Ordering process is always easy. We did order online. I did have to order through phone calls a couple times and either has always been easy. The gal that delivered our pizza was sweet! We gave her a cash tip so I know it didn't show up on the order. She was so kind even though she didn't know if she was getting ripped or not. More drivers need to be like her. Stop assuming you're not getting tipped. The viral pizza is a pan pizza with extra garlic parmesan sauce with Philly steak, bacon and extra cheese. We did modify our our pizza. We subbed ham and chicken for the bacon. My husband is not a big bacon fan but honestly the ham worked! The crust was chewy and crunchy from the cheese. It was our first time trying this sauce and it was freaky good! There was plenty of topping and cheese on the pizza. The cheese pull was great! We did order a couple marinara cups to dip the pizza. I've learned to stop ordering deliver with dominos unless I can't drive because I'm too intoxicated. Pizza seems to show up sloppy with delivery orders and I can't understand why. It's 2 miles from the store to my door. Anyhow, pick up is the way to go here. Pizza was made quickly, correctly, and had the perfect crisp. To begin with, Domino's website sucks when you try to order a special that they have listed online. So my husband gave up and called the Star location (too bad we didn't check their rating first)! Trying to order was quite an ordeal as my husband had to keep repeating himself numerous times. Eventually, it seemed order was completed. Thankfully, my husband said we would pay when they delivered the order. We were told to expect pizza in about 45 minutes, but after an hour and a half, NO PIZZA!! I made an online order consisting of the following; 1 box of parmesan bread bites & 1 half pepperoni half cheese pizza. Driver was incredibly rude! I get if you're having a bad day but he went way overboard. One of our employees ordered a pizza for his class and received a discount. He paid cash and the driver proceeded to call the teacher a liar for receiving a discount that the driver thought he didn't deserve for some reason. This was in our front office in front of a student and several employees. Then I called Dominos to complain and he answered the phone repeating that our employee was a liar. This was over a single pizza. I spoke to the manager and said I did not want him back at our business and she said she couldn't guarantee that. This is a busy location and with all the crazy-man, these workers are for sure getting all of their steps in. It's a Friday night, we ordered off the app and went to pick up. Because they aren't letting people inside, workers were constantly making sure that people were getting orders correct and out as quick as possible. Where do I begin? I ordered online and was told the order was expected to be delivered at a certain time. The delivery driver left with the order and everything seemed fine on the tracker online. 45 minutes goes by when I finally call to find out what was happening with the order. I was placed on hold and never gotten back to. Finally the order came. The order was cold and horrible. I went online to request my money back. It's not something I tend to do and I have been a loyal customer for a long time at this establishment. The request was forwarded to the owner of the business. I got a call from Ashley. I told her repeatedly that I wanted everything done through writing. She called me back 4-5 times repeatedly. Finally the last time, I told her writing was the way to communicate with me. She told me to "shut up" multiple times and even told me to "Fuck off." I will NEVER return to this company. I have NEVER been treated so horribly. She needs to lose her job. I'm sure she's gotten away with acting like this before, but not with me. If you want better pizza and a better price, you could go anywhere else. Order your food from Chicago. Patrick the "manager" needs to get a hold on his establishment. Twice we ordered and reordered (on the same evening) two pizzas and both times they were sent back because the driver couldn't get into our "gate." We only found this out calling ourselves and asking after 1.5 hours. We don't have a gate. Told them that. They said they didn't know our exact address. They sent another two pizzas. Again, they said they they couldn't get into the gate. Never received a call from the driver. Never received a call when the driver got back to the restaurant either time. Seems logical that the manger of an establishment would call us to figure out the issue rather than waste 4 pizzas just because his driver can't use a phone and thinks that we live in a gated community when in fact we live on a main road. Also seems logical of a manger to make things right with a customer rather than sit back and tell us that he wasn't going to send another pizza out. Hope the kitchen enjoys the pizzas :)!!!!! It's been awhile & I was craving pizza, tired & hungry, so ordered Domino's carryout. Wow! :O I sprung for the Parmesan bites to go along with my pizza--when I opened the box, I saw about 4 or 5 EXTREMELY small ones, so counted but couldn't remember how many were supposed to come with it. When I counted, I figured the normal order must be 12 & they threw in these extra itty-bitty-teeny-weeny ones to be nice. Nope! Just looked at the menu & it's supposed to be 16! :O AND I left a nice tip AND walked out without getting crushed peppers as I forgot to ask for them. I order from here all the time. But tonight I was disappointed on my delivery driver. I gave him a $2.00 tip. Which I know isn't a lot but I don't have a ton of money. And after I shut the front door for my delivery I had to go into my garage and I heard the driver say "thanks for the tip bitch." My boyfriend was assembling furniture at my grandmas and they got hungry...so off to grab pizza I went! Pizza Hut and Dominos were about equal distance apart but I mistakenly mistook dominos for Little Caesar's and thought I'd go the cheap route. I didn't realize my mistake until I got inside and saw the prices. Big mistake! Pizza here costs twice as much as Pizza Hut carryout ($7.99 large) and the staff didn't have a firm understanding of their menu. I waited 15 minutes for my pizza and pizza knots, but in the process I heard just how untrained their staff was. They were adding Alfredo sauce to white pizzas, used the wrong crusts, they didn't know if they could tip on credit cards, and told a lady they didn't sell gift cards. By the time my order was ready, I hoped my pizzas were made correctly. They were (thankfully) but the pizza didn't taste that great and the knots were limited at best. In the future, I'd save money and get more food at Pizza Hut. read more

We order from this Dominos for our business and the Eagle Dominos for home and there is a huge difference in speed, accuracy and customer service between the two stores!!!! I used to get pizza delivery from Dominos a lot. At least once a week. We even got to recognize the delivery drivers. One day, our pizza came. I swear to god it was covered in pubes. Like, whoever was working thought it would be funny to put pubes on a pizza. We ordered two pizzas that night, one was normal and one was covered in pubes. I haven't been able to eat dominos since. These guys are always fast and courteous when we come to in to pick up our order! They throw in a couple ranches or marinaras at no extra charge as well. Have yet to have any kind of issue with them! I do wish they were open later since there are a couple bars in the area - they might make more money if they were open later. Still great service! read more
