It sounds like it wouldn't work, but to my surprise I quite enjoyed it. Semi-sweet cream filling and chewy fresh mochi sandwiched between light and fluffy sponge cake then rolled in a dried meat floss and what looked to be nori. The smell was a little pungent, but I always try something once. I never know what I may like until I've tried it and this is definitely a "Don't Yuck My Yum" situation.
