I recently brought my 2017 Porsche Cayenne to Autohaus on Lincoln Avenue after first taking it to…read morethe Porsche dealership. The difference in both pricing and customer service was remarkable. The dealership charged me $550 for an oil change, while Autohaus would have performed the same service for approximately $250. I also had my front and rear brakes replaced, along with an alignment, and saved well over $2,000 compared to the dealership's estimate. Gary and his team of highly skilled technicians did an outstanding job. Their expertise, honesty, attention to detail, and fair pricing are exactly what you hope to find when servicing a high-end foreign vehicle. The work was completed professionally, on time, and with excellent communication throughout the process. It is refreshing to find an independent shop that delivers dealership-quality service at a fraction of the cost. I trust Autohaus completely with my Porsche and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional service on European luxury vehicles. Five stars are not enough. Thank you, Gary and the entire Autohaus team, for a truly outstanding experience!

They're always responsive, quick to answer questions, and great at keeping me informed throughout the repair process. Most importantly, the quality of their work is consistently excellent. I trust them completely with my vehicle because they're thorough, honest, and clearly take pride in what they do. On top of that, their shop is spotless and well organized, which really reflects their professionalism and attention to detail. It's not easy to find a repair shop that checks all the boxes, but this one truly does. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality car service.

It's taken me a few months to write this review because I do not want to damage someone's business,…read morebut I do feel that I should warn others about the service I received here. I took my car in because my sunroof was stuck open. They gave me an estimate to fix it and I agreed to have the service done. Ultimately they were not able to fix it and I still had to take it to the dealer for repair who told me the damage that was done would result in an even more expensive repair. Overall, I had a horrible experience with poor communication throughout. They had my car for several weeks and I had to chase them for updates. After the first week with no updates, I finally reached the shop manager and the response I got was to "be patient". This was the state of my car when I picked it up, which was not the state I dropped it off in. Although my car was over 10 years old it was in nearly perfect condition when I dropped it off. The car was hit while parked on the street outside the shop. When I saw the damage I went back into the shop and they sent me to their body shop to have it buffed out. Much of the damage came out but not all of it. Nothing was offered to rectify the damage done to the interior of the car. I sent emails to the shop with the pictures below, but got no response.

DO NOT COME HERE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS…read more The short version: this shop pulled a bait-and-switch twice, lied about pricing, and refused to release our car unless we paid more than the agreed quote. The situation escalated to the point where we had to call the police so we could safely leave with our vehicle. The full story: We live in the neighborhood and have been paying customers of this shop for 3-4 years. Most recently, we brought our car in to replace a side mirror that had been chipped overnight. We spoke directly with the lead mechanic, who explained that the replacement mirror might not be an exact color match but guaranteed--both verbally and on the written quote--that it would be a similar shade. He also said that if the part arrived in a completely different color, it would be sent back. We agreed on a set price. A few days later, he called to say the mirror arrived and that it was dark silver (our car is white), but told us he would cover the cost of painting it so it would match. We asked multiple times on that call to confirm there would be no additional charge, and he confirmed there would not be. When we arrived to pick up the car, the shop demanded $250 more than the agreed quote, stating that we either had to pay the higher amount or they would remove the mirror and return the car in its original damaged condition. We explained that we had been long-time customers, lived in the neighborhood, and had clear proof of what was agreed to. None of that mattered. The lead mechanic refused to involve the owner or management, even though we had a recording of the call confirming the price. He stated that he "couldn't make $10 on this job" and tried to undo the work instead of honoring the agreement. The situation became so hostile that we had to call the police to supervise the interaction. The mechanic showed up outside of his shift, became aggressive and loud, and had to be calmed down by the police while they waited for us to safely leave the lot. This experience showed a complete lack of honesty, accountability, and leadership. There is no clear management presence, no concern for customer service, and no willingness to stand by written or verbal agreements. If you value transparency, professionalism, or basic trust with your car, do not bring it here
