My boyfriend and I love Chicago's Pizza. It's one of the perks of living in this area, I guess. We didn't have them when I lived in Lafayette. Their breadsticks are so good without being greasy. The nacho cheese has just the right amount of spice to it. We prefer to go for lunch when they have a buffet. That way you can get a variety. But last night we ordered a carry-out pizza with mushrooms and tomatoes. It was so good! read more

Chicago's has been a local staple for years now and I've always loved their 'za. But, I'd be more apt to leave a 5 star review if it weren't for the fact that they decided to use SWEET pickles on their pizza. This is a cardinal sin on all pizza kind. This place is so good! I haven't tried a pizza here that wasn't incredible, even pizzas I don't like at other pizza places, I like here! And for the price you can't beat this place. You have access to a endless pizza and breadstick bar for 8.00$ (with water, 8.50$ with soda).. That's insane!! Only reason it's 4 star and not a Beaming 5 star is because there's no service, I don't mean they're slow, it's literally just non existent, so anything you need you get haha. I am really bad about writing reviews lately...so much that I have been back 4 times since the initial visit. This is truly a great place. Most of my visits have been in the evening but I do see they have a lunch buffet that is served between I believe 11am and 2pm. The service has always been great. The past couple times we have been there we have had the same server. I think his name is Matt but I am terrible with names. He is a nice guy that is always racing around the place. I appreciate the pace in which he moves because he seems to take care of all of his tables. I have never had a drink run out or sat around waiting for him to bring me my check. So yes, I hope his name is Matt because hes awesome. Onto the food. Pizza is pizza if you ask me. You have to do something special if you want to survive when that is what you are serving. I really like their pizza. I have done both the traditional and deep dish and really enjoy them. I like the cheese blend, the sauce, and even the crust. The pepperoni sticks or whatever they're called are a must as an appetizer. The location is clean and the facilities are kept tidy and well stocked as well. The location is convenient as they aren't in a busy part of the south side. So it is real easy to get in and out of. They even have outdoor seating but honestly I have never seen anyone sit out there. If you are in Franklin Township then you need to check them out. read more

Heard so many good things about this place so I had to see for myself. It was Saturday and pretty busy. Customer service was good and pizza did take a while for it to be made, but it was well worth it! I tried the deep dish pepperoni and the first bite was heaven. Sauce and cheese were on point. The crust was nicely done with a good amount of crunch to it. I was already full by the 3rd slice. Had the L. Excellent pizza. Nice atmosphere, clean, good service and was fast when we mentioned that we were in a little hurry. The pizza was properly done, with a lovely golden crust. We are fairly new to Indy and wanted to try a local pizza place. We settled on Chicago's and weren't disappointed. I had seen great comments about their breadsticks on Yelp so we tried them out. Again, we weren't disappointed. They were very simple. Not overly coated in butter, salt, or garlic. They were VERY hot, fresh, and soft on the inside. We did an order of six which gets you two kinds of sauces. I like traditional pizza sauce, my wife went with nacho cheese. The other options were cheddar cheese or garlic butter. The pizza was great, too. We got a large traditional crust. The flavor of the cheese stood out to me the most, in a good way. We felt we got good, quality food for the price. Chicago's Pizza thrives on good customer service. The wait staff is attentive and friendly. I've been to Chicago's a few times and I want to like the pizza more than I do because the customer service is pretty quality and the atmosphere is good. The deep dish pizza at Chicago's is not quite deep dish as I think deep dish should be. I would say that the deep dish pizza is more like pan pizza than deep dish pizza. The breadsticks are pretty good and the salad bar is good for the price. About the atmosphere, Chicago's is a good place for the family. I have been at the restaurant a few times when they have had someone coming around with balloons for kids. The restaurant does some spirit nights for the local school organizations, so they are an easy restaurant to like and support, but I wish that the pizza were just a little better. read more

Our favorite pizza spot in Indy! The traditional skyline is our family's favorite and we always have to get the breadsticks. The breadsticks are an absolute must if you go (with nacho cheese sauce). Pizza buffet during the week is also good. Salad bar has all the vegetables diced real small which I personally love. Have been here numerous times.
