I never thought there would come a day that I would write a negative review on Chick-fil-A. I stopped in for breakfast for my daughter who loves their hash browns. I decided to grab a Greek yogurt parfait. Daughter eats hash browns, I drop her to school, I go for my yummy parfait and it has mold on the fruit. In irritation, I return and go inside to return it. The lady who assists me grabs the bags, pulls out the parfait, opens it and turns to the leader on duty -"MJ."Then she walks off. Yup. She leaves. Now "MJ" looks at the furry fruit and begins to pull out the entire box of pre-packaged parfaits to find another one. I am attempting to get her attention,"Excuse me. Ma'am. Excuse me..." they can clearly hear me because I am the only one in line. Let me point out that no one has actually addressed me. No apology, empathy, or "give me one moment to assist you." They didn't ask if I wanted something else or anything. "MJ" finally turns around and extends a new parfait to me. I said to her that I don't want another one but would simply like a refund. I work in the hospitality industry so service is huge to me especially from the nicest fast food chain around. But this location gets 2 stars from me and this is solely because the hash browns were hot and fresh that my daughter consumed. read more

Our experience was awful. We ordered curbside pickup and received our notification that our food was ready and was being brought out but we waited 30 minutes before asking an employee if he knew where our order was. He told us they most have made a mistake and that we should go through the drive through. We went through the drive through and after we explained the situation to the employees and showed our receipt we were treated with disrespectful looks and not a single apology. We had waited 40 minutes for our food and had done nothing wrong yet the staff looked at us as if we had. First normally I don't do these type of reviews. I like giving cool points to people and companies that do a great job. But this morning wasn't the case, I placed a very easy breakfast order. A muffin meal with no cheese and bacon coffee two creamer and sugar. But after repeating myself several times I got a biscuit with bacon egg and cheese. I know I should've checked the bag but I thought it was correct especially since it was on the bag correct. But in a rush to get to work on time, sat at my desk unwrapped my food.....yes the biscuit with all that I had not asked for. Worst experience. Tried to order a gallon of sweet tea. The cashier was not paying attention and started to add iced coffee. Instead of getting a new container she just dumps the iced coffee and starts to fill it with the tea. Had to get a manager to get a new gallon. Have been to this location several times as my work is very convenient to this location. I love Chick-fil-A breakfast but find myself always choosing the Starbucks down the street due to better customer service. I decided to give this Chick-fil-A another chance this morning. I went inside because I thought it wouldn't take as long as using the drive through. That was a bad assumption on my part. I ordered a "chicken burrito with no peppers/onions" and the lady who took my order said she wasn't sure how to customize an order because this situation had never come up before. (Not sure why this did not take place in her training or if she was truly incompetent) Her co-worker who was busy taking other orders had to complete my order for her which slowed efficiency especially for a Friday morning at 6:40am. I'm used to Chick-fil-A being quick and easy with orders (obviously not this location) and I did not get my order until 6:58. I waited inside at the ticket counter and my boss saw me who was picking up his food in the drive thru. Needless to say, we were both late to work that morning due to Chick-fil-A's dullness. My boss said he was in the drive thru for 20 minutes waiting for one chicken biscuit. The person who ordered before me left without his food. 3 customers had their order messed up. When I received my "burrito with no onions", the associate said she was sorry about the wait but the store was busy making biscuits. (Is that an excuse? Isn't Chick-fil-A constantly making biscuits??) Got to work a few minutes late, tried to quickly eat my burrito and I should have known, my burrito indeed had the two items I requested to remove from my burrito (peppers and onions) I wouldn't have had time for Chick-fil-a to make a new burrito anyway, but I guess I was reminded this morning why I always choose Starbucks right down the street in the morning! read more

I have eaten here sooo many times because of convenience. Now that summer is here and I have more easy-time, I am going to make a deliberate effort to skip this place. I've just been disappointed with the quality of the food 1/3rd of the time. The other 2/3rds is great! Some of the workers are absolutely fantastic and others are just kids playing around. First off, I love Chick-fil-A. I eat there up to twice a week for breakfast and lunch. However, the last two trips I've had to this location have had bugs in the fruit cups. The first was a very small gnat, so it really didn't bother me and I removed the affected piece of fruit and ate the rest. However, yesterday there was a small caterpillar munching on a strawberry (luckily right on top!). I can understand a gnat flying into fruit after it's been washed, but it's kind of gross to have hatched/growing bugs in the food. I hope they can figure out what's going on and fix it. read more

I had my worst Chic-Fil-A experience on March 28. I had never visited this location and only went there because the Peachtree Corners location was under construction. I thought it was odd that my mobile order was completed so fast even though it was 12:15 and during the lunch rush. I was even more surprised when there was no one in line when I walked inside to get my order. But, once I completed my meal and read other comments on Yelp I understood. Fries had zero salt on them but luckily I tasted one before I left the store and picked up some salt to add. After I left and ate my food I found the chicken did not taste good so I added more honey mustard. While adding more honey mustard I found a fly on my lettuce. Ugh! read more

My friend and I came here one night after catching a movie at Studio Movie Grill. This Chick-fil-A is located super close to SMG, so it was the perfect place to stop at for a quick bite to eat since all we got in the theater was popcorn. This location is just like most other Chick-fil-A restaurants, with their friendly service and great chicken sandwiches! It's really clean, and free Wi-Fi is always a plus. They messed up on my order this morning and all they can do it tell me that they are sorry. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this place is unbearable. Corporate really needs to take a hard look at this location. I have been there several times and have never had a good experience. It is a big, new, completely modernized location. But currently, online, it says no dine in. If you order on the app, you MUST go through the drive thru, it is your only pick up option. What?? The drive thru wraps around the building, at all times, because they have one line and no employees working the line to take money and orders before you get to the food window. We ordered on the app on Monday at 9:30, and waited 30 minutes in line to get our app order (and got the wrong food and no napkins by the way - so add in 10+ more minutes going back and inside to change the food and to get napkins), but the kicker is that dine in was in fact open. But not a pick up option for food on the app. Why not keep google and the app updated? How hard is it to make food and put it on a shelf for someone to come inside to pick it up as opposed to forcing them through an already packed drive thru? It is so inefficient it is just baffling to be a CFilA. I feel like the owner must just be completely out of touch with technology. Before, when they first opened back up with the new building, I tried to order on the app and it limited the menu to just a few items, yet you could get the entire menu if you ordered through the speaker in the drive thru. I've been here half a dozen times and it has just never, ever gone smoothly. The employees are very nice but there is never any urgency like is typical at Chic-fil-A's. You can count on about 5+ mins per car in that drive thru. As this was like my third consecutive, miserable 30 minute wait in the drive thru line (again, app order), I finally figured yeah, it is you and not me, and this location has GOT to have terrible reviews. I can't be alone. So I look it up and what do you know, 2 out of 5 on YELP. What Chick Fila A in all of history manages a 2/5 on YELP. Zero surprise here. How does corporate allow this location to continue as is with so many complaints? Someone needs to go in there and spend some time, retrain and get a handle on this place, it is absolutely terrible. The food is inconsistent, constant communication problems with the person they Always put on the drive thru. The lack of management and supervision is beyond appalling. I went there for breakfast a few weeks later. The chicken biscuit was dry. I went here last night. The lady at the window was not friendly.
