Order on line for carry out, when I got home I noticed that the sandwich was dried out to the point that there wasn't really any chicken. Called the store and told Robert about the issue, he just said "OK". No apologies..nothing. So would have drive all the way back there, I asked if he could have 2 new meals delivered, he said that the were not equipped for that although they offer delivery. I called customer service and asked that the owner/operator to call me. 4 days later, never heard from him. Called back to their customer service and asked for his district manger, 2 days later Lucas Called from the store to " get my side of the story". Don't belive the ads.

ows the interior of a car

I 100% understand mistakes happen, and I am not particularly blaming anyone, but when an establishment or someone working at said establishment causes a mistake that will cost you out of pocket $, that is a major issue. Yesterday morning, an employee spilt coffee all over the exterior AND interior of my car. Yes, mistakes happen and although the employee was apologetic, nothing was done to fix the mistake. Nothing was cleaned up or even compensated for. Not only did I still have to pay for coffee to be spilt all over my car, I now have to pay to get coffee cleaned off of my car. I hate to see poor customer service at a Chick-fil-A nonetheless, but this particular location is about as bad as fast food customer service can get. (This is not my first bad experience here) I recommend going to another location if you want to ensure that your order is correct.

    Clean and neat as always!

The ramen soaked up all the flavor, and the chicken stayed crispy while being coated in the sauce. It had the perfect balance of creaminess and spice without being overwhelming. If you're at Kimchi Red at The Forum, this is definitely a must-try. We'll definitely be back for it!

We have eaten at the Suwanee/Johns Creek location so many times. I've taken my family when they're visiting from out of town. This location is inside the forum, and it's in a cool little "food hall" where there are many offerings of different cultures, cuisines, and options. However, we wanted to avoid the mess on Medlock Bridge Rd so we chose to go from Duluth down to the Forum/Politan Row. Parking is always hit or miss in the lot there, but it's free. There is a bar in the middle of the hall if you're so inclined to indulge. Really cozy and I imagine it's busy when there's a giant lunch rush or dinner rush. We went around 3. Josh was at the counter, talking us through the food. We have eaten so many times here but it never hurts to hear someone talk about the offerings. You can't get Mala flavor here, or buldak (I think) versus the other locations. My buddy is an honorary Korean. He loves Korean food, all kinds- and he wanted to try the K fries, along with the kimchi fried rice. We always order just wings so that the fry time is shorter than a full chicken. So we ordered the chef special- spicy. Food came out about 12-15 minutes later, and it was picture perfect! We never had the fries before and let me tell you they are so crispy even with the toppings. As you continue to eat these toppings still work their way down to the lower level. But for those who don't like Kimchi, get a side of plain fries- they're that good! The kimchi fried rice is always spectacular. Beautiful fried egg on top, with a runny yolk that will mix in with the temperature and spicy hot fried rice. It's never a bad idea to get this with your wings. Also, you have the option to get the chicken not tossed and sauced- can dip into sauce if you want to maintain crunch and texture. But, fully sauced still delivers with flavor and somehow even after 20 minutes of eating the wings were still hot in the middle. We know that the spice level runs hotter than you think, and Josh warned us about that too- but we went with the spicy wings. It's so hot out, we were tired from working out, and now we were sniffling and drinking lots of water! Next time, we will go medium. I haven't learned my lesson bc once I ordered medium for my nieces and nephews and they were mowing the food down but the spice was painful for them (12, 10, and 6 at the time). Josh was telling us that sometimes you can order chicken fried rice instead of the Kimchi fried rice for a change in spice level- made sense. He's a good dude. Easy to talk with and knows his stuff. I'll be back here, we decided next time to mix up some of the different foods from the many stands and just go for a big potluck with friends next time. But we will center it around Kimchi Red! We had a TON of leftovers, and Josh gave us boxes lined with parchment paper (beautiful touch) so we could split everything and have an entire meal once again in the coming days. A giant "THANK YOU" to Josh and the kitchen team here at Kimchi Red Politan Row in the Forum. It's great to see Korean culture and good grow in popularity and places and people like this team here help that positive momentum! Support small businesses! See my photos with the review!

I also got a side order of greens, although, as the daughter of a GRITS (Girls Raised In The South), greens and Mac & cheese have to be next level. First, the chicken was crisp and juicy. It had flavor and I enjoyed it. The biscuit was fluffier than I thought it would be. Second, the greens; OMG the greens! whose Auntie made them because they were GOOOOOODDD! I wish I got the cornbread to dip in the pot likka. Definitely a 10 x 100! Now, why this got three stars - the ribs. They looked good in the pictures but they were an extremely small half slab. Fall off the bone - yes, but they had no seasoning, weren't smoked at all, and were dipped in a cheap watery bbq sauce. Not oven/smoker braised - dipped. I know it's a chain, but they should invest in a smoker. This was a the only thing I hated. Would I

When you get close in the gps look out because the building comes up fast. First off I'm going to talk about the customer service here which is excellent! The cashier is very helpful. I didn't get her name. The team here are on point for sure! The establishment has been in business since 1994! I don't eat Chick-fil-A anymore this place food tastes better and fresher to me! No chemical chicken sandwich. The food is delicious! Personally I like this place better than Zaxby's! Everything here is fresh! You smell it before you eat it with out trying. My niece got a 4 tenders plate my nephew got a 3 tenders plate. I got a chicken sandwich which is delicious with sauce on the side that I poured on my sandwich. I also got a kids meal 2 tenders with fries and a small drink I got the lemonade it's better than Chick-fil-A lemonade. I ate the fries from my kids meal and I drank the lemonade and I ate my delicious sandwich. I took my 2 tenders to go with my sauce. Pull up and check them out definitely worth the trip! I wish that I had a location much closer to me! They have been around since 1994.

Very mediocre bland buttermilk fried chicken. If you want fries: Exact same story goes. Sauces: Again, not a stand out, just sauce. Go to the other places. ATMOSPHERE: Salt was wet at one point and time and became clumpy, no music just silence, little dirty. Bathroom: Literally dysfunctional. Door gets stuck on floor doesn't open and close well, handle seems to be a little broken, paper towel dispenser was both broken and empty, and sink is tiny tucked into a corner making it hard to stand there. Overall, it's not bad, but not good. Would be a dead center mediocre meal if it wasn't so bad inside with the atmosphere and bathroom. Chicken is less for a higher price. Not a 3, not a 2, it's like a 2.5-2.8. People are nice EDIT: Me and my wife's stomach has hurt all day since and we left the chicken in a togo box in the car for 20 minutes, came back and it smelled like straight poop.
