This was nothing short of a euphoric experience. If I were to have a child I could not support I would bring it to this location. There is no better group of people I would rather raise my child. The chicken was good. However, I do have a serious complaint. The fact that pickles are the implied topping is an abomination to chicken lovers everywhere. This should be an option one must request. I've got love for Chick-fil-a. This is probably the only fast food place I feel comfortable eating inside the establishment. The tables are always cleared and cleaned, the employees are pleasant and helpful when needed. This chick-fil-a pays close attention to details that would make a dine-in experience stand out from the rest. For example, their bathroom doors handles are situated where you can use your forearm to open it instead of the hands you just washed, they provide bleach wipes if you would like to wipe the table yourself, they deliver the food to your table and ask if you would like anything else, they have employees roaming the dining area refilling drinks etc. Love their little extra touches they provide and it does not go unnoticed! The food is fresh, sauces (of which you can have as many as you would like!) are good, and if you get a salad, ALWAYS get that avocado chili ranch!! Don't bother with boring soda, get their lemonade, its the best around! read more

Hey I went to the restaurant by Boise mall last week with a co-worker and ordered Cobb salad. The salad was huge and kind of Spendy at almost $8.50. But there was NOT any eggs on it. I told workers behind counter and mgr was told and I was informed they were out of eggs. WTH.? The Mgr. Craig was so sweet he offered me any side dish. I tried their Mac& chez. Excellent! Battle of the STRIPS! Chick-fil-A VS Popeye's The hype on this place is unreal it is in no way worthy 5 stars, people giving thus place 4-5 stars must have a horrible palate. My visit was quick, first impression the place was very clean which I LOVE! I found the menu a little underwhelming as it didn't see to have many choices, chickin sandwiches modified with different toppings. I opted for the strips which is my go to at any place that serves chicken. Food- Sadly it came out lukewarm/cold, you could tell they have been sitting. They lost big points from me having to remake them, they also did not burst with flavor and texturally were soft and not crunchy. Popeye's makes strips to order so they are always hot, the spices ensure flavor, and they have great texture. I did like Chic's bbq sauce dipping sauce better as it had some great zing. My last gripe about this place is that the drink machines are at the register, the cashier continually has to stop and fill drinks. If you are getting a refill you feel awkward going to the front of the line where people are ordering. Being a Christian I did enjoy the music is instrumental worship music, this was quite refreshing as I ate and give them props for this. 3 stars this visit- I'll be back to give them another try and hopefully change my review read more

10:10 am and I completed my breakfast order on their mobile app. Got in my car and hit every light red. A 5 min drive turned into 10. Got to the restaurant and clicked I'm here at 10:20. I walked up to the mobile pick up counter and someone said that they will have my order ready soon. 10 mins later and no food. A couple walks in and asks if they are still serving breakfast. They said no sorry just missed it. I start to worry...did I miss it too? What would I do without the fresh fruit cup, mini chicken and waffle bites and the so delicious sausage breakfast burrito? Ok, this is the first time eating at this "fast food" restaurant. I highlighted fast food for a reason. I ordered a Chicken Deluxe Sandwich and it was delicious. It was not like any other fast food place. The sandwich was very good. The fries and fry sauce was awesome. The chicken filet was not or did not taste like your average fast food order (frozen). I am not sure if anyone else likes dry chicken sandwiches, but we don't! That's right, no friggin sauce!!! WE ordered nuggets and sandwiches and even tipped them. No sauces and no straw (but I think you have to ask for those). Yes we ordered what sauces we wanted. If you like chicken sandwiches or nuggets, then this is the place to go. My husband and I used to go here all the time during my lunch break from work when we lived down in Texas and always enjoyed it. This is first time visiting one that wasn't in a mall and first time up here in Idaho. The food is still good, the services is very friendly and helpful. They come by and ask if you want refills or more sauce and will even take away your food tray if you haven't gotten to that yet. It's almost like being in a sit down restaurant. The sandwiches are very fresh looking and the chicken strips are tasty even though I wish the outside was a little crispier and no so soft. The restaurant was VERY clean which makes for a nice dinning experience. Would recommend if you want a chicken alternative. read more

I don't know what Chick-Fil-A is doing to there employees but they are like brain washed to be the greatest, fastest, nicest employees ever. I think every business in the treasure valley needs to be plotting to steal the secret to making the best employee ever! These employees are literally on top of it. The food is always delicious and fresh. There extremely nice and welcoming, you got a lot of these places you go and eat at around town, and there employees seem like they don't want you there. But not Chick-Fil-A. Man I was seriously shocked. So shocked I went through the drive thru, sat in the parking lot and pondered to myself, and had to drive back through the drive thru to make sure it was real! Hats off to you guys! Check your carry out order. This Chick-fil-A sometimes messes up your carry out order. I drove with my kids 20 minutes to this Chick-fil-A. We took our food home to eat while we watched a movie. Chick-fil-A had omitted a $9 salad. I called them. They told me the salad would be ready when I got there since everyone at home wanted to wait so we could eat together. When I got there, they didn't have it ready...they had to go back and make one. So frustrated. For the drive and waiting time, it ended up being a 50 minute experience. This Chick fil a is the worst when it comes to customer service in Boise. I went through the drive through with my family and ordered a nugget tray, and some other stuff, before even ordering we asked the drive through attendant if there would be a wait where we would have to park out front. Typically it's okay and takes only a couple mins but that's NOT the case at this chick fil a my husband has been made to wait 30 mins when only quoted to have to a few minutes before so we wanted to make sure we could avoid that. The drive through attendant then got on her head set and spoke to the kitchen staff directly and said for sure they would have the order ready for us. We drove up the person at the window took one look at my Asian husband then squinted and said that we would have to go around, park, and turn our hazards on, when my husband protested because the person we JUST talked to said the kitchen had our order she immediately said that she could just refund us and then tried to have us PARK and WAIT for our refund receipt which is absolutely ridiculous! Seriously this location full stop is the worst in Boise they're stocked full of snobby kids who have no business serving anyone. read more

I watched my window person wait for my food to be thrown down the slider and she instantly bagged my food and she delivered. It was very simple and fast.
