Food was great. Brooklyn was great but front counter staff not so much. We had a free shake gift card from a manager that gave it to me for waiting a long time for my food a few months back. When, I don't remember the exact month I got it. Took it to the front to redeem it and the girl said sorry it's expired. Mind you I come here a few times a month. The girl was extremely rude to the point my husband wanted to just leave. I wanted to talk to the manager and he said no I want to go so we left. I'm a little shocked because Chick fila prides themselves on customer service. Maybe not this time.

    Skimping their customers. Shameful.

$4.12 for a pathetic piece of chicken?? Smallest breakfast sandwich i've ever gotten and will stay away from this place from now on. All i tasted was spice and biscuit. Ridiculous & a rip off.

So I'm kind of disappointed with this location. I've been here multiple times and they get my order wrong most of the time. Came here today and I got a regular sandwich but they gave me a deluxe when I told her I can't have tomatoes. After coming back the girl said she wouldn't charge me for it but why would you charge me for it if you gave me the wrong sandwich in the first place? Then I get to the window and they parked me for a single sandwich. I'm not too happy with this location probably not coming back.

Spicy Chicken Sandwich Chick-fil-A Waffle Potato Fries-

I've gone to this place quite a lot and I used to enjoy it but it seems like the quality isn't there anymore. Sure the flavors aren't far off but it's really starting to look like food from jack in the box, slapped on bun, floppy fries.. I do like chick-fil-a but as far as quality so far the best place to go would be the nampa location near karcher

These guys were fast and efficient even during the lunch hour! Food was hot when it arrived and delicious! I don't think you can get a better chicken sandwich anywhere else. Plus, the waffle fries are da bomb! Bathrooms were clean, as was the diner! All the employees were very friendly and eager to help us.

    Christmas time!

From the moment I…read morewalked in, the atmosphere felt welcoming and upbeat, with friendly staff who clearly take pride in what they do. The burger itself was outstanding--perfectly cooked, incredibly juicy, and packed with flavor in every bite. The ingredients tasted fresh and high quality, and the toppings were balanced just right without overwhelming the burger. Even the bun was soft yet held everything together perfectly, which is something a lot of places overlook. What really stood out was the attention to detail across the whole meal. The fries were crispy and well-seasoned, and everything came out hot and fresh without a long wait. It's clear this place cares about consistency and customer experience. Whether you're just stopping in for a quick bite or looking for a go-to burger spot, this place absolutely delivers. We will definitely be coming back again and recommending it to anyone who appreciates a truly great burger. Location is fun with other restaurants nearby. Must visit!

My son had the kid's chicken tenders, which was just their crispy chicken cut into strips. The waffle fries were perfect. Just the right amount of crunchy and the taste...so good. The burger was good but I didn't find it amazing. My husband on the other hand devoured his and declared it "good." Coming from out of town, Wyld Child was a great introduction to what Boise offered.

This place has been hit or miss for many years with the burgers but the one thing they always nail…read moreare the tots or fries. The rosemary, garlic, olive oil combo is sooo goood. This time I had their limited Colorado Burger and it was actually really tasty. These are the ingredients, it had an Angus Beef double patty, grilled green chilies, melted aged cheddar and pepper jack cheeses, lettuce, tomato, mayo, all on a spicy chipotle bun. The green chilies and bun were hardley spicey at all, but the pepper jack cheese did bring a little heat that was balanced out by the cheddar cheese. The bun was good but the bottom bun was to greasy, but thats an easy fix with some training. The restaurant was clean and presentable with nothing really unique about it. The costumer service was great. This place revamped their entire burger menu and spice blend in late 2024 and I think they are on the right trend forward. I wasn't a fan before but they grew on me with this burger and I will try others in the near future.

It came with tomato, red onions and a green leaf lettuce leaf and dill pickle slices. A little messy to eat - maybe they can use a wrap like most other burger places do. I also got a fountain drink and liked their variety of drink options at the self serve station. There's nothing really smashed about this burger except the name. I thought the very definition of a smash burger is one round mound of ground beef that is smashed on the grill to cook it. Shouldn't they be irregularly shaped with charred meat on the outer parts of the patty? This burger was none of that. However, the burger was well priced and tasted just fine. I liked the large bun with my burger and the drink cups are nicely insulated too. A good value but they remind me of a burger from The Habit for some reason instead of a true smash burger like I get from a lot of other places. A great smash burger comparison is a smash burger from Daddyburger in Tucson or Smash that Burger in Seattle. Now those are great smash burgers that I hoped this place would've been. Maybe this company needs to get back to its roots?

Good quality chicken. 'The Box' which their smallest combo meal for $12.50 including tax is enough for two people certainly. The fries were good. The coleslaw was good as well. It was always busy every time I stopped in. With my new kidney, I wanted to be cautious with the amount of people I'm around. Now that Raising Canes has been open for a hot minute, I felt like the crowd to be a lot smaller and safer for me to be inside the dining area. Greg helped us today at the register. He was really patient with us since it was my husband's first time eating there. I snagged the 3 piece naked combo and my husband got the chicken sandwich. He is a cheese lover so he was bummed that he couldn't add cheese to his sandwich but he still had high hopes that it will be good. My husband's meal did come out first. For some reason they dropped the ball on my meal. There were quite a few people that got their meals ahead of me that ordered after us. I wasn't sweating it but I knew Greg was on top of it. As soon as my food was ready, Greg hand delivered my meal which was nice since they usually call you up to grab your food. It was nice that Greg made sure we were aware that he didn't forget about me. What I noticed last time I ate at RC was how small the tenders were when you ordered them naked. I only got the tenders last time and at 2 bucks a tender, I really felt like I was being ripped off. Today I got the 3 piece naked but was given 4 pieces of chicken. Honestly, I don't know if I got the extra piece of chicken for them dropping the ball or because the chicken tenders were small. I guess the next time we come in, that will answer my million dollar question. While we were eating, Greg dropped off another sandwich meal for us to take home. He wanted to make sure that our experience was good since it was my husband's first meal there. I appreciate that Greg went above and beyond to make sure we left happy. The customer service Greg gave us today was fantastic! Only if all customer service can be like Greg's. I know a lot of businesses would prosper! I enjoyed the vibe of RC. The dico balls, the music and the chill atmosphere of the joint. It was fun experiencing all of that with my husband. My chicken was tender. The fries were crispy and salty. I got to see what the hype was all about with the bread and Canes sauce. I'm happy I waited to eat inside so I can actually get the whole experience. I look forward to coming back and having more naked tendies.
