Chicago Locksmiths changed out my mailbox lock, fast and safely given the current state of pandemic. I messaged through Yelp on Memorial Day Sunday and they got back to me within 2 minutes! They gave me a quote which actually turned out $15 less than the estimate and pre-screened to ensure I was safe enough for them which means they are likely going to be safe enough for me (and you). The tech came within a hour and changed out my lock fast. I also liked that they checked my ID just so they new I was the owner of the place and wasn't just someone asking to pop a mailbox lock. The response was quick - we called to schedule an appointment and they came out the same day. Mike was knowledgeable, friendly, professional and went through all our options with us without pressuring us into choosing any particular option. He told us the pluses and minuses of rekeying versus replacing all the locks and helped us make the best choice for us.
