I got the Southwest Veggie Wrap from Chick-fil-A at its drive-through location in Alabaster, AL. The customer service was great, and the employees were very friendly. As usual, the drive-thru line moved quickly, which is one of the things I enjoy most about Chick-fil-A, because it's so convenient when picking up your meal. Overall, the wrap tasted good, and I liked the way the fresh vegetables combined to produce a nice flavor. Additionally, the ingredients seemed fresh, and the wrap was very filling. However, the wrap was slightly dry, and it could have used some sauce inside to combine all the flavors and add a bit of extra moisture. I suggest including either ranch, their signature sauce, or honey mustard to add additional flavor to the wrap. I also chose to have the kale salad as my side item; it paired well with the wrap, and it tasted very rich, without a rich vinegar-like coating that kept the kale from tasting dry, unlike spinach does. read more

Chick-fil-A is consistent if nothing else. Apparently Jesus loves it, so everyone in my small conservative town keeps the order lines filled. I went last night and got the typical sandwich, waffle fries and a Diet Coke. The sandwich was fresh and the waffle fries were fine. As usual store was noisy and crowded. However, it just was not that tasty. It wasn't awful, but was just average. Honestly I long for the days where Kentucky Fried Chicken was not a greasy pile of mess, but a very tender and delicious treat. Late review but the more I see social media posts about the "other sandwhich," I have a quick confession. I attempted to try the "other sandwhich" last week but of course they were out. So I went to old faithful and of course, I was able to get me a freshly cooked Spicy Chicken Sandwhich. Not sure if they are taking notes on the competition (Seriously doubt it) but this was the best one I have had to date!!! We were delivering some groceries to our grandmother and also wanted to bring something to eat for lunch to her when we stopped by. We decided to get some Chick Fil A since it had been a while since we had gotten some of that addicting chicken. Upon driving up, we saw the usual - CFA employees directing traffic, taking orders, and being the most efficient fast food chain around. We placed our order, had no mistakes, and drove off. We enjoyed our meal with our grandmother and she was quite happy with the surprise! They are trying their best for COVID as well - bringing food out on trays for those in the drive-through so that several people aren't touching bags. It's the little things like that which help keep CFA on top around here. read more

Personally, I think that Chick-fil-A tends to be one of the more consistent fast food operations that you will come across. Not that they don't have faults, but for what you are getting (fast food) they do it pretty darn well! This location is really no different than any of the others. Staff is friendly and works hard to keep the flow of people moving so that you don't have to wait too long to get your order of chicken goodness. Prices are comparable to all the other fast food giants - but I really think (my opinion) that the food quality is considerably higher here than those other places. Hard to go wrong with the chicken nuggets or any of the line up of sandwiches. When peaches are in season go for one of the Peach Shakes. Also, I am a fan of their sweet tea - a little more subtle than the other places but still has the sweet tones. Only downside is that the drive through can get significantly backed up. It can take a few minutes, but they are probably the best at working through a large line up of cars than any other fast food place. Worth coming here! read more

I ordered a chicken biscuit. It was hard and the bottom was so thick! Very disappointed in this as I didn't check before leaving thinking you can't go wrong with just a biscuit right? Not our usual CFA, but we were in the area and needed to pick up lunch for a family member. Can you believe it... this was her first time having CFA?!?!? It was around lunch time on a Saturday and the place was packed! We placed our order via the app, but the way the line works, you still have to get in the drive-thru line. I had to tell them my name, and when we pulled around they handed us the food. Thankfully, everything was right! There isn't much you can say about chick fil a that hasn't been said already, however I think the Alabaster location exceeds even the chains high standards. I don't recall my order ever being wrong, the staff is always exceedingly polite and efficient, and the food is always delicious. Almost every time I'm there the place is packed, but it runs like a well oiled machine. There's a play place on the inside for the kids and it's both soundproof and offers high visibility. I'm not a fan of them being closed on Sunday, because that's inevitably the day I crave chicken minis. And the lemonade....holy cow. I literally bought it by the gallon when I was pregnant! This is my favorite fast food and this location is no exception to the quality customer service CFA always delivers. My favorite meal is the grilled nuggets, fries and a frosty lemonade or frosted coffee. Staff always have gotten my order right - which is nice in this day. CFA also offers a gluten free menu options - and I always feel safe eating at CFA. I will definitely be back to this location and would recommend it for anyone who eats chicken, needs to eat a fresh meal Monday through Saturday --- because CFA is closed on Sunday. read more

This location is a total nightmare. The food is fine, but we've never visited where it isn't packed. Unlike other Chick-fil-A locations, the parking lot is impossibly small and there isn't a double drive-thru. You will have an insane wait whether you opt to go inside or through the drive-thru. On a recent visit, we did a mobile order and noticed we were missing a drink. Upon mentioning it to the girl working, we were questioned, told we hadn't ordered it, then she demanded to see our mobile receipt...because after paying for an entire order, we were going to attempt to steal a Sprite. This area is super duper busy so be prepared for a line to be around the building no matter when you go but God forbid you go on a Saturday it's an event lol but worth it. What can you say about Chic Fil A. My kids absolutely love it! It's cheap, good quality and generally most all locations conform to a rather strong standard compared to other fast food franchises. After running errands I got a 30 count tray and 2 orders of fries on the way home for around 15 bucks. More than enough for me, my adult sized 11 yr old and super picky 2 yr old. The food is the highest quality and best tasting (especially the nuggets) fast food product available! This location is always busy regardless of time. The employees are always friendly and work in unison like a well oil machine getting the immense number of patrons served in a timely manner. My first two visits at this location were awful. The first time we came, a worker was screaming about how another associate had slammed her arm in a door. It was very unprofessional, and my entire family almost left. Even after we sat down, we could still hear her. Then, as we were going on a trip, we ordered five four count chicken minis to go. Long story short, we ended up with one...and the wrong drink. We had to go all the way back from out of town to get them--and the manager didn't really apologize--he acted like it didn't even happen and just handed us another bag. The past two times, a girl named Elizabeth has served us, and she is a great worker. She gets five stars but the food quality, employee attentiveness, and overall experience would be a 2.5 or 3. Ordered a veggie wrap, in which nothing was said about there being a limited menu and not making them currently. So I get my food and see that I have been given a chicken wrap.
