Let me tell you I have never been to one of these restaurants before and I am loving them. I love Chicken so an all Chicken place with no beef is my thing. First off Trevor was one awesome person that helped me. I have never had a more polite and caring person ever help me in a fast food or a sit down dinner as he did. I give him 5 Stars along with the food. I asked his advise on what sauce to use for the Waffle Fries and he told me the original and he was so right. I ordered the Chick Fil-a original Deluxe and it was heavenly. My husband ordered the spicy and Trevor suggested the Buffalo Sauce with that one and once again another hit. My son ordered the Grill Chicken and he was in heaven. We drove from Ellensburg to meet up to visit with our Son who is from CA and was on business. So we enjoyed the GREAT Service from Trevor. I've been to this location more than 20 times since it opened and the quality is consistent and the price is fair. Overall: The quality is excellent for fast food. 5/5. I think I hit the jackpot when my hotwire booked random hotel happened to be right next door. Living in Canada, I had heard of Chick-fil-A but did't really know what it was. Drove from Tukwila because of the craving I had for Chick-fil-a Had a large order for 8 people, after being in the drive-through live for about 25min placer my Ofer with the guy outside and his little iPad and proceeded to the window and pick up my food, after I got home we noticed we were missing three (3) chicken sandwiches One large fry and one drink. That's a lot of food to forget don't you think?? I called immediately asking for a refund and was told that was not possible, the woman continued to tell me she would take my name and phone number so I could return to the restaurant and pick up my items. After all the hype I finally decided to go wait in line to realize the legend of chick fil a. After a modestly long breakfast line, I ordered the chick fil a platter. The chicken was good and tender much like any fast food chicken. Service was nice and speedy enough for the length of the line. The food was ok, nothing crazy and judging from the line, you would think you're about to have an epiphany or the best meal of your life. If there's no line I would say try it but otherwise it's no big deal. read more

If you're coming from Group Health, it's insane as you have to cross three crosswalks to get here if walking, and you want to obey the laws- or not get run over lol, that being said, once here I went for Breakfast, the Breakfast IMO is not as good as their Lunch/Dinner options. And the service was VERY VERY slow! Inside the Restaurant is nice though, unlike Tacoma, the Bellevue one doesnt have a play area for the kiddos. but has a nice simi outdoor eating area. Wow the line here is always crazy! I'm not mad I'm just impressed. The line was almost out of the parking lot, but it moved quickly and didn't make me annoyed waiting. As far as the food goes, I got the chicken nuggets and they were good, but I remember them being much better. Perhaps it is nostalgia and they will never be able to live up to how I remember it, but it just doesn't seem to taste as good as it did when I was younger. This new location to the Bellevue area is always busy and popping with people. They have traffic blocked off the street one lane is utilized as a drive thru while several chick-fil-a representative stand outside and take your order to expedite this process the staff was acquitted of the orders and polite. I have been here 4 times since it opened (and in my whole life) and haven't found anything I don't like. The sweet tea and grilled chicken club are delish as are the waffle fries and original chicken sandwich. I have tried a few of the sauces and I keep coming back to is the house Chick-fil-A sauce as my favorite. Now that I am picturing those hot and crisply on the outside yet soft on the inside waffle fires in conjunction with the house sauce, my mouth is watering.....ok back to the review! One thing I noticed when I ordered the very first time was that the item I received looked exactly as it does on the menu board. Picture perfect! The chicken on the regular chicken sandwich is perfectly crispy and hefty in size. I wasn't sure I would be able to finish it along with the fries and sweet tea, but I powered through. :) I am excited to try other offerings. The last thing I will note is how efficient this kitchen is run! It's fun to watch everyone working together and appreciate the courtesy the staff showed each other as well as myself. Since its opening, Chick-fil-A has been an unapproachable mass of cars, pedestrians, police, and general ruckus. Last night, however, my friend and I spotted the unheard of: an open parking spot. Never mind that I was uncomfortably full, fresh off of a massive dinner. I saw an opportunity and I seized it. The time was 9:56 PM, four minutes before closing. We walked in and each ordered a chicken sandwich. And let me tell you, this was the best fast food chicken sandwich I have ever had. The chicken is thick and juicy, with a thin but flavorful breading that complements but doesn't overpower the meat. Just a few small pickle slices lend their flavor to put this into the upper-echelon of fast-food menu items. I am usually the first one to dump a bunch of sauces on my food to add flavor, but this was the rare dish that I preferred to enjoy in its natural state. I will be back. read more

I've been a Chick Fil A fan for years... since I moved up here that's the one thing I always felt was missing.... then, finally, like manna from heaven Chick Fil A arrived... I know the traffic is horrible, I know the store is crowded... what's crazy is, this is the same type of deal you'll see in most Chick Fil A locations throughout the south and its just accepted as norm... I hate to even do this, but a pro tip is to get there at about 11:15, then by the time you get your food and get back to work or whatever you'll be eating at lunch time... I've done both drive through and in store and I definitely found the drive through was very efficient... so kudos on that... any way, CFA is great about customer service, all their associates have a great attitude... the quality of the food is consistent... not sure you can ask for much else... I've eaten here about a dozen times since they opened for breakfast, lunch and dinner... done catered trays and single meals... they always deliver consistently... yes, it's busy, and yes its gonna be a wait at times... but you know what? If it sucked, that wouldn't be the case... so lets get over it... read more

Now that the hype and crazy crowds have finally died down, I can actually give this place a fair review. I must say I'm actually quite impressed with Chick-Fil-A. It's still fast food regards to speed and pricing, but it's not really fast food in any other sense. The place is clean, the service is very friendly and helpful, and just about everything just seems like quality (from a fast food perspective). Instead of cheap ketchup packets, they use nice dippable containers, the coffee stirs are easily double the thickness vs a McDonalds, foam cups, nice metal trays when you eat at the joint. It's like fancy fast food, if that makes any sense. Anyway onto the food. I generally order the Spicy Chicken Sandwich, it's always tender and tasty. I also had a chicken, egg and cheese biscuit this morning (not on the menu), and it was also pretty darn good. I think the only reason I don't visit more often is the scare of lines, and I'll admit usually when I want fast food I want (bone-in) fried chicken or actual cheeseburgers. What can I say that hasn't already been said about Chick Fil A? Hmmmm... I can say at about 8:45 on a Tuesday evening, the drive-through will be pretty much empty. There was just one car before me and from when I ordered to when I got my food was less than 5 minutes. As far as chicken sandwiches go, my sandwich from here was up at the top of my list. The bun was warm and chewy and the chicken (regular) was crispy and juicy. There were none of those nasty hard bits that often show up in restaurant chicken sandwiches. My lemonade tasted fresh squeezed (not sure if this is the case) and even had lemon pulp in it - yes please! Fries were hot and salty, just how fries should be. So close. I downloaded the app, placed my first order for 6 people and drove down to the store. I passed the huge drive in line, skipped the 10 person order line and waited for my food. My order was out in 2 minutes and I was so excited I busted out to my car to get my hot food home for the group. My fatal flaw was I didn't check the bag before I left. The best experience and food I've ever had from a fast food chain. (Period.) The Drive Through Experience: With this kind of novelty, I completely get the wait. Aside from waiting 30 minutes in line so that I could order via the drive through. The drive through employee from the intercom to the cash register was absolutely exceptional. I peered in and every one seemed very clean cut and friendly. I had my card out ready processing by the time I rolled up to the window and I found the pause the employee took to slow me down and ask how my day was going and double checking my order was actually refreshing from the typical food out the window transaction. There were 40+ cars behind me and they professionally took their time. The Dining experience: I've also eaten in a few time and it has never failed me in how well kept the restaurant. The food: A statement such as this is fast food does no justice to the spicy chicken sandwich and waffle fries. The Bellevue location is an okay place to work. I would recommend this job to anyone starting out in the workforce. My coworkers were great; however, management was a bit spotty at times and working around a college students schedule was a bit difficult for them. This was the ultimate reason I left the company but hopefully they have improved since then. I wish them the best! I have nothing negative to say about the food. Great food but terrible place to work. Going into Chick-fil-a I thought it would be a great place to work but was I wrong... My co-workers were great and I enjoyed working with them but the managers were never available. Every time a team member needed a manager they were either very hard to get a hold of or you couldn't find them. Their lack of communication made it a very difficult and stressful work environment. Im glad I left when I did because now tons of my co-workers are leaving as well. It makes sense. Behind the scenes is a completely different story especially after closing. The CFA cheerful attitude goes away and the true colors show. I wouldn't recommend working at this location - Valarie Artis (owner operator) seems to have no control of the restaurant management or the management doesn't care for what she says. Either way it is a very unhealthy work environment. Look for employment elsewhere or at least a different CFA location. I recommend the Totem Lake location. I don't get all the hype. They were open at WWU in the Viking Union when I attended, and it wasn't a big deal there. I came to this location with my in-laws with a Teacher Appreciation coupon from their website- a free chicken sandwich with teacher ID. I thought to myself, I wouldn't wait in line to pay for a chicken sandwich, so this would have to do. When we got there, we couldn't even turn into the parking lot because it was blocked off by traffic cops. They were also directing cars to keep circling the block and come back (even though there was room). We parked in the Ethan Allen parking lot and walked the block. The line was not very long; it went out the door, but the wait was maybe 5 minutes. They were not participating in Teacher Appreciation because they were having their Grand Opening (that did not have any deals or specials). We got our food pretty quick and found a seat just fine. I got a Chicken Deluxe Sandwich and waffle fries. The sandwich was very bland and the fries were soggy/under-cooked. Waste of time; would have preferred Burger King down the street. I've only ever once in my life gone to a Chick Fil-A. I walked to it from their offsite parking down the street because i could see how difficult it was to get a car through the place. I was pleasantly surprised. I had a chicken sandwich. Not cheap, but definitely a cut above what i expect from a fast-food joint: The serving of what seemed like decent quality chicken was generous. interesting french fries. I don't plan on making it a habit, because I prefer to support family restaurants over any chain, but if you have to go, it's pretty good.
