Not a lot of customization with lessening sugar (I need to watch my sugar for health reasons) but the staff was lovely and it felt like a unique experience. The numbers were hard to hear but then we noticed there was a light up sign with numbers on it. I'd come back for something else if a friend recommended it, maybe when I don't have to watch my sugar. read more

This place is ok. It's clean and chic, and can get crowded real quick between people trying to order and people waiting for their drinks. The experience varies. In a previous visit the cashier was super nice, helpful and soft spoken. This visit the cashier talked very very fast like she was in a hurry but I was the only one in line. Also, I wasn't impressed our drinks were clearly ready on the counter and the cashier placed them side by side, so I'm sure she saw the order was complete, instead of calling my number so I can get my drinks, she walks towards the other employees making the drinks, whispers and giggles with them and then comes back to continue handing out drink. There was a couple a few people ahead of me still waiting for their drinks too and their order had been ready too. The drinks are ok, considering what you pay, they are a little on the pricer side for what you get. I think it can be a tad better. I asked for perfect sweet and less ice, and it came out kind of bland. The boba was really good, perfectly soft and not too chewy. Also, I think they go a little overboard with all the packaging for the aesthetics. It's nice to have the option of individual cup sleeves with string handles if you have to carry multiple cups but I don't think it's necessary to put on EVERY cup so I requested to not have them on mine. read more

Unfortunately some the tapioca pearls were hard in the middle and didn't have the chewy quality throughout every sip. I wasn't able to finish it all. Orange High Mountain Pouchong Tea: $6.00 - yum! This drink was tasty, light, and refreshing. I would order this one again. I highly recommend taking the time for the custom tea tasting experience. It was unique! I haven't been to a tea shop in SLC that offers complimentary tastings before. Our tea-master was Tina and she helped explain all the different styles of tea. I chose the "Dusk" (roasted dark flavor) and my husband chose the "Dawn" (light in flavor). For new tea drinkers, this is a great introductory service to explore different tastes. Would you go? Classic fruit tea 5/5 It has passion fruit, apple, and pineapple. So refreshing on a hot day. I got perfect sweetness and I enjoyed it, a bit sweet with the fruit so I would say less sweet might be a better call if you generally like less sweet drinks. High mountain Pouchong Tea w/ Mango and coconut jelly 2/5 This tea must have a very light taste because the drink almost tasted like water with a hint of coconut. Would spend my money on something that had more flavor. We also got this drink at "perfect sweetness" but I would say it had almost no sweetness. I think generally the drinks here are less sweet. Overall, everything was great and I would come back to try other teas. The line was about 10 people long on a Saturday. I would estimate we waited 30 min in total for our drinks, but I could see the staff was working diligently on the orders. read more

I'm not the biggest fan of house milk teas (which is usually the typical black milk tea) but I really enjoyed theirs! They were handing out samples of it so I'm glad I got to try it, you can tell how high quality their black tea is. They also allow you to smell the different fragrances of the teas so you can get a sense of which one you choose. The staff here is very welcoming and kind. They have a tea tasting from 1 pm to 6 pm that happens everyday and you get to learn how they make their teas! The price is a bit steep so I won't be coming here all the time but it's a great change for when you want some high quality tea. Their menu is quite simple and you can also build your own drink by choosing a specific tea, flavor, and topping. They also have sugar and ice adjustments, I went with normal/perfect for sweetness and the drink was not very sweet itself so I would recommend sticking with the normal level of sugar if you like any sweetness at all! read more

This location is very bright and airy, situated conveniently inside/by the entrance to H-mart and also really close to Asian City, so you can do your grocery shopping before or after you stop in for a cup of tea. The wait has been short whenever I go, and I love the tea flavor of the drink. There's also a pretty good deal on several of the drinks on Uber Eats for a BOGO for your first order, so you get double the drink for the same price. :) read more
