My family loves Chick-fil-a and this location is amazing! Always friendly, precise with your order and quick.

The entire team that we encountered working tonight is horrible. Several youngsters with big egos. I placed an online order for pick up but after arriving to the restaurant the order still wasn't ready and I wasn't feeling well. I decided to join the drive thru line and was unable to change the pick up option because once I joined the line the order showed that it was ready. The worker walks to the car and I informed her that I placed an online order. She then tells me that I'd have to back out of the drive thru like. I immediately told her that I would not. She proceeds to tell me that I can go through the like but would still have to get out to get my order. Absolutely not! She storms off like a child and disappeared. Apparently the word spread like wildfire and the guy at the booth says, "just to let you know we are making an exception to do this for you. After arriving to the window another worker felt the need to say the same thing. After driving off I realized that 1/2 my order was missing. The girl in the drive thru yells, "if she wants to speak to a manager she'd have to get out of the car". Bad customer service!!! Will never return. read more

Honestly, I've been a chick fil a fan for many years. I've always had a great experience food and customer wise. The cashier who helped us, ESMERALDA, had such a rude manner and tone. When we ordered our food, she rolled her eyes at us becuase our order was somewhat "weird". If u have a problem with our order, it's not our fault, she should of had a better attitude towards us. And to top us off, she didn't even say "my pleasure". Such mediocre employees like these, definitely makes the experience worse. read more

So annoyed. I was having a really rough morning and decided to treat myself to something yummy. I only ordered a bacon and egg sandwich and when I got it, it was just cheese. I work in Irvine so i couldn't just come back bc that's where I opened it up. I even checked he bag before I left. Didn't think I had to open the damn sandwich to check if that was right too. Came to my favorite Chick-fil-A location today and like always, it was delicious! The service here is always great, but today in particular we got amazing service from ADRIAN. He was very friendly and attentive, when we had finished our lunch he offered to throw away our trash from our tray. He then asked us if we would like a refill, since my boyfriend and I had shared a drink we said yes. It took maybe 20 seconds for him to come back with a refilled drink. He told us to have a great day and it was his pleasure to serve us. We WILL be coming back here very soon, and hopefully we see ADRIAN when we do! read more

Grilled chicken nuggets not as expected but still healthy. They come in a cup . You have to eat with a fork which I didn't care for . It's just a chicken breast chopped up. Better to stick to getting a sandwich . Open kind of late so that was a plus. read more

I have gone here over 5 times since the begininig of the new year and EVERYTIME there is something wrong with my order. I recently went for breakfast with my dad and they completely messed up my order and even charged me extra for a drink and hashbrowns.. THAT WERE NOT EVEN IN MY BAG... they only gave me my drink. I understand you want to be quick because this is fast food but you can still be efficient. i know someone who worked there and was bullied by a few leads and the manager so getting bad service comes by no surprise do to the fact that they have "leaders" who do not know how to lead. young kids in highchschool and even people who work there making a living need to learn work ethic and what it means to work hard and unfortunately they are set up to fail because of the poor leadership in there. i received attitude and what felt like take you sh*t and go attitude. if im going to be treated that way then save your " my pleasure" for someone else. read more

Quick service, good customer service, there's a play area for kids, clean restrooms (ideal for dining in) and not to mention the food is great. No complaints here! Even loved the fresh red white and blue flower decorations for 4th of July. read more

10/10 costumer service at this location, seriously. Our car DIED outside of the store after eating our food and THREE employees including the manager, Wesley, and another worker I didn't get the name of came out with jumper cables and even jumped our cars for us (we didn't know how lol). Service is great here! Would definitely go again. However, don't park in the inside parking lot - the one where the drive through circles around it. During prime business hours, it's mayhem getting out of there because the drive through line blocks your exit. Other than that, love this Chik Fil A! read more

Went through the drive through this morning and like an idiot, forgot my wallet. I only live about 5 min from this location so I told the gal at the window I'd run home and grab it and be back to pay for my food. When I returned they handed me my food and coffee and said "this ones on us." I've never experienced "fast food" customer service like this. Needless to say they have a new loyal customer. Found out that Chick-fil-A no longer will make my fries "well done"... do to time restraints and their corporate. In a time where we have so so many chicken places opening am super shocked they decided to stop satisfying us the customers. They gracefully gave me a flier indicating the new policy.. I can't imagine the cost that goes into re-training employees and printings flier to let us know we no longer wIll get "well done fries". Over rated food and at a premium cost. The people also freak me out. One time when eating there, five seconds after sitting down a guy came around to ask if we needed anything, soda refill or sauces. He had this blank face like he was being forced to ask everyone in the place (which he did, we were just the first table he came to). He didn't seem to notice that the drinks were full, without even our straws in them yet and we had our condiments on the table with our napkins. Get a clue dude, read the customers and the table, don't just repeat what the note card in your orientation class said. Oh and another thing, there were about 10 people behind the counter and they all seemed very confused, young and inexperienced. read more

Can't beat Chck-Fil-A! Especially if you have kids. Every time I come here the customer service is amazing. They keep everything really clean and are super friendly and helpful. Employees constantly walk around asking to refresh your drink or clear your table. The chicken is also good. Always comes out juicy and not too oily. It somehow feels like "healthy" fried chicken. I also like all the different dipping sauces you can get. The best part about this place is the playground. When it is rainy we can just take the kids here to run around in their indoor playground and get all their energy out. read more

This may sound dumb, but this is THE FASTEST Chick-fil-A I've ever been to in my life. I was super crunched for time at work, but craving Chick-fil-A (like always), and had to run over. I picked the drive-thru which I usually regret at most fast food places because it's really not all that "fast". There were 3 rockstar team members outside (in the double lane drive-thru ) taking orders/helping people through the line quickly. I seriously ordered and got my food in less than 5 minutes -- and it was hot and fresh! Thanks Chick-fil-a for a fast and fresh meal! I go to Chick Fil A all the time. All over the place. I love CFA. But this one is consistently terrible. The line always takes forever. The order is always messed up, usually significantly. This is the only CFA I've ever had to complain to corporate about. Do not come here. If you do, make sure you have plenty of time and triple check your order. read more

I went to have dinner with my family last night and we had such a pleasant experience. I love going to Chick-Fil-A, everyone on staff is always very respectful, cordial and have great manners. They offered to help me carry the drinks to the table since my hands were full. They also came by and offered refills on our drinks. The restaurant plays my favorite Christian music. I love going here with my kids, it very family friendly. They even have a little play area. It's a clean environment as well. As soon as someone leaves the table, the staff goes by and cleans it. Lastly the food is VERY delicious, hands down the best chicken sandwich I've ever tasted!!! Always fresh, made on the spot and very affordable. Stopped just to get drinks. The cashier was great! She leaned over to help a new cashier with a "regular" customer who was was trying to order. She knew what she was trying to order. Chick-fil-a is one of my favorite fast food restaurants as the chain's food and customer service far surpass other fast food restaurants. But, I have found the Brea to be an exceptional location. Though I ordered during a very busy lunch rush, the employees were willing to do whatever it took to make sure I received my food in a timely manner. After I received my order, I asked if there was any way I could change out my side of fruit for a small salad, and they made the change with a smile and no hesitations. Though my order took a little longer than I had hoped (to be expected at lunch time), Chick-fil-a Brea still came through and surpassed my expectations once again. read more
