Terrance brought me my food and was so polite and helpful with my last minute requests. Leo always greets me with a big genuine smile, regardless of how busy he is! I went through the drive-thru several minutes ago and was told that my order wasn't ready and that I needed to park out front. My order was a chicken biscuit and 20 minutes later still no biscuit.Slow service and not really on brand with the customer service. It's a busy restaurant but that doesn't excuse that 70% of the staff are poor ambassadors for the chain. Disinterested is the best description of most of the staff.I won't be back to this location ever. I'm disgusted with this company. read more

I usually stop by this Chic Fil A in the mornings on my way to work and it rarely disappoints. Nice to see the double drive thru lanes and the staff outside in the morning. Horrible service and wait times since the new building was opened. We went here over the past weekend and waiting for a to go order for over 30 minutes only to be given someone else's order. Another ten minutes and we finally left as we had to catch a flight. All of this happened while the staff was busy checking their dirty cell phones and touching their faces while handling food. It wasn't even worth asking for our money back as they would've rolled their eyes at that problem too. Totally disgusted - we will definitely drive to one of the two Crofton locations from now on. Perhaps this franchise owner should've kept the original building and opened another location across the highway as they did in Crofton. We will not return. read more

This Chick-fil-A franchise used to be good, very fast, friendly, and efficient. But since they have built the new building, a few hundred feet away, and tore down the old one, their quality has suffered. First, their double lane drive thru has not improved service, and it takes a very long time to place or receive an order. I stopped using the drive-thru because of this. Second, their staff is different, and not the typical friendly staff one would expect. There are a few employees who moved over, who are genuine, but overall, it is like the building moved 500 ft. and replaced staff with slow mouth breathers. I make sure to pass by and visit in Crofton or drive a little more to avoid this new and improved location. read more

My partner loves the food, the service is always great! The food appears to be made fresh each time I come in. The staff here is overly pleasant and eager to help. Keep up the good work. I have always loved this restaurant but since the changes, some things that were great and above average are becoming sub par and making me doubt my decision to go to this location. In previous orders, I had my order missing items that were requested to drink orders that were not mine (i.e. ordered cherry Coke and got Diet Coke). I've given them the benefit of the doubt, but I'm so over this. Today, I sent in a mobile order for my usual breakfast for myself and husband. He checked the order and it seemed fine until he got home. The hash browns were MINIMUM. I kid you not one of them only had about 6 hash brown; No, I'm not the hash brown counting patrol, but it is noticeable when the box is not full. Then I had my chicken biscuit, which was fine. My husband, on the other hand, wanted his 4 count minis. They gave him 12 piece nuggets! Of course, it's too late to go back and exchange because breakfast is over. I'm so disappointed in this location and for future, I might have to go to the other Bowie location. If you opt to venture to this location, please be sure to check all of your order for everything you ask for. read more

Logistically, this location is tough to navigate. The parking lot is way too small & cumbersome to accommodate the Chick-Fil-A masses. The food is always delish but if I have my choice between this location and Waugh Chapel, I'm headed to Gambrills. read more

Not up to Chik-fil-a standards for service standpoint. Of course food is standard good! Went thru drive thru. 15 minutes even though there were only about 6 cars ahead of me. Plus they had someone taking orders outside and someone taking payment outside the window. Still terribly slow. Was asked by order taker if I wanted sauce which I did only to find no sauce in the bag when I got to my destination. Disappointed overall even though I love their food. read more

Usually I would give this location 5/5 stars bc their service is excellent. Today I waited 10 minutes in line (which isn't an issue I will wait for something good) just to get home and realize that the meal was not what I ordered. The funny thing was that a manager took my order. Not only did she mess up my order but my boyfriends order as well. When I returned instead of apologizing for the miscommunication she basically said it was on me bc she reread the order to me. Im sorry I wasn't listening to you repeat the order bc I thought you heard me correct the first time. This is my favorite fast food place. First off no matter what time it is the line is always wrapped around the building and down the street. However, the quick, efficient and don't forget polite service, as well as the spicy chicken sandwich is always worth the wait! I wish I owned this establishment as they are always on point with service and delicious food! Only downer is they are closed on Sunday! read more

Good tasting food, friendly staff, clean restaurant but BEWARE, the customers here are rude and inconsiderate. I've been here several times and I've put up with a lot. I'm starting to understand why there is a built in queue line in front of the counters. If there wasn't, the customers that come here would create chaos. I've never seen this in other Chik-fil-A restaurants. I can imagine, if things get worst in the future you'll probably have to make reservations. to dine in. The quality in their food is up there. I just didn't care for what i ordered. Skinless chicken nuggets. They had a flavor that may have been lemon. Didn't care foe them. One cannot say enough about the staff at the Bowie Chik Fil A. During the snow storm this week, we decided to meet up with 8 other families at our favorite food spot (that has an indoor playground). We rounded up tables and spread ourselves out. They sent someone over to take our order at the table. Parents were able to peel layers off of children and send them running to the play area. We sat and talked for hours while the staff continued to wait on us. They always smiled and were polite, even when they said they were closing early (it had been snowing all day). Thank you Chik Fil A for setting a high standard of service and meeting it every time. It was truly 'our pleasure' to be there. read more

The food is fine. But the service is terribly slow and this place is ALWAYS crowded. Its actually faster to drive much further to the north bowie location since it runs so much smoother and faster. They also have been under construction so the layouy makes this place a hassle. Even with the new "improved" setup the line extends past the gas station and leads to ridiculous traffic jams on the small road its on behind Rips. read more

Food came out quick and hot, dispite a drive thru line that was constantly moving but was wrapped around the building. The restaurant was very clean, including the bathroom. I am a huge fan of Chick-fil-A, but I am especially fond of this one. This is a very busy location. I've never gone there and seen less than 7-8 cars in the drive thru. There are even more at lunchtime, yet they get you through the line quickly and efficiently. The staff is friendly and helpful and it's clearly managed by someone who knows what they're doing. I've been in places that have a high volume like this and the staff gets frustrated & often mixes up orders. But not this place. I am a huge fan of Chick-fil-A (my husband and I both worked there when we were younger) but this location is so unpleasant to visit that even though it's just around the corner, we hardly ever go. The place is always slammed, and I mean always. I don't think I've ever seen the place where the drive thru line isn't wrapped around the building. Obviously that's not their fault. But what is their fault is the poor customer service, which is extremely disappointing due to the high standards of customer service that Chick-fil-A has for their employees. Maybe I'm just too hyper aware of what a real chick-fil-a experience should look like, but I have never had an experience with the employees here that was satisfying. read more
