Burnt ahh Spicy Chicken Sandwich Deluxe Meal

Sooo we went to the cfa because we were hungry. We get there, and they get our order wrong... AN ENTIRE MEAL WRONG!! Didn't even put the whole thing in the system, NOR DID THEY READ IT BACK. So we go inside to get the meal and they don't offer anything for our inconveniences. (No discount, no free food, no surprise or delight in sight!) MIND YOU...The last time we were here, a manager was RUDE to us.. so much that we left! They barely put any sauces in the bag too! ONE OF EACH!!!! AND THEY BURNT MY FRIGGIN CHICKEN YO Obviously... they would just hire anyone here! Highly dissatisfied. LAST TIME COMING!!!

Bomb is what you're looking at!

Let me tell y'all something. "Chic Fil A ain't been Hittin, like Chic Fil A normally has been hittin.." UNTIL TODAY!! Guys my meal so freaken BOMB!!! My Chic Fil' A deluxe meal was so fresh! My fries were hot and my sandwhich was so Amazing!! Take a moment and check out these pics below. I know one of the photos are out of focus but don't focus on that! Lol. Focus on how juicy my chicken looks, how fresh and green my lettuce is, how big and tasty my tomatoes are!! Focus on that.. and do you see my PEPPER JACK CHEESE!!! Woo Chile!! My food was so tasty guys! The only thing I would change is my fries, they were very small pieces of the waffle fry. Reminds me as if I got the bottom of the bag, so I couldn't dip my fries in the Poly Sauce like I normally do! But overall it was amazing!!

Today I had the worst visit Here with you, this person who you have here working took my order and was most "RUDE" with me, this place was one of my favorites, I came 4 times a week, now with this I do not plan to return. I know you won't mind losing a client but I do know you do $$$$$ Here is the photo of your employee I asked for the name and no one told me. he made fun of me in all aspects because I am Hispanic for that reason!!!!

this is my favorite chicken fillet (inside joke)!!! please don't let this jinx me but from service, speed, courtesy to flavor they rarely ever let me down. even if i have had an issue they correct it with zero problem. i enjoy the employees i encounter on each shift. y'all i have received a hand written note that wished me a good day from this cfa placed on my bag like come on?! what other place is that freaking sweet?? this morning i decided i had time to stop and get breakfast but i wasn't sure if the drive thru would have a line so i did carry out. there was only one car in line when i pulled up but i kept carry out. i placed the order as i was pulling in and it was ready when i hit the counter. they confirmed it was me with name. it took talking 2 minutes. food was correct and fresh.

    Yum

Wow!! This is why Chick-Fil-A 's usually have more than one line & sometimes more than two!! It's always a pleasure going to almost any Chick-Fil-A for myself!! Th workers are always so friendly and work very hard and they are very polite!!! I drove here thinking yum I can't wait and arrive and was taken back by the line and decided to go down to see what other fast food etc and I went to steaknshake no line and unfortunately the customer service was lacking and I looked at the food and thought no...I came back here to Chick Fil A and there was every bit of 16 cars (no joke!!!) I literally didn't wait 4 minutes to order and receive my food!! And as always greeted with friendly faces and orderly line and the best food!!! Thank you Chick-Fil-A for your hard work and team work and amazing food! Keep up the amazing work! You guys rock!!! Goes the show there are still good people out here!

    Great location

Of course I have to recommend Chick-fil-A, it is almost unconstitutional to have anything negative about this national pastime however I continue to see better options like Popeyes and other local spots that provide higher quality food, no artificial ingredients, and better value. The bovine favorite continues to be the right friendly pair of low-hanging fruit for all them basic fast food addicts but besides the incredibly staff, especially at this well trained family reunion feeling location, there are better options where spending nearly ten dollars to fill up isn't so surprising. That is just me! I know I continue to be in the minority like someone saying the original first gen Mercedes CLS is ugly. Everyone else in our group loved their quick trips here and loaded up on all their favorites. I cannot fault the efficiency and powerful statement against most other fast food options here.

This location is almost smack dab on the line between Avon and Indy. It's set off to the side of Meijer's parking lot, though it has a decent-sized space once you get there. Sonic is known for its "drive-in" option - the ability to pull up with a retro-vibed ordering screen and carhops who will bring the food to your car. There's also a drive-thru, which I utilized, for those in a bit of a hurry. Because I seldom make it to Sonic, I always forget how it works. The drive-thru made it pretty simple, though in retrospect I kind of wish I'd gone for the Sonic experience. I really only wanted a snack, in this case tater tots, and a drink. In this case, I opted for a large iced coffee. While Sonic is generally known for being economical, I thought it was a bit high (I honestly don't remember the exact price - I just remember thinking it was more than expected). The employees were friendly. The line moved a tad slow, though it wasn't bad. I thought the iced coffee was a bit chintzy - yes, I'm glad there was lots of ice, however, it definitely wasn't close to filled to the top. You had to really put the straw in there to get to the coffee. The tater tots, a Sonic fave, were delicious. I ordered a medium order. Overall, this was a solid mid-range experience for me. Would I return? Sure. Would I go out of my way to return? Probably not. Sonic has a menu that is both somewhat traditional in terms of fast food and a bit unique in terms of defining its place in the fast food world. Now that I know this is here, and I missed it for a long time, I'll no doubt return when I'm in the mood for more than a snack.

Ever since that day, I have loved beef sandwiches because I moved from Georgia and it never had one I had never heard of a Chicago hot dog. Well for 30 years, I wish for a Portillo's in any of the cities I lived in. They finally started expanding and opened one in fishers Indiana. I was so excited the first six months or so it was fantastic. I'm sure a money making grubby greedy manager got in there and started cutting payroll and trying to reduce food costs. The Portillo's I knew and loved disappeared. Beef sandwiches were paltry hotdog. Dogs are being used in the morning from the previous night. It was horrible yet every time I went and had a bad experience I complained and lo and behold they would send me gift cards. I just recently moved to Orlando back from Indiana. That's a long story. I came in just last night to the airport and thought Portillo should be open and should have fairly fresh food since it's only 830. The kiosk thing was kind of hard to operate so I went straight to the counter. I ordered a big beef dipped and of course I had to open my big mouth and talk to the manager and tell them that I ate it the first Portillo's blah blah blah like these guys even care. I said I know what it's supposed to be like so make a good one dip it baby. And then, of course I added a Chicago dog for dessert. The staff at the store seemed happy. They were talking while working and it seemed pretty upbeat. My number got called. I got my package and I sat down. I ate the Chicago dog first, and I had to tell you I noticed that the wieners they're using do not have the flavor of the former Vienna, beef dogs. The flavor of the dog was about half of what I remember. Yet the Chicago dog is prepared perfectly and the wiener itself was hot and plump cold veggies, tomatoes proper mat, celery, salt I would grade it a nine out of 10. Then came the big boy. From the minute, I checked the package and started opening the plastic bag and then the wrapper this thing weighed like a pound. It was hefty. It was hot. It was wet. After peeling away the layers of plastic and cellophane there she was just a staring at me singing do wa Diddy.... Could've probably use a little more hot peppers since they charge $.99 now but you know let's try it. Lo and behold it was just like a 1979 beef sandwich from North Avenue. It was great. It was fantastic. I wish I could've eaten three but one was sufficient. This is the first positive review I have given Portillo's in probably 10 years. I don't know if it was a fluke. I don't know if they realize food portions are important. I don't know what the deal is and I don't care. All I know is it this store made that sandwich and that hotdog to the standard I've known hundreds of times living in the Chicago area. Somebody must've gotten hired or transferred to teach people the Portillo's way. I'm a very happy customer. Kudos to the young man who prepared it. Kudos to the man who trained the young man. Kudos to the manager, who has staff being happy while working. And I will definitely try Portillo's in Orlando my new again home as soon as I get back. I might even go to Fisher today just to see what the deal is and verify that things have finally changed. Good job. Now start cleaning got time to lean. You got time to clean! Thank you for one great experience out of the last 15.

However, I've been making regular visits out to my family in Putnam County and this has allowed me to drive by the Avon location of Raising Cane's. Today, I finally got a chance to check it out. Raising Cane's is a growing chain that specializes in chicken fingers (or tenders). That's it. That's their gig. When founder Todd Graves proposed the idea in a business class, he received one of the lowest grades because his professor said it wouldn't work. Graves persevered. Named after his labrador (literally named Raising Cane), this chain is growing with three Central Indiana locations currently (Avon, Carmel, Noblesville). As noted, Raising Cane's is based around chicken tenders/fingers in a handful of different combos. They have multiple sides, serve Coke products, and have both sweet and unsweetened iced tea. They have a two-sided drive-thru, though only one side was open at my time of arrival. You can dine inside, however, on this visit I did not. I could tell the curb cuts were appropriate, however, I won't speak to accessibility on the inside. The employees I met were friendly and helpful. I was able to upsize my drink, always a plus, and my order was accurate. I tend to prefer barbecue sauce with my tenders, however, I opted to try their Raising Cane sauce. I enjoyed it more than I thought I would. Raising Cane's is community minded with six areas of focus - education, feeding the hungry, active lifestyles, pet welfare, entrepreneurship, and "other" (meaning they enjoy supporting community organizations and will consider "other" ideas). While I'm not quite ready to go 5 stars here, I enjoyed the tenders quite a bit and I enjoyed the small order of crinkle-cut fries. The food quality was good and the quantity was a solid meal. Employees were great, the drive-thru went pretty darn quickly, and I have no issues with calling this a solid 4-star experience. I'll definitely be back.
