We received a coupon for a free pizza after recently moving into the neighborhood. I called to see what the "catch" was, but there really was none so of course I ordered a pizza I got a pizza with ham, sausage, onion, mushroom, and green peppers. Being from Chicago, I guess you could call me a pizza expert. Don't be fooled. Chicagoans only eat deep dish pizza once a year, so anyone saying Chicago pizza must be deep dish is lying or misinformed! This pizza was exactly the type of Chicago pizza I am used to! It flooded my brain with memories of getting pizza with my family and friends. This is the closest restaurant to where I live, and it definitely did not disappoint! was in town and I found this Chicago pizza restaurant and thought I'd give it a try. To my surprise, it was a buffet with an awesome salad bar fully stocked. They had a wide variety of pizzas to Select from the price was more than fair at only $13 for all you can eat with drink included!!! Staff was very friendly and courteous very helpful. Inside the restaurant there were multiple TVs with different channels on with a little Chicago fill in the air. I've eaten at several Chicago's Pizza locations before, but this location is truly exceptional and outstanding compared to the other ones. Their pizza is always nicely cooked and well done and delicious. I've not had one single bad experience here. We love this spot! This has some unique flavors and great costumer service. We have orders a few times and find them consistently delicious. If you are craving some spice or unusual flavors to your pizza this is a good option. I love the spicy Ed's that comes with the chilies or curry sauces, and the fact that they will do their veggies on overboard is a plus for me as well. I get pizza with no cheese usually (don't judge!) and this is one of the few spots that make it so as to still be delicious even without the cheese topping. We need half stars in Yelp. We were greeted and sat. We waited 9 minutes before the young man came back by and asked if a server had been by. We said no. He took our drink order and said the name of the young lady that would be our server. Another 5 min before we got our drinks. We got sweet tea instead of unsweet but we decided it wasn't a big deal. I was going to give them 15 min from the time we sat down to serve us something. They just squeaked by. Breadsticks, nacho cheese and marinara was really good. Pizza with traditional crust and pepperoni two ways was really good. Restaurant was cold. They needed to crank up the heat. They have garage doors which would be great in the summer but not very air tight in the winter. This was a much better tasting Chicago's Pizza then the Chicago's Pizza with a Twist we were in last week. Still not quite like the pizza we had years ago off the circle but still good. read more

A coworker and I decided to check this place out for lunch since it's close to our office. They have a lunch Buffett that is $10 per person. The pizza was very good, warm and fresh! The staff wore PPE, which showed me they respect my health as I do theirs. This location is brand new so everything was clean and still had its "new" look. Very good place to go for a celebration dinner or just to run and pick up dinner on a busy day. I only gave 4 stars as I ordered the deep dish Skyline (sausage, pepperoni, mushroom, onion and green peppers) of which I didn't see any onions and only a few sausage throughout entire pizza. As they are new, staff is probably still learning the recipes. I will be back to give them another try!:) read more

My son and daughter came home from here totally disgusted and complaining of the lack of service. Usually, they never complain about anything so this must have been really bad I hope the manage r takes a look at the tickets to see the comment " Terrible Service" on the sales ticket. Too bad the server didn't take care of them..she missed out on a 10.00 tip. My daughter usually tips extremely well.. From what they are saying they were there for an hour and others were served before them people. No service no tip.. wake up Chiacago managers people don't go back if not treated well. Jacamos is just around th we corner and their staff and pizza is hard to beat....you are just a little closer and convenient but if you can't take.carenof customers no matter how close they will leave and not come back. So disappointed by the service or should I say lack of service I received at the Chicago's Pizza on Worthsville and Sheek Road. 15 minutes and no one had come to our table and so I politely went up and said do you know who is serving this section because no one has come to take our order or anything. She was rude and said well they will when they have time. Then said I should not have sat myself. I said I did not sit myself that someone sat us there, that's how we have menus. Another almost 10 minutes go by so I go back up and said we still have not been helped. I then got an eye roll and was told they would be right with us. So I asked to speak with the manager. The manager didn't apologize or anything. Said they got a rush which they didn't and so I said people who came after us had already been helped. He said well someone will be with your when they get time. I said nope because we will take our business elsewhere. Urrgh. read more
