Tour of Italy chicken parmagana, fettuccine, and lasagna
    Michael V.

Came to the olive garden with my girlfriend for dinner. I wanted lasagna but knew that it was risky for my acid reflux to eat tomato based pasta for a late dinner. The tour of Italy was a great answer, a little lasagna with chicken and fettuccine to lighten the tomato sauce impact on my stomach. Started with the salad and bread sticks. Very solid. Ate some of all 3 items on my tour of Italy plate and took most of it home for leftovers. Honestly I was disappointed, the lasagna was good, the fettuccine was okay, and the chicken parmagana was fair at best. I haven't eaten at the olive garden in years but I have much better memories than this trip lived up to. I'll probably try again, most likely at a different location, in the hopes that I will have a better culinary experience.

Only way to start our dinner with our God daughter!

We love Olive Garden and we came to this location to meet our God Daughter for a pre Christmas dinner and we decided to sit at the bar until our God Daughter showed up. Nice bar area and we were all alone so we got all the attention from our great waiter, Adrian. What a great server. Very hospitable and patient as we waited for our company. We started with a bottle of Meiomi Pinot Noir, which we love. My wife and I only got the soup and a fried mozzarella sticks but our God daughter really enjoyed her Five Cheese Ziti. We ended up staying with Adrian in the bar area and the service was great. Refills on the breadsticks and soups. The Gnocchi is always so good. We just love it. Wish they had a Happy Hour, we would come by more often.

I like this location of olive garden Lots of parking since its by the mall We got seated pretty quick within 10 min of checkin on a Sunday night Food was great Pasta was cooked right Calamari crispy and good Breadsticks hot n addicting Service was a let down though - our server was MIA the entire time except for taking our order and giving us the check - forgot to give us utensils, didn't ask if we wanted a refill on breadsticks or drinks, even when we asked for him using the tablet the manager helped us instead.

Unfortunately Olive Garden just isn't what it used to be. I went here for lunch customer service was good restaurant was clean They sat use in the bar area the restaurant was empty the bartender came over to take out orders Took a min to receive our drinks We got out order taken and we waited enjoyed our drink Got our salad and the plates were super hot also the salad was welted and gross I was extremely disappointed Bread sticks had no flavor at all Got our food my fettuccine was kinda dried out with sauce added the chicken was ok It was just not the way I remember Olive Garden being. I unfortunately won't go back to this establishment

    Endless pasta

Endless pasta bowl is backkkkk! I've actually never done the endless pasta bowl. This was the first time for me. My husband always does the endless pasta bowl. I am an insider, and receive the Olive Garden emails, so I got early access to the endless pasta bowl. Woohoooo :) Since this was my first time doing it, it was all new. I love the alfredo sauce! All of my pasta had the alfredo sauce. I started with rigatoni noodles with alfredo, then did fettucine with alfredo. Last bowl, I did angel hair pasta with alfredo. My only gripe is that the alfredo sauce for the endless pasta bowl, is thin and watery. It isn't the usual thick, creamy and cheesy amazing alfredo sauce. We ordered endless alfredo for dipping the breadsticks in, and that was the good stuff. I was able to compare the normal alfredo sauce to the endless pasta bowl alfredo sauce, and it was night and day. The sauces were so different! They didn't even taste the same at all. It makes sense though. Why would you use the expensive alfredo for endless pasta bowl? Could be costly. I would never do the endless pasta bowl again. The sauce isn't the same. I'll stick to my tortellini with the bomb alfredo. Service was fine. ambiance was kind of busy actually. I'm guessing many people got the insider email.

My first time at an Olive Garden and had to support our local Brea location! Staff were super kind and attentive, and the interior was lowkey giving fancy - so fun! Ordered the fettuccine alfredo with chicken. I was expecting breaded chicken like in the menu pictures but didn't realize you had to specify that upon ordering. This was a decent and hefty meal! Pasta and sauce flavor and quality were nothing to write home about but they get the job done. Breadsticks live up to the hype, though! So good!

I don't usually do reviews for big chains but been to this location a few times during weekday lunch and always had a great experience! Food comes out quick and servers are very kind and attentive. Fried Moz is def underrated! Ordered it for the first time and cheese pull is amazing and it's delicious. Obviously can never go wrong with the soup, salad and breadsticks. So satisfying and filling. I love their chicken parm obviously. Tour of Italy is a great choice as well to have a little bit of food pastas. I recommend this location. I enjoy it every single time :)

    Shrimp Fritto Misto

This is a family style restaurant. Came here for their never ending soup and salad. They were packed on a Saturday. Several tables had birthday celebrations. Our server was very cordial and checked on us often. My hubby ordered the shrimp fritto misto appetizer. It was served with marinara and spicy ranch dipping sauce. He liked it and thought it was reasonably priced. He typically does not eat bread in any of the restaurants. However, when I urged him to try their garlic breadsticks, he was hooked and asked for another basket. He also took home all the left over breadsticks. As for me, our server asked me if I wanted cheese on the salad and my soup. Of course I said yes. Big mistake. Their cheese tasted stale and weird. I did not like it at all. The salad was fresh but was unfortunately tainted by the bad tasting cheese. The first soup I ordered was the Zuppa Toscana which had Italian sausage, kale and potatoes in thin creamy sauce. It was okay. Next I tried the chicken & gnocchi soup. I did not find any chicken in the soup. It was okay too but I could almost taste the flour in the broth. Finally, I tried their garlic breadsticks Pasta e Fagioli. This was a hearty soup with navy beans, ground beef, tomatoes in a tomato broth. It honestly tasted like chili, which I loved. Overall, our meal was satisfying. The service was great! Our bill was in the $37-$38 range, which included the tip. Not bad.

I like this place. Overall, I think the food is pretty decent. Salad's are always plentiful, breadstick's unlimited, and their pasta dishes have been full of flavor. Service here is top-notch. Tim, Michael, Mario...they're all excellent servers who really value us being there. I'm greatly appreciative of all of them! Hard to find decent Italian food anymore, especially in this area, but you cannot go wrong eating at this Olive Garden.

A great balanced meal - soup salad and breadsticks. Love their salad dressing and the endless Pasta Fagiola Soup. Can't keep the kids from destroying the breadsticks when they are like they are tonight - Hot, Soft and straight from the oven.

My son and I both ordered seafood pastas. He and I both ordered the clams with linguine. He got the parma rosa sauce will I got the traditional wine sauce. The meal also came with a soup or salad. Since it was a hot day, we both picked salad. One of our favorite parts of the meal was the bread. Not sure if it was on purposes but the bread basket came with both thin slices and thick slices. And don't forget the garlic infused butter. So yumm! As for parking, the restaurant is in a small strip center and only a few stores were open when we arrived so there was plenty of parking.

Date of visit: Sep 8, 2026…read more What a disappointing birthday dinner. I came here with high hopes of finding one of those hidden-gem, hole-in-the-wall Italian places, but unfortunately, it all ended up blowing up in my face. The biggest problem was simple: everything--from the soup to the main dishes--was way too salty. We were a party of six, and three of us ordered pasta with the garlic cream sauce: the Pescatore, Shrimp & Scallop, and Clam. The sauce wasn't thickened enough, so it was much too soupy for a pasta dish, and the taste of white wine was very prominent. The garlic cream sauce was salty too, although nowhere near as crazy salty as the Chicken Piccata, Tortellini Giovanni, and Minestrone. Chicken Piccata: Like everything else we tried, this dish was just way too salty. The lemon-butter sauce was completely overwhelmed by the capers, and eating it honestly felt like shoveling forkfuls of salt into my mouth. The only saving grace was the chicken itself, which was cooked well and had a nice golden-brown exterior. Tortellini Giovanni: Just okay. I've definitely had better. The cheese filling inside the tortellini wasn't particularly good, although the Italian sausage was pretty tasty. The more I ate, though, the saltier, heavier, and oilier the dish seemed to get. Overall, there was really nothing special about it. Minestrone: SO salty that I couldn't even finish it. I'm not sure if this is simply their recipe or if the soup had been refrigerated and reheated to the point where some of the water had evaporated, leaving the salt increasingly concentrated. It's too bad because the underlying flavor was actually there--it was just completely ruined by the amount of salt. Pizza: Just okay. The dough wasn't bad, and I actually liked that it had some chewiness to it. But for the price, I'd rather go somewhere else. I really wanted to love this place, especially since this was my birthday dinner. I wasn't expecting fancy or perfect--I was hoping for a charming little hole-in-the-wall with really good, comforting Italian food. Unfortunately, we left super disappointed.

Our server Brian was exceptional from the get-go. Attentive, personable, and genuinely accommodating. He's the kind of server that really enhances the whole dining experience. As for the food, we went with the sautéed mushrooms to start, which were buttery, satiating and just done right. Then, came the Shrimp Scampi & Scallops in pink sauce (which was highly recommended by Brian), and honestly, that dish alone is worth the drive to this establishment. The pink sauce had this beautiful balance between the creaminess and the tanginess of marinara, in addition to the shrimp and scallops that were cooked perfectly, without a rubbery texture. Please try the pink sauce. We also ordered the Veal Parmesan, which had a bit of the crispy ends (as the veal was very thin), but still had the factors of a well-cooked dish. Everything definitely tasted like it was made with care, not hastily (even though we got there pretty late). It is also located within a plaza, so parking is plentiful. So, if you're looking for solid, honest Italian food in the area, Fratellino's is the answer. I can't wait to go back to try the other dishes. A++

This is a tough review to write because it appears to be a family-run business, but hopefully the criticism is taken constructively. From the moment we walked in, the experience felt unwelcoming. There didn't seem to be a host or anyone greeting customers. We stood there somewhat aimlessly while employees behind the counter looked over at us without really acknowledging us or explaining where to go. One particularly strange thing we noticed was customers being turned away at the door and told there would be a wait, despite several tables appearing to be open. Then, about five minutes later, another couple walked in and was seated without any issue. Maybe there was an explanation for it, but from a customer's perspective, it was confusing and came across as very inconsistent. Unfortunately, the meal didn't improve things. The food was very bland and lacked the flavor I would expect from a good Italian restaurant. The bread we received tasted stale and was noticeably burnt. For comparison, I would honestly put the overall food quality below what you would expect from Olive Garden. Table service was almost nonexistent. Getting assistance throughout the meal was difficult, and even trying to pay the bill and leave felt like a journey. What concerned me even more was seeing several other customers spoken to in a way that came across as unnecessarily rude. I really wanted to understand why this place has such strong reviews, but based on our experience, I simply can't recommend it. Better hospitality, more consistent treatment of customers, more attentive service, and improvements to the food would go a long way.

Well, fast forward to this year...and HE was the one who suggested we finally give it a try! We are SO glad we listened to him! The pizza here reminds me of the kind of pizza I would eat in Italy. It tastes authentic, flavorful, and beautifully simple. If you're looking for a traditional thick-crust pizza where you pile on whatever toppings you want, this probably isn't the place for you. OH.MY.GOODNESS. It is SOOO good that we now order a side of it just so we can dip our other pizzas into it. Trust me...you need it! We're kicking ourselves for waiting so long to come here, but I guess better late than never! Thank you, Fuoco, for giving us a little taste of Italy and for making our son's recommendation such a great one.

The cannoli cream doesn't have a citrus flavor - which is a huge win for me, and the tiramisu was divine.
