call back shortly. I told her that we left that information the previous night and no one called us back. She said I would need to give it to her again and we would get a call back that night. No one called back. I called on 4/11 and was told AGAIN that Service was very busy and if I left my name, phone number and model of bike someone would call me back in 10-15 minutes. By 7pm NO ONE called us back. My husband called again at 7pm and we were told Service is very busy and he told them he just wanted to find out if the bike had been worked on and when it would be done. At this time we were just at our wits end! We got a call from Mark (going forward probably the only person there with balls to admit he would try to do something). He was helping out Service and would call us back. Mark DID call back, the bike had not even been worked on yet! He said he would have Ray call us back on 4/12. Well, we knew that would not happen because they were having their Birthday bash. Called on Sunday 4/13 and we were told once again that they would have someone call us back. Ok, we did call again, Ray finally got on the phone and at one point blamed my husband for his bike just sitting there by telling him that his bike was there and they didn't know what to do with it because there was no service order! Really? If you had a bike there with no service order wouldn't you call the customer? After demeaning my husband on the phone and acting like it was my husbands fault for not having the name of the person who he dropped the bike off with, Ray says the bike will be done on 4/17. We go to pick up the bike on 4/17 and the order reads the bike was dropped off on 4/16, WRONG. Remaining calm, which is difficult for me, I point this out to Ray, tell him we called for days asking about the bike and no one called back and he says that he told my husband he made a mistake in his phone conversation with him and apologized. I beg to differ, my husband had the phone on speaker and never once did Ray apologize. He said they made a mistake but he never apologized. We were about to pay for the bike and yeah, my husband told Ray he "sucked" so Ray walked away and pouted to the others in the shop that he would not wait on someone who told him he sucked. Well Ray, you do SUCK and so does that whole dealership! Mark, run as fast as you can away from that place. Never, EVER again will we give this place the benefit of doubt, it sucks and we will NEVER go back again for anything! read more

I have purchased several Harley Davidson motorcycles in the past. This was the first time I had ever dealt with wildfire. I traveled from another state to do business with them after I was assured by Frank that they were paying top dollar for trades, and it would be more than worth my time to make the trip. There isn't enough room to describe what a miserable experience it was. The bike I wanted was difficult to find so I worked out the best deal I could. I met layer after layer of managers that couldn't make that decision, and referred me to yet another manager. The bike was not in acceptable condition when delivered, but one heard that during my time there. Not until I gave them a poor review on Facebook did they respond. They promised me the moon, and would make it right. Long story short I began to wonder if I would ever get my bike back, and they still had not fixed things that were wrong. Do not waste you time here. I had the sleazy dealer feeling when I got home as well, and felt like I needed a shower just for being there. read more

just picked up my new bike today, i went in last week to see a green bagger, when i was told it sold a few days earlier, i thought yeah right, bait and switch. then they looked at their inventory sheet and found they had another green one at a different location they could show me in a few days. this other bike is optioned better and has better recent maintenance than the one i first went to see, and it was $500 cheaper, done deal, i rode it home in 30 degree weather with a huge smile frozen onto my face read more

Man, where do I start. First of all I walk in and get immediately attacked by the salesman. Don't get me wrong, he was a nice guy, but really lacking in knowledge of the bikes and confused me more than helped me. I think that's their trick, get you confused, then pull the wool over your eyes. I decided on the bike I really wanted and we talked about some prices. Then I get transferred over to the sales manager who was actually the one that writes the deal. This guy, Tony Fasano, was a total ignorant asshole. I think he thought he was Oppie from the Sons of Anarchy, what a jerk. All the prices changed. Besides the fact that I have excellent credit, this moron tried to hit me up with an 18.9% interest rate when Harley is offering a 3.9% deal right now and he also inflated the cost of the bike with all kinds of fees and other unjustified costs. Well after being talk to like a 12 year old, I got up and left. I have to say that it was the most unpleasant experience I have ever had. I will never go back there again. Bought a new 2013 Street glide from them , The Salesman and Tony were both great , Once I signed the papers , yea there done with you , I called not even 24 hrs later to ask the Salesman Mike about one of the extras on my bike , he said he would call me back in a few minutes , that was in July and to this day I have not heard back from him , They had 6 weeks to get the parts for my bike ,, yet when i dropped it off on the day THEY SCHEDULED , they didn't have them , Another store had the antenna , They said they would go RIGHT now to get it , so I left ,,, Called the next day the first thing Ray said to me was YOU know we don't have the antenna right ? Ray your the one who told them to go get it !!!!! how would i know this ? , Then 2 days later i call to see if bike is done , The first thing RAY say's is YOU KNOW WE DON'T have the HEADLIGHT right ? HOW WOULD I KNOW ??? SO six weeks wasn't even time to order a daymaker headlight ? , I will never take my bike there again !!!!!!! read more
