Yesterday, I met up with Bleanstein and she's carrying the GOODS from Chik Fil A, the fabled spicy chicken sandwich. An aventura location recently opened up (apparently a special thanks to her for writing Chik Fil A Corporate to implore them to open an outpost in Aventura citing "Whenever our office has {the cravings}, we are driving about 35 min West to procure this delicious but unhealthy fast food." Twice in a row I've ordered from here and my order was wrong. First, I ordered 2 fries and I only received 1. Second time, I ordered 2 chicken biscuits and I received 2 chicken muffins. None of us likes muffins. One worker specifically asked people if they wanted to wait for the biscuits or take muffins. No one asked me and no other customer wanted muffins. So why was I the order to get muffins. After I sat there for over 15 mins waiting for 2 sandwiches. Both times I didn't realize the errors until I got home and I refused to go back to the store. Service has been declining at this location for some time now. They never check your order for curbside due to lack of management or manager's incompetence. They never answer the phone so no way to complain the manger always hides and is never available when you have a complaint. I was so excited to have a new chick fila closer to house instead of having to go out to Miramar. But at this new aventura location the staff is unfriendly and inconsiderate. Every time I go there they are just unhelpful and unpleasant. My most recent visit I was waiting in line a few min before the 10:30am cut off to order breakfast. By the time it was my turn to order it was 10:32am and they would not serve me breakfast and were nasty and insistent about it. I have never had this issue at other chick fila locations. Placed and order with the app and arrived at 8:46. Pick a parking space it says and all the Chick-fil-A delivery cars are in most of the spaces so I just tap I'm here. So I park in a regular space. No options for regular spaces. I see a guy bringing out food and I let him know I'm here and my name. Five trips later for the guy with food and nothing for me yet. I absolutely love Chick fil-a, but today was the last straw and the last multiple times I've been to this location the food has either been undercooked or warm/cold in less than one minute of leaving. I ordered two market salads with hot grilled chicken, one avocado ranch and balsamic vinaigrette for both salads and chick fil a sauce. Clearly they missed the "hot" in hot grilled chicken because when they delivered my order the chicken was cold. I nicely told them to take it back and change it for me, when they did I took my bag and went back to my car. I got home and saw that I never got my avocado ranch for one of the salads, which I saw in the beginning when I was checking the chicken, the grilled chicken was still cold and there was no chick fil a sauce. No drive thru, only curbside or walk-in . The walk-in experience is horrible! It's like a treasure hunt. I went to 4 different stations, order, pay/receipt, drink pickup, food pick up.
