But I can attest that my experience with Chicago Locksmiths was all I could have hoped for and more. Aedan was phenomenal - I called because I needed to get an electronic lock installed. He not only set up time to come by, but he proactively recommended electronic locks to me, steering me towards a better lock than the one I planning to install. After I looked further into it, he saved me the hassle of having to get additional hardware to use with the other lock I was planning to go with. That's above and beyond service in my opinion. Response time was pretty much immediate and Aedan was able to come out same day without an extra charge. Also, he was so patient throughout all my questions - just amazing customer service. When he called, instead of apologizing or taking responsibility, he became rude because I couldn't suddenly show up at a different time that worked for him. The phone interaction was disrespectful and poorly handled. As a business owner myself, I would never speak to a customer the way I was spoken to. Regardless of skill level, professionalism and basic respect matter. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this company.
