This location was one of the largest that we've ever seen, was new, and modern. The service was exactly what you expect from Chickfila, it was fast, fresh, and delicious. Our son had his favorite macaroni and cheese and some French fries. I had the traditional chicken sandwich with mayonnaise, fries, and a frosted coffee. The frosted coffee is a cold, caffeinated pleasure that I always enjoy. My husband enjoyed the chicken tenders. The meal was delicious, filling, and it hit the spot. I brought my family here for lunch. Like most Chick-fil-A restaurants, the cashiers are friendly and welcoming. This was actually our first visit to this location, and we were impressed with the speed of service. While we were waiting for them to prepare our drinks, our food was already ready. My grandson wanted an ice cream cone with his kids meal. I went up to the counter to get the ice cream cone. The manager approached me and personally helped me. He offered to bring the ice cream cone to our table. Later he came back and told my grandson that he could also have the toy surprise. He made a positive impression on us. This is actually my go to Chick-fil-A. Hardly ever have issues and if I did management has gone above and beyond to fix it. My only issue here and the reason for 4 stars is due to the service. Funny I said 4 stars and literally just changed it to 3 due to the service I just had. All 3 girls in the drive-through line we're on their phone and seemed more bothered by my presence then they were eager to actually help me or do their job. I got met with "name?" I told her I was picking up a mobile order and that was followed up by "you're good". Ok...headed to the window and was met with the girl handing me food and walking off. I didn't have straws and my lid came off my drink and spilled all over me. Actually couldn't get anyone's attention and I was too mad at this point anyway so I left. I typically LOVE Chick-fil-A and I visit several times a week. I was excited that this location recently reopened after their remodel. I have visited many times in the past couple of weeks and have always had a great experience. It's a little slower than usual, but that's expected with new hires and a new facility and routine. I have been twice in the past couple of days and have had the same woman help me at the drive thru. She is the rudest employee I have ever met. I assumed the first day she was just having a bad day, now I know it's just her personality. She's probably 50-60 years old, blonde, with extremely long fake eye lashes. Today, I placed an order online and when I pulled up and it was my turn to order, she waved me up and aggressively keeps waving me to pull forward. I HAD to be 1 inch from the car bumper in front of me. I drive a $100k vehicle and the last thing I want to do is hit another vehicle. Then she rushes so fast and says "what's your name and what do you want?" I said, "I placed an order online and my name is Ashley." Then she replies with "well it would have been easier to start with that Jesus" I said to her she ran to my car and started talking as though she was rushing and I didn't even have .5 seconds to speak. She then rolled her eyes and walked away without anything! I didn't know what car to follow or if she even processed my order. That was absolutely ridiculous. As a signature member, I spend a lot with this company yearly. Not anymore, I can get the same sweet tea from Bojangles and the same egg and cheese biscuit every morning as well from there. The bread on my chicken minis were hard - way over cooked and inedible; I had to rip off the bread and basically had 4 poor looking nuggets with more fried breading than chicken. I was hoping my hash browns would save the day, but they were stale - like they probably re-fried them. Which was strange that the food wasn't fresh because there was a bit of a wait. It was unsatisfying. Lunch: On a different day, I went in to purchase lunch to go. Ordered a 8 count grill nugget meal. Food wasn't the issue here though, it was the service. A bunch of high school students chit chatting. I wanted a refill and some buffalo sauce because I wasn't asked when ordering. I asked for the refill, but before I could ask about sauce, the guy went back to his conversation with the other employees. Service: Basically inattentive staff who lack all sense of urgency. We ordered 3 ice creamed and a drink and it took us 25 minutes to get to the pavilion to sit while the crew of at least 10 people were running like crazies. Managers were not in control and cars way past the ordering overhang were getting their food (10 cars back) while others closer were just sitting there. The team was not in sync and customers were very frustrated as it was obvious when they continued to come to the drive up door on foot for things that were obviously wrong. The sad part is that the managers stand around looking as clueless as the rest of the staff. Who owns this place and why has it been so horrid for so many years???? I watched the 9 people standing around doing NOTHING while I waited at the window for my sandwich. It was nine people because I counted several times. First of all, I ordered a chicken on a buttered English muffin combo with instructions on the app. for .20 extra. Place was clean and empty about 940 am Friday. Rudest staff I've ever experienced - they mixed up two orders of mine and someone else's...gave us both only HALF of our orders and then continuously checked our receipts as if we were lying! She also told the other person involved that Chick-Fil-A did not even fully register their order as if it didn't even exist! Although, the money was surely taken out as a full transaction. BAD PICKUP! We came here on 12/26 to pick up our mobile order. We followed the app's directions, which said to park ANYWHERE and they would find our car. 30 MINUTES LATER, we were curious where our food was. We had pressed the "I'm Here" button when we arrived 30 mins earlier, we didn't have a complicated order, our credit card was charged, everything was fine. We decided to call them and ask where our food was. They said that there WAS a specific area for mobile pickup (the app informed us otherwise). So we moved our car to the pickup area and we received our food 35 minutes after we arrived at Chick fil A. And of course, our order was wrong so they had to fix it and when we finally pulled out of the parking lot 40 minutes after arrival, we discovered some of our food items were cold. It wasn't just us that had a bad mobile experience here as the family next to us had to ask for help because Chick fil A messed up their order. The family said it was 2 TIME that this Chick fil A had messed up their mobile order. But, the food was good, that was the saving grace. I was able to get my hands on their New Spicy Chicken sandwich multiple time this past week and I loved every one. - Wednesday we had our reservation so that was my first introduction. I added the Pepper Jack Cheese which was a good addition. - Thursday I attended Screen on the Green and there Chick-fil-a was passing out these wonderful sandwiches for the crowd to try. I grabbed a few ;) before the mob of people swarmed the staff. - Friday I ate a left over sandwich from Thursday and it was AWESOME! Still good cold but better warm. - Saturday and Sunday I suffered but Monday I got my fix. I have always enjoyed their regular sandwiches and this is a great addition to their menu.
