Ok, I confess! I'm a big fan of Chick-fil-a. I worked at Chick-fil-a when I was in college and I've eaten at countless Chick-fil-a locations. This is, by far, my favorite location. They have NEVER gotten my order wrong. They have flawlessly completed several caterIng orders for me and have even saved the day at the last minute when another caterer dropped the ball. The service is amazing and the restaurant is always clean. For Chick-fil-a in general, you need to download the app. Ordering online is super fast. You avoid the line and get your food fast. Plus, you get points toward free food and you also get free food rewards. No, seriously, you actually get free food. Not just the promise of sometime you might get something free. Even if you don't order online, you can still scan the app to get your points. If you don't use the app, you're basically leaving money on the table. read more

My husband got chicken sandwich as always and during eating he almost throw up because he had a long dark hair in his mouth They lost us for good. I always go to chick fil a and have always had great service. However today the girl who took my order at the drive through was rude. She wouldn't let me finish saying my order without interrupting by saying "anything else". She was rushing me with my order and it came off at rude. Popped in for lunch while doing some apartment hunting in the area. The location is relatively easy to get in and out of, at least I didn't have an issue. It was lunchtime so the drive thru line wrapped around the building but this is just typical for any Chick-Fil-A. I chose to go inside and get some food and take a break. The staff at the counter were all friendly, I placed my order and found a seat. Shortly after (less than 5 min) my food was brought to me. A little after that someone, I'm guessing the manager came around greeting everyone and checking on how their meals were. Not long after that while I was mapping where I was headed next, someone came around and offered to clean off my table. I have had a couple of negative experiences here. However, they were always handled so well in a way that made me feel like they cared. Today I noticed something while in the busy drive-thru that wraps around the building at lunch. I noticed the manager of this Chick fil A out in the line taking orders. That really impressed me. Everyone is so kind & friendly. I really keep coming back not because they always get my order right, but because they care about correcting it when needed. They treat each person well. It's really good service!!! The food never lets me down. Always hot & yummy. Pro tip- get a breakfast chicken biscuit with pickles & hash browns. Grab a packet of honey & Texas Peet to take it up a notch. Put a couple of those hash browns in it, too. So good, y'all! read more

I always love coming to chick-fil-a because I know that I am guaranteed a fast and friendly service plus a delicious meal. I went through the drive thru and the employees that they had outside assisting cars all had on their masks and gloves. The parking lot was clean and the uniforms of the employees were well kept. I ordered a 12ct nugget meal with a fruit punch. My meal was fresh and all the sauces I requested were in my bag. They got my order correct and had me out of line and in my way well within 10mins. read more

Since COVID-19, they have been very cautions, about how they handle things, you drive up get your food out the bucket and go on about your day! The absolute best Chick-fil-A I have ever been to. The customer service is fantastic. They are prepared for the lunch crowd (or any crowd), they take you order with an iPad outside to keep the line going. I have never had one employee I spoke with be rude at Chick-fil-A. They are always so friendly and uplifting. In addition to their amazing customer service, they have never gotten my order wrong, EVER. I get it.. people make mistakes and sometimes things get mixed up and I totally understand that. I wouldn't complain if it happened every now and then. But not at Chick-fil-A. They always have it right! The food is delicious. My go to is the chicken nuggets or the grilled market salad with apple cider vinaigrette dressing. The waffle fries are to die for and if you're feeling like you need a pick me up or just something sweet then order a cookies and cream milkshake- you won't regret it. I love that they have loyalty cards and give frequent customers freebies for visiting. I go to this Chick-fil-A at least 2-3 times a week (kinda sad, I know) but I just love it. I also like that they aren't open Sunday's. Well, that is until I'm really really craving some of those waffle fries on a Sunday. But I think it's great of Chick-fil-A to have Sunday off for their employees to go to church, relax, whatever they want to do. It shows that they care. Ordered three chicken biscuits no butter. Got three plain biscuits. Took them back and told them about the mistake. They brought me three more plain biscuits. I took them back to the manager (Shelby) and explained the mistake again. Third time the manager Shelby didn't say a word as she delivered three chicken biscuits covered in butter. Keep driving don't stop at this chic-fil-a. This was my worst experience at any Chic-fil-a in the entire Country. The owner of this place needs to get competent managers in place or it will slowly destroy the chic-fil-a brand! read more

Obviously food at chick fil A is usually great and employees are very nice however this particular location literally gets my order wrong every time. Also they're so busy that their attempt to fix your order is usually rushed and also not accurate. Chick-fil-A is my favorite fast food place. While this review is for the new Greystone location, it applies pretty much to almost all Chick-fil-A locations. The employees of Chick-fil-A make great appearances unlike the unseemly employees of many fast food businesses. Here, I was greeted promptly and served in a very friendly fashion. I never get this aura from an employee of any Chick-fil-A that they would rather be someplace else and are doing me a favor just taking my order. That is how other fast food restaurants are with their ragtag staff. I got my table marker and piping hot food was quickly brought to me. Staff members came by 3 times to every table, including mine, in the section I was in. They filled drinks, brought condiments and took trays. In short, they did things that showed they appreciate the business. They did not shuffle around with a frown like employees at other fast food places. This was a wonderful dining experience and I can see in the faces of customers the favorable impression Chick-fil-A makes. Because of food quality, employees a cut above and courteous, caring service, Chick-fil-A is always crowded. I do not want to be maudlin, but it is restorative of one's faith in America. read more

I went through the drive thru at this location tonight to grab the new Barbecue Bacon chicken sandwich for dinner. It was delicious!

Getting in and out of this chick fil a is horrible. It's an event. Yes they have extra help in drive through but it seems to make it worse instead. They've messed up my order three times already. They should concentrate on getting everyone in and out quickly and getting orders right instead of putting my straw in my cup. I can do that myself. Plus it's annoying if I'm driving home with extra drinks for my family or not planning on drinking my drink immediately. It adds nothing in doing this. read more

This CFA has the worst traffic pattern. I received hair covered food from the CFA further up 280 and was coming to this one to buy a new lunch at this one, but could not get into the parking lot. I called in to explain their catering trucks were blocking the entire parking lot and no one can get in and parking was blocked and the guy told me "ok...is there anything I can do for you?" I have hair covered food and I am trying to purchase another meal from you but trying to tell you there's a bottleneck and someone needs to direct traffic and I get attitude read more

I have never had a bad experience with Chic Fila until today. I entered the inside of the restaurant due to me having a free reward, so I went into redeem it. The worker who took my order was very pleasant and advised that my order will be right out because another young lady was supposed to handle my order. While already patiently waiting two other customers came well after I ordered and placed their orders and she fixed their orders as soon as hey were place and continued to look at me and never fixed my orders. The two customers whom came after me were serviced and left well before me and finally another worker looked at me and seen what she had did and went and fixed my order and could tell my frustration. Now this was completely uncalled for and I have never had this issue happen. I do know that the worker's name was Chrissy and I'm highly dissatisfied with her as an employee.
