Excellent costumer service from the minute we walked in, to leaving the establishment..You can definitely taste how fresh their food is.. We had the crispy chicken sand, potatoe fries & crispy nuggets. All very good! Their fresh squeeze lemonade was also one of our favs. The prices are not bad at all..if this is considered a "fast food" chain then I wish we had more like this back at home.. The manager and staff are very rude and unprofessional to the door dash drivers treating us like thief's when picking up a order they want you to confirm the order before they unhand it but they don't allow you to confirm the orders on the receipt is made correctly or we the drivers will get the negative reviews and when trying to explain that I need to just compare what's on the receipt to what's on the app they hold the bad saying and repeating that you need to confirm the order like a robot and again there attitude is very unwelcoming and I had stopped eating at Chick-fil-A a while ago because of the bad service I had several locations and now I see it is not the same place that it started out as it has so many unprofessional managers so many children that are taught to be unprofessional and disrespectful to my money is no good there and I would never waste my time spending it there ever again and I loved loved Chick-fil-A read more

ANYWAY, sometimes I end up at this Chick-fil-A because let's face it, there are very few fast-food options out there that have legitimate gluten free options (outside of Mexican food). I've googled and read and asked and researched and I feel comfortable eating Chick's grilled nuggets and waffle fries (designated fry-fryer). Plus I can have their barbecue sauce (can't have McDonald's!). The grilled nuggets aren't nearly as good as the fried nuggets, duh, but they're honestly pretty good. A bit chewy but the flavor is good. This location is speedy. Even when the line seems soooo long they get you through quickly. I love chick-fil-a, I mean who doesn't I never understood the hype until I was able to go to multiple locations and get the same service at every single one Today's experience is a little different I ordered a sandwich and it was missing a topping, now normally I wouldn't complain but I ordered out of my comfort zone mainly because of the way I had it before Last year they gave away a free sandwich and I liked it and I was in the mood for change I ordered a grilled club and it was missing bacon everything else on the order was correct I called and was told I could come back and get it remade or get a coupon or they could mail me a coupon. I chose to drive back up there. When I arrived I did exactly what the manager or whomever I spoke with told me to do and they still asked what I needed I told them I ordered a grilled club I needed it remade because my previous order was missing bacon. I figured they knew about my order because they asked if I wanted it made with a multi grain bun or white because I previously ordered it on white I asked for it made on a white bun again My first two complaints are that when 'Brandon' answered the phone there was no apology made and when I arrived nothing either. Went thru the drive thru even though the line was long it seemed to be moving pretty fast. We are staying at a hotel so we needed convenience. We ordered two things. How they managed to get both of them wrong I don't know. One of them was a salad and one of them was nuggets how do you get that order wrong?! I called back up there so that somebody could pick up the right order but they wouldn't be able to do it for hours and they wanted us to return the old food. That was even more inconvenient then getting the order wrong so I guess if they get your order wrong you just have to eat your crappy wrong order and they won't help you out. I personally was not in the mood to travel 11 floors and drive in a city I'm not familiar with to wait in line another twenty minutes with two kids so I could get my right salad. So I hope not refunding my $18 was worth losing a customer. read more

We stopped here on the way home from a doctors appointment, which is the only reason we didn't go to our local location in Grand Prairie. The drink lids where not placed correctly on the lids, all four drinks. Causing them to spill all in my seats. Once getting home our order was missing items and the manager refused to assist. His suggestion was to send the missing items in the mail, or to bring everything back in for a full refund which was ridiculous since it's not down the street. What a disappointment to visit this location twice and both times the customer service was bad. I visited this morning at 10:28am and was in the drive-thru line until the person took my order for chicken biscuit at 10:30am. She then told me breakfast was just over and it was lunchtime. I refused and told her if I was in the line before 10:30am, my order should still be made. Upon my request, I spoke to the African American manager, Joseph who stated that his crew have to end breakfast and start lunch immediately and that's the rule. Sometimes the drive thru gets a little chaotic because they will have the front of the line waiting for their food and everyone behind them already has theirs. This is the closest one to my job and every time I come I am disappointed. I've given them chance after chance because I know sometimes days get busy but overall I know customer service is exceptional at chic fil a. However, it is not the best here. I order the same thing every time I come on lunch and it is wrong every time. I make sure I emphasize twice no meat at all and there is always meat in my salad. Today was the worst experience I had. I returned the salad as normal (and the fries because they were in the bag) only to receive the same fries back. At this point they were super cold. I'm not one to complain but this was not okay. Ordered online for delivery. Good took awhile to get here. I received my order confirmation and my receipt in my email. The food arrived with half the order. When I tried to call- it's almost impossible to get a live person. I did speak with the delivery manager (?). He could resend it but it would be a while, he wanted to provide me with a credit - I wanted to eat. He then proceeded to tell me that if the sticker on the outside didn't have my sandwich that I didn't order it. I have two emails stating otherwise. Yummy chicken sandwiches. If you want a delicious chicken sandwich, who doesn't want to go to Chick-Fil-A. This location was remodeled in the past few years to allow better drive through experience. The dining room was also updated as well. They do have a playground. I have always received my order promptly, even when busy, with a smile. They have managed to get the drive through experience even quicker. The drive through is accessed from behind the restaurant. Parking can be accessed from both Collins and behind the restaurant. Literally the slowest chick-fil-A ever.... The line was long (to be expected) but the service was probably the worst I've ever had at a chick-Fil-A. The girls in the street who help take orders never took mine, I got to the ordering part where the menu is sat there with cars behind me honking at me because I was saying hello and no one ever answered. Finally a girl walked up and asked if I was good I said no I never ordered... as I arrived to pick up the food of course it wasn't ready because I had literally just told her my order. First, I believe they have outstanding fries. Waffle fries, thick and flavorful with skins, that are fried in peanut oil. They are almost always fresh fried and served nuclear hot. And one serving is usually not enough. The Chicken sandwich is tasty, seasoned well, and usually served fresh fried, too. A pickle chip is the only condiment, and it'll draw heat away from the chicken and reach near-volcanic hot when you reach it. The menu offers many options like grilled chicken, salads, nuggets, slaws, fruit cups, brownies... but you'll have to judge those things on your own cause I'm a chicken and potato kind of guy. Finally, I like the Corporate ethics of this place. All employees are off Sundays. And every employee seems happy, courteous, and genuinely thank you for dining at Chick-Fil-A. If I could give 6 stars I would. I was there at 1:35 pm on a weekday. I went inside and there was a line! This line moved extremely fast, so no problems. Everyone I saw behind the counter smiled and was friendly. The man who took my order (Carmenza) was nice. The place was clean. Got my chicken deluxe meal, took it back to my office. Our car was almost hit by a trash can in the drive thru. The staff left it out side and the wind blew it. We almost left given the wrong drink, but thankfully we caught it before leaving the parking lot. But once arriving home I found a hair in my fries. Called to speak to a manager shortly after finding it. The manager Brandon was not empathic. He rudely spoke over me. I could not find my receipt, with the order # but I had the last 4 #'s of the order on the sandwich and drinks. Also had the name of the person who took my order and the time, but he made resolving the issue difficult. I was not made aware if I used my app for points the receipt would also be there virtually which could have resolved the issue faster. The food that didn't have hair on it got cold waiting on the phone to explain the issues we faced and finding a solution. Still waiting on my account to be credited the coupons he is supposedly giving us for the whole ordeal. First of all I spoke to a lady I think her name is Alice about my order and she was very rude she did not look at me once she rolled her eyes at me as if I was annoying her and stressing her out. I felt like it was because I was black she treated me this way, because a white lady came to the other door and she helped her out without any attitude. Next I spoke to manager about my order and before they brought my order out and he said he would do everything to make sure my order was completely correct, upon receiving my order they didn't even give me extra pickles at all. This location has stopped allowing mobile orders to be brought out to you In the assigned locations but now you have to go through the drive-thru lane. Very inconvenient for those of us who order via the mobile app. Service is still excellent as with all Chick-fil-a's just wish they would bring back having your mobil orders brought out to you to save time through the drive through or open the dining room back up so we can walk in ourselves and pick our orders up. read more
