I wish I could rate more than 5 stars. Restaurants in the fast food industry are bound to make a few mistakes with your order due to the sheer amount of traffic passing through. My daughter and I have been to this location several times and they almost always get our order right. The one time they didn't, they were super apologetic and gave us two promotional cards for free entrees. I haven't met a rude employee yet. Everyone has a smile on their face and greets you when you walk in the door. I also love that this is a Christian-owned company that sees the value of letting their employees observe the day of rest instead of trying to capitalize. I just went in to the Little Road location and noticed they were having a 12 days of giveaways... something free each day for the days leading up to Christmas. Who does that?! I love chick fil a, but I have one complaint- that I can't order a frosted root beer or root beer float. I can order a frosted lemonade, and I can order a cup of root beer with a cup of ice cream- but they won't make a root beer float.... come on chick fil a. CFA has really good service and is very quick, but this location needs to step up its game when it comes to time spent with each customer. I arrived at 10:15 so that I could make sure I had ample time to get the breakfast menu, and my order wasn't taken until 10:25. No big deal, but I would've been upset if I would've missed their breakfast menu!! All in all I had great service and the guy making my order was kind enough to add extra sugar to my coffee, which I've been to other locations and they've told me I can't. So it's a plus. I don't care too much for this place, but I have found a few things on the menu that I can have if my family wants to go here. I love the chicken wrap with the avocado dressing as well as the spicy chicken burrito for breakfast. The chicken biscuit is great as well as long as it's fresh. Chick fil a never disappoints. This chick fil a feels a bit on the small side but yet we still never have problems getting a seat or have problems with the customer service. Love that chick fil a always has teenage staff that seem to be growing into great adults. They really help to make you feel like there are still kids with good work ethic out there. This is the fifth time they have gotten my order wrong on the drive thru. To top it all off, after I had to drive back up to the store from home, upon going in and asking for True, I have True laughing and giggling at me. Real professional, motivates me to go back. This is the best Chick-Fil-A I've ever been to, and that's saying a lot because all Chick-Fil-A's I've been to have been amazing! The staff is so so sweet (Mr. Bill!!!), the restrooms and insides are clean, and it's extremely quick. They're always quick to come to your needs, and they're always genuinely kind. I am very disappointed with the service I have received here. I like to order A breakfast burrito with no tortilla and grilled chicken instead of breaded because I'm allergic to the bread. I get this mail ordered at several Chick-fil-A is throughout the metroplex and this is the only location that every time I go and Tim the manager gives me issues. One day they want to make it the next day they don't. I don't understand why there so much inconsistencies with this one location. It's not a difficult request at all. I get it made it every other Chick-fil-A I go to throughout the metroplex. This one in particular Chick-fil-A does not want to satisfy customers. This place is terrible. Yeah, the service is exceptional but compared to other locations they are not as nice. First they give the lady in front of me MY order & try to give me hers. I had to repeat my whole order which consisted of 3 deluxe sandwiches multiple times. After 30 minutes of waiting, they finally gave me some food. i love chick-fil-a. but i've ordered from this location twice on my way to work. never again. when i order curbside for the first time there, i sat out there for 10 minutes until i had to call to tell them i'm here. the phone rang for a literal 4 minutes, i hung up and called again, it rang for 2 minutes and then they answered. i told them i was here and waiting outside at curbside. they had no idea what i was talking about then it dawned on him and he said "oh yeah! i'll bring it right out" he brought it out 30 seconds later, my phone was nice and cold, i didn't say anything because i was already almost late to work. a few days ago, i decided to give them another chance, i sat outside for a great 7 minutes, (oh and both times it had already said my order is on the way) i then called and it rang for 5 minutes til i saw a girl run out and bring it to me, the food was barely warm. worst service i'd give 0 stars if possible read more

Walked in at about 9:45 pm and was told that they "ran out of fries." Then was told that although they ran out of fries and that's on them, we'd still have to pay extra for a substitution. Ordered our food, found a table and walked to the bathroom when I overheard them tell a customer who had been waiting before us, that they were just waiting on his fries to cook. Oh, so you do have fries but you just don't want to cook them so close to closing time. I walk out of the bathroom and overhear them tell a new customer that they "ran out of fries" at 9 pm. So you ran out of fries at 9 pm but about 9:50 you were waiting on a customer's fries to finish? Ok, here's one star. read more

It's a chick-fil-a, quality is already high right there. Staff at this restaurant seems to change quite a bit, but the speedy service and accurate orders do not. I'm always amazed at how fast that drive-thru lane goes when it's sticking out of the parking lot. Not having to mention how great their chicken is each time I visit any of their locations, this particular one seems to hold customer service to very high standards. As we walked in, the manager on duty greeted us with a smile and held the door open for us, and all of the staff seemed friendly and ready to help. They took our order and gave us a plastic cone to place at our table so they could deliver the food to us. Since there was a lot of people at the drive thru, we waited about 10 minutes for our food, and when it arrived, they apologized profusely and offered to make it right with complimentary ice cream, yum! As we were eating I noticed employees walking around and picking up empty trays and trash (it's no wonder why it was very neat and clean) from the tables, and even offering drink refills to patrons. Probably the nicest place I've ever been too. I was treat so well today by EVERYoNE! Bill was so friendly, conversed with us for a bit and offered to get us a refill. Then after we are (food was amazing we got the chicken club) we allowed our son play for a bit and my husband went to the sprouts. I wanted an ice cream and as I walked to the cashier I remembered I had given my card to my husband. Anne must've heard that I said to myself what a bummer. She asked me if I wanted something. I told her I wanted an ice cream cone but my husband had my card and he had stepped out and had to wait she asked me if I wanted her to get one for me I was so surprised it really made me feel special! I went last night and did not get my whole order and my wrap dressings were incorrect. Called and spoke to Nathan who supposedly put it in their book. After getting off the phone i realized the rest of my food was cold. I went today and attempted to fix everything and the manager was very rude and had no intentions of making good on anything but the missing wrap.
