CFA is great for their fast food and their great chicken sandwiches. I love eating here. This particular location has very rude employees. The first time I encountered one was maybe about a month or two ago. I didn't think much of it. Maybe he was having a bad day? I came around again another time and I encountered a different employee but with the same bad attitude. I ordered 2 sandwich meals and asked for roasted honey bbq and Polynesian sauce (obviously for 2 sandwiches), she only gave me 1 Polynesian and 1 honey roasted bbq. Food as good as always but manager, David, was his usual, unsmiling self. I placed an order on the app for $76, pre-paid and chose the option to pick up order at Drive-through window. I was told at the pick-up window to pull up to the wait space a few feet ahead. After a few minutes, out comes David who informs me that they'd be happy to help me with an order of this size inside the restaurant rather than through the drive-through in the future. I guess it's better for David to save his 10 steps to go out the back door and make his customers leave their car, walk into a busy lobby and then walk back to their car. Great food, one rude employee encounter so far. Jen yelled at the employees and made me feel ashamed for ordering a coffee at the window. She practically threw my food into my car afterwards, showing clear frustration over me ordering a coffee at the window. I complained to the website. The manager called me and promised to send coupons to our address. It's been over a month, so I guess it wasn't a priority. I'm in food service too, so I always treat people with respect. Maybe my review would be five stars if they had followed up with the coupons. Their food is great. read more

Fast service! To the point you have your order before you finish picking out a straw and condiments. Very polite employees, they even come to your table to see if you need anything. Very impressed. Chicken breast soup is tasty as are the standard chicken nuggets ( real chicken). read more

Hoping to start my day off with a Chick-fil-A biscuit and warm smile did go go as planned. I am used to the hospitality of the workers that always are on top and this morning I was greeted by an entire new demeanor. They first got my order wrong and instead of a Chick-fil-A biscuit and chicken mini meal I got two Chick-fil-A biscuits, which should have been an easy fix. However they demanded the bag of our food back AFTER we had reached in it and then proceeded to ask for my card back to charge and up charge of a whopping 94 cents. Instead of correcting their mistake with a smile on their face Farrah and Amanda of the Alabaster Chick-fil-A handled our situation with an attitude and a greed for their 94 cents back. read more

Complete JERKS ! Our family, along with 11 others behind us, all dressed for the 'Cow' day, were refused service since it was past 7pm (7:03pm) All 14 of us were in line way before 7pm, I was first to counter to place order, she turned and left just as I started to speak, so we waited on one of the other two order takers to finish. As soon as I ordered, she told me the program had just ended ! Manager said that is correct, it is now 7:05pm, no more costume orders taken. First off, I love Chick-fil-A. It's my go to when I'm out and need something quick. That being said, this location is the worst. I have had to come to the Alabaster location since Pelham is under construction at the moment. Unlike most other locations they just can't get my order right. I usually let it go. Small things like forgetting a straw, requested sauces missing, missing nuggets, you get the idea. Today they just gave me the wrong food. That I can't accept. I waited in the drive thru line that started before I even got in the parking lot. My choice and it's usually worth it. I called the manager and she just didn't care. I'm not judging Chic-fil-A from this one location because on the whole they are fantastic. I just won't waste my money on food I didn't order anymore at Chic-fil-A in Alabaster, Alabama again. read more

very rude staff. I was coming into town after driving 5 hours and ordered my food, it came out immediately (bonus) but I was expecting it to take a second and had to use the restroom. I was looking for a place to set my food while I ran to the restroom and employees were literally sitting around everywhere so I asked one if they minded watching my food for a second while I ran in and she said sure. When I came out of the restroom she was LOUDLY making fun of me to all of her friends for asking? while the manager stood there laughing along with the rest of them. and then when I looked over her friend said "oh now she's gonna give you a dirty look" like I wasn't four feet from them. Just overall super super unprofessional and not the type of service you expect at a Chick-fil-A. would recommend a different location if you expect professionalism. read more

Amazing customer service! Have visited multiple times and it is always consistent. I've never seen a drive-thru operate as efficiently as this store does. Irrespective of the number of cars in line, it moves very quickly and have never had an incorrect order. Employees are extremely friendly. A pleasure to do business here. read more

This has happened far too many times . I'm sure it has happened to others I am HIGHLY disappointed for the quality of service that was provided in the DRIVE THRU. TWICE within a week span have I received rude , silent service . The SAME girl has done this to me. The first time I went through the drive through to have the price stated to me with no greet at the window nothing then my food given to me in silence with no have a good day NOTHING. After she told me the price and ran my card nothing was said .. I felt incomplete driving off because I'm so use to QUALITY customer service that I am use to some form of communication . Keep in mind after she gave me my food I said thank you and she mindlessly stared at me said nothing then turned around and chatted to her buddy . I called the manager quickly after dreading do so because I am a kind , understanding human but I felt as if this was unacceptable and the manager apologized so I felt as if the situation would be taken care of . I just wanted to let them know out of pure good intentions so everyone can receive good service . I was driving through town and decided to stop a this store for a breakfast sandwich. I ALWAYS order a bagel with egg, cheese, and a SPICY fillet. I was informed that this store doesn't sell spicy anything until lunchtime. WHAT??? I have never NOT (sorry for the double negative) had a spicy bagel sandwich...until now. This location is def not up to Chick Fil A standards. As a chick fil a huge fan our family dines quite often and attends play dates at our local chick fil a. We were traveling and searching for a chick fil a so our daughter could play and stretch her legs. The dining facility is very clean. Out of 5 employees I came in contact with during our visit 2 had smiles and were sweet. When we entered the play Zone, right away you notice a zillion hand prints all over glass and door as though it wasn't cleaned yet for the day. The ground is covered w leaves and small pieces of trash that should have been cleaned and you can tell hasn't in maybe a month. The outdoor sign mentioned it's cleaned w a certain cleaner. The jungle gym itself had dead bugs. I counted 3. Black footprints all over the gym. The section for toddlers to touch was covered with dirty brown/black handprints. Just filthy. I complained to employee. When I asked when was the last time it was cleaned nobody could give me an answer. Manager or lady in red shirt said to close it down and clean it. Hmm I'd like to see what "clean" means for them. I felt like I was at a filthy McDonald's and not a Chick Fil A. Chickfila has the BEST drive thru service!! This is the only place I'll wait in line even when the line is wrapped around the building...other fast food joints need to take note!! Drive thru has always got my order correct and always have the best attitude, the usual "my pleasure!". The kindness normally associated with Chick-fil-A employees is not present at this location. The fries are usually limp and cold as well. The card reader doesn't work, the point system doesn't work. I would rather drive to Birmingham or Calera instead of going to the Alabaster location. read more
