Hands down the worst chick fil a I have ever been to. Extremely rude employees. After repeating an order of a #2, two kids meals and a cool wrap sandwich with medium fruit cup multiple times, he was finally able to enter. Food comes and missing items/wrong. When we tell them it was 1 wrong item on one of the kids meals and missing fruit cup. We were treated like we had been lying. After being friendly at first since busy then treated like we are trying to steal, we got short with them as well. Then after we ate, trying to order 2 ice cream cones and an apple sauce, you had thought I was reciting Greek mythology. Was asked if wanted to pay separate. Our usual go to fast food go to location. Arrived around 5:15. Placed order came to $18.01; no receipt assumed would be in bag when we got food. Sat down and waited over 25 minutes and asked about our order. Asked and was brought in about 5 more minutes. My wife's 8 piece nuggets were very dry; not moist like usual. We got two fries. I only ordered one. No receipt so I couldn't check. Probably charged for two. The fries were terrible. No waffles just bits & pieces and not crispy(soggy). Called to inform them that their fried food tasted like burnt plastic mixed with cancer . After calling 10 times they finally answer and could care less. The incredibly long lines at this location do not justify the food or service in the slightest. I ordered a breakfast biscuit with egg and bacon, and received a biscuit with NO EGG and extra cheese. If you want to go to a place that reminds you of Pacsun then go there. This is by far the rudest Chick-fil-A I've ever been to. I ordered my food through the drive thru, got my order completely wrong, I walked in to receive the items that were missing and the child that was at the register gave out the biggest sigh and acted like it was so hard to give me the food that I ordered that was missing. So 0/10 would not recommend. it's a Christian establishment, act like it and be grateful that you woke up in this side of the soil today and are able to even leave your house. read more

Id like to start with the past 10 times i've been the fries haven't been more than 70% full. i have even gone in with the half empty fry and they gave me one that looked almost identical. Second, the tea tastes like water with sugar. and not a lot of it. This is also a consistent problem. I used to work at this location and i'm disappointed to say the quality has fallen since i left. The service is okay, nothing incredible but i'm never disappointed either. Really enjoyed this as a break from formal dining on the Island and also as a break from cooking. Very easy to get to with the new Bluffton bypass. We had nine in our party rolling up in our full size van. Everyone was able to find something delicious and we felt like we were making a healthy choice. Everything came out from the kitchen hot and fresh. There was entertainment planned for the evening we went, followed by some kind of event involving one of the local schools. They were very busy. Just stopped by and had the worst customer service ever from this business. I always frequent this business whenever I'm out but this particular location was the worst. I was driving a tractor so could not go through drive thru/ went to the door and it was locked the employee saw me and another customer standing outside instead of communicating that the doors could not be opened we stood outside for 10 minutes in the rain. Once I got her attention again I walked to the drive through and explained my situation- to her dismay she had no resolution!!! Seriously!! Had a poor customer experience at this Chick-fil-A. Food was great, as always, but an item I had ordered supposedly didn't get rung up and when I mentioned so after checking my order, I was looked at like I had two heads and rudely was asked if I still wanted it (of course I did, I had ordered it!) The woman at the drive thru window was rude to not only myself but also to her coworkers who were delivering food to cars in line. I love CFA and their values but this location did not stand up to those, which is sad to see. I hope they can hire more and improve, because it would be a shame to continue seeing this kind of customer experience regularly. read more

Great food, the chic-fil-a deluxe was fantastic, according to my husband, but my 8 piece unbreaded chicken nuggets were very small. This is the reason for the 4 stars. Always fast, fresh, and decently priced. Staff is friendly and are working hard most of the time. Some of the high school kids needs a bit of motivation to work instead of joke around which I've noticed a few times. Dont just stand there while people are waiting for service. As a loyal Chick-fil-A customer I cannot tell you how disappointed I am by my experience at this location. I arrived around 9:50 on a Saturday for breakfast so as you can imagine there was quite a long line. However i decided to wait in line since Chick-fil-A is usually quick and efficient, unfortunately that was not the case at this location. After waiting 20 minutes in line to order I then waited 45 additional minutes for my carry out order. While the workers seemed to be doing the best they could the managers were doing hardly anything to appease the angry customers who were waiting as well. Everyone standing in line witnessed the manager arguing and raising his voice to the cooks in the kitchen. I also witnessed another manager getting snippy with a customer who had requests a refund after her had waited for almost an hour for his food and still had not received it. After waiting for 30 minutes I had finished my peach tea so I requested a refill. The manager refused to give me a refill which seemed unreasonable since I been waiting half of an hour for my order. It just seemed like poor customer service. Usually Chick-fil-A seems to go above and beyond to keep their customers satisfied and they were not even willing to give me a refill after I had waited for an outrageous amount of time. Finally when I received my order it was after 11 and I took it out to my car and discovered I did not receive the correct breakfast sandwiches. At that point I was too frustrated to turn around and go back to get my correct order. I would expect this type of service from a different fast food chain but this was well below Chick-fil-A's quality and standard. read more
