Weeks prior, my husband vehicle had been leaking fluids on the garage floor, so i purchased two silver large cookie sheets from a auto mechanic store, to catch liquid and keep from staining the floor, put one under each vehicle. He insisted there was a leak. I'm panicking because I was unsure if we should put the vehicle on the road. But we did, stopping along the way to check the radiator fluids several times, never did the fluids go low even to today, That was in late June and here we are in mid October. The Mark-up: The core issue is the very high markup on an entry-level part. For a total price of $1,042, it is reasonable to expect a higher-quality part brand. So the conclusion is get your written price quotes before you commit. I got mine via phone conversation only and they never sent me one via email or text as they promised.
