Probably one of the worst experiences I have had at a Chick Fil A. Looks like I'm not the only one based on other reviews. This place needs new management. Sat in the drive through for way to long because it was down to one lane. Apparently they didn't have enough people there in the middle of day during one of their busiest times. Once I got to order the girl taking my order had me wait even longer before I could order. Then I pull up to the window and the guy gives me my food with no drinks. Went to one of favs tonight however I went to a location I've only been to once before! I ordered my meal after the Order taker in a light red shirt finally asked to help me! I was the only one there! He took my order and I had to ask for my drink I said Thank you and he said nothing at all! Well if you know Chick fil a you know they are known for saying My pleasure and it's their brand! I got my drink and another young man brought my order I said thank you and he said No problem! I would have been ok with a your welcome or anything other than I put him out! I ordered the spicy chicken deluxe with Colby jack cheese! I can't believe I'm writing this but my chicken was so cold and the fries were lukewarm! That has never happened to me at CFA before! The place was a mess my table was dirty and they had half the dining room blocked off at 7:10pm the trash was overflowing! The drive thru was busy so I can't believe I didn't get hot food! I went to get a refill on my drink and said thank you to the kid who nodded his head! Well at least he acknowledged me! I don't know why I gave 2 stars instead of 1 but I just don't usually do that! Wow, I've never given any CFA location 3 stars. And it has to do with...customer service of ALL things! Surprised? So was I. I ordered through the ap for pickup, then walked inside and stood at the pickup area for a good 10 minutes. All the while my child is asking me when our order is coming out as people who came in after me received their orders. Employee after employee (and manager) looked straight at me yet kept on walking by without any greeting or asking my name for my order. Nothing. Obviously I finally received my meal, but it was missing an item. Thankfully I looked in my bag before leaving and brought it to their attention. Came to this location for breakfast and ordered the EGG WHITE SANDWICH meal. I swapped the hash browns for waffle fries and ordered a Sun-joy. I've never had the egg white sandwiches but it was hot and fresh! It was the BEST Breakfast sandwich I've had in a long time! Whoever was cooking around 10:15am on 1/18/24 deserves recognition! I've pre-ordered here multiple times because it's close to a relative's house but they have literally never been ready with my food. It takes about 20 minutes to get here and I've had to wait an additional 10 mins each time, watching order after order get completed. What is the point of online ordering if you're not going to start until I get there? This is totally out of character with the renowned speediness of Chick-fil-As, but at least they're nice about it and the quality of food remains the same. I have been eyeing this Chick-fil-A for quite some time now. See Chick-fil-A's be Trippin these days. All of them have these double lines, people working with iPads in the line at any point of the day you just can't drive up and have it be a quick experience. It is an assembly line of fast food ordering, and I have to say that has deterred me from going to many a Chick-fil-A. So I snuck over there at around 9:35 PM on a Tuesday night. I did this because I ate a diet meal and it wasn't very filling so then I just had to have some Chick-fil-A. So I got there and no one was there and that was the best. I got through the lin, got my food. It was great. I will give this one Chick-fil-A the award of the crispiest waffle fries in the world. I have never been to a Chick-fil-A that has given me good fries that were mostly crispy ever. Most of the time you go to Chick-fil-A they got a couple of those soggy oily soft ones, one that's like half of a potato in the back and then you get a few crispy mixed in here and there. Nope this whole bucket of fries, I could eat this whole thing. They were superb. Now the one thing I did notice getting my sandwich was that the piece of chicken was very tiny. It's like they used the chicken for the biscuit? But you know what I thought right? I thought that because I showed up so late that, I got the small chicken sandwich. I remember back in the day in the mall when Chick-fil-A was first out you'd have this gigantic curled up piece of chicken breast on your buttery bread and it was gigantic. This was a flat little piece of chicken and I was still hungry after. I drank my Coke, ate my cookie and I still enjoyed the flavors. But you know me I couldn't let curiosity get the best of me and not find out if this was a one off deal of me getting this tiny chicken breast. So I go again. But this time I go earlier... The line was longer, and it was a bit more daunting than the night before. I have seen everybody was really nice to even advertise their new peppermint shake, which I found a little disturbing. I don't think I could have peppermint milk. I just don't have a taste for that. But anyway could be delicious. I get my order. The orders was correct, the soft drink fountain is on point. But once again, I get a tiny flat piece of chicken and then bread all around it. The fries still crispy and delicious but Chicken not substantial at all. I am not sure what is going on here. Is Chick-fil-A cutting back on the size of the chicken sandwiches? Or did this one location run out of the bigger fillets and they are trying to get by on the smaller one until the shipment comes in? I don't know but two times in a row I get this tiny sandwich and I was hungry. Overall I give this a four stars because the fries are on point and I feel like if their shipment or truck comes in with regular size chicken, they will be awesome. The building looks new and gigantic. The employees look really happy to be there and are very nice taking your order. So try this one out. It's pretty good! Also, the drive-through is very planned and spaced out where you don't have to hit your tire turning any of the curbs. It's a nice Chick-fil-A and you should try it. I spilled my Starbucks cup in my car and the two young men working the drive-through brought me Clorox wipes and were exceptionally polite. I go to the Chick-fil-A by my house all the time in Mansfield and they never give me the sauce I ask and they're fruit cups always taste a little bit mushy, but I was delightfully surprised when this fruit cup came out and tasted like fresh fruit and I remembered my sauce. This is the typical Chick-fil-A accept after I left from getting my order at 2:30 this afternoon when it wasn't very busy two things were missing from my bag; my two condiments that I specifically requested and a receipt. My suggestion is when going through this one check your bag at the window. I don't know if they have new people in there or if they just have a bunch of people that don't know what they're doing but I needed both of those things and I didn't get them today. read more

Got to the window at the drive thru and the girl started handing me food and drinks that I didn't order. When they finally figured out which bag was mine, I checked to see if it was correct and they still didn't get it all right. They took back what they messed up and asked me to go park and wait... Several minutes later, some guy comes out and asks me what I ordered and if I had my food. This location is new so that may be why their service isn't as top notch as other locations. Drive thru line is soooo slow. Not up to par with other Chick-fil-A drive thru speeds. Every time I go to this locations, it takes forever to get through the drive thru. Chick-fil-A is known for their fast, friendly service. I ordered soup Togo and the person didn't close the lid properly so the soup spilled out. That was annoying. I dined in during my lunch break, and my ordered wasn't correct. The manager gave me my order and was nice about it. I went to get a refill and stood at the counter for the longest time to get noticed. It was ridiculous. And the only reason why I got my drink refilled was because I had to grab the lady's attention. And the lady, I assume is the manager because she wasn't dressed like the other workers, wasn't friendly at all. I thought she was a costumer at first but she was helping getting the orders put together. She wasn't even wearing a name tag so I was confused. Of course the food is good, which is why I gave them 3 stars. 2 stars for the bad service. There was a table next to me the day I dined in, who complained to the worker how terrible the service was. Love Chick Fil A and this new location great for this area. Rated 3 stars for glitches in customer service but I'm sure things will improve with time and more experience in the young staff. Mornings between 730 and 800 are painstakingly slow. Received wrong order on one drive thru order. Took 15 minutes one morning to process the 4 customers in front of me in drive thru. Today makes twice I have gone to this location and been less than satisfied. The first time, my bun was so hard I had to throw it away and just eat the chicken. Today, the package of nuts to go with my superfood salad was not included, the root beer was flat, no napkins were provided, the chicken was extremely salty and my bun was hard again.
