He not only set up time to come by, but he proactively recommended electronic locks to me, steering me towards a better lock than the one I planning to install. When he called, instead of apologizing or taking responsibility, he became rude because I couldn't suddenly show up at a different time that worked for him. The phone interaction was disrespectful and poorly handled. As a business owner myself, I would never speak to a customer the way I was spoken to. Regardless of skill level, professionalism and basic respect matter. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this company.
