Only way to start our dinner with our God daughter!
    Val G.

We love Olive Garden and we came to this location to meet our God Daughter for a pre Christmas dinner and we decided to sit at the bar until our God Daughter showed up. Nice bar area and we were all alone so we got all the attention from our great waiter, Adrian. What a great server. Very hospitable and patient as we waited for our company. We started with a bottle of Meiomi Pinot Noir, which we love. My wife and I only got the soup and a fried mozzarella sticks but our God daughter really enjoyed her Five Cheese Ziti. We ended up staying with Adrian in the bar area and the service was great. Refills on the breadsticks and soups. The Gnocchi is always so good. We just love it. Wish they had a Happy Hour, we would come by more often.

I like this location of olive garden Lots of parking since its by the mall We got seated pretty quick within 10 min of checkin on a Sunday night Food was great Pasta was cooked right Calamari crispy and good Breadsticks hot n addicting Service was a let down though - our server was MIA the entire time except for taking our order and giving us the check - forgot to give us utensils, didn't ask if we wanted a refill on breadsticks or drinks, even when we asked for him using the tablet the manager helped us instead.

Unfortunately Olive Garden just isn't what it used to be. I went here for lunch customer service was good restaurant was clean They sat use in the bar area the restaurant was empty the bartender came over to take out orders Took a min to receive our drinks We got out order taken and we waited enjoyed our drink Got our salad and the plates were super hot also the salad was welted and gross I was extremely disappointed Bread sticks had no flavor at all Got our food my fettuccine was kinda dried out with sauce added the chicken was ok It was just not the way I remember Olive Garden being. I unfortunately won't go back to this establishment

    Endless pasta

Endless pasta bowl is backkkkk! I've actually never done the endless pasta bowl. This was the first time for me. My husband always does the endless pasta bowl. I am an insider, and receive the Olive Garden emails, so I got early access to the endless pasta bowl. Woohoooo :) Since this was my first time doing it, it was all new. I love the alfredo sauce! All of my pasta had the alfredo sauce. I started with rigatoni noodles with alfredo, then did fettucine with alfredo. Last bowl, I did angel hair pasta with alfredo. My only gripe is that the alfredo sauce for the endless pasta bowl, is thin and watery. It isn't the usual thick, creamy and cheesy amazing alfredo sauce. We ordered endless alfredo for dipping the breadsticks in, and that was the good stuff. I was able to compare the normal alfredo sauce to the endless pasta bowl alfredo sauce, and it was night and day. The sauces were so different! They didn't even taste the same at all. It makes sense though. Why would you use the expensive alfredo for endless pasta bowl? Could be costly. I would never do the endless pasta bowl again. The sauce isn't the same. I'll stick to my tortellini with the bomb alfredo. Service was fine. ambiance was kind of busy actually. I'm guessing many people got the insider email.

For starters the service, I had to wait 40 minutes just to order my food. The drinks were brought first and they were watered down. We ordered a raspberry lemonade all water down. I asked for a salad with no dressing to have the dressing on the side first round dressing was in salad second time I asked if I can have a salad with no dressing ranch on the side again with a salad with dressing in it I don't know why they can't follow directions. It's very easy. They never came to the table the waitress and asked if you want refills part of everything is OK when I paid on the little pat there no receipt I had to stand around until somebody came around and gave me a receipt just bad service all the way around. These waitresses need to be retrained. I will not go to dinner no longer at this place.

My first time at an Olive Garden and had to support our local Brea location! Staff were super kind and attentive, and the interior was lowkey giving fancy - so fun! Ordered the fettuccine alfredo with chicken. I was expecting breaded chicken like in the menu pictures but didn't realize you had to specify that upon ordering. This was a decent and hefty meal! Pasta and sauce flavor and quality were nothing to write home about but they get the job done. Breadsticks live up to the hype, though! So good!

I don't usually do reviews for big chains but been to this location a few times during weekday lunch and always had a great experience! Food comes out quick and servers are very kind and attentive. Fried Moz is def underrated! Ordered it for the first time and cheese pull is amazing and it's delicious. Obviously can never go wrong with the soup, salad and breadsticks. So satisfying and filling. I love their chicken parm obviously. Tour of Italy is a great choice as well to have a little bit of food pastas. I recommend this location. I enjoy it every single time :)

This is a family style restaurant. Came here for their never ending soup and salad. They were packed on a Saturday. Several tables had birthday celebrations. Our server was very cordial and checked on us often. My hubby ordered the shrimp fritto misto appetizer. It was served with marinara and spicy ranch dipping sauce. He liked it and thought it was reasonably priced. He typically does not eat bread in any of the restaurants. However, when I urged him to try their garlic breadsticks, he was hooked and asked for another basket. He also took home all the left over breadsticks. As for me, our server asked me if I wanted cheese on the salad and my soup. Of course I said yes. Big mistake. Their cheese tasted stale and weird. I did not like it at all. The salad was fresh but was unfortunately tainted by the bad tasting cheese. The first soup I ordered was the Zuppa Toscana which had Italian sausage, kale and potatoes in thin creamy sauce. It was okay. Next I tried the chicken & gnocchi soup. I did not find any chicken in the soup. It was okay too but I could almost taste the flour in the broth. Finally, I tried their garlic breadsticks Pasta e Fagioli. This was a hearty soup with navy beans, ground beef, tomatoes in a tomato broth. It honestly tasted like chili, which I loved. Overall, our meal was satisfying. The service was great! Our bill was in the $37-$38 range, which included the tip. Not bad.

I like this place. Overall, I think the food is pretty decent. Salad's are always plentiful, breadstick's unlimited, and their pasta dishes have been full of flavor. Service here is top-notch. Tim, Michael, Mario...they're all excellent servers who really value us being there. I'm greatly appreciative of all of them! Hard to find decent Italian food anymore, especially in this area, but you cannot go wrong eating at this Olive Garden.

A great balanced meal - soup salad and breadsticks. Love their salad dressing and the endless Pasta Fagiola Soup. Can't keep the kids from destroying the breadsticks when they are like they are tonight - Hot, Soft and straight from the oven.

    Chicken Alfredo

I love the Olive Garden at the brea location. It's bigger than many of the other Olive Garden locations, service is top notch, and the ambiance here is nice but could use a bit of facelift, however it still feels homely. When you're here, your family really applies at this location! Depending on the day of the week, you almost always will have a wait on weekends. Weekdays lunch - most likely not! And you usually have the best service during the slow lunch times. My go to's here are the Chicken Alfredo - you can't really go wrong with this dish. Also, the Tour of Italy - for when you can't decide what to order - you get a trio plate of chicken parmigiana, lasagna Classico, and chicken Alfredo. I love how they serve soup, salad, and breadsticks before they bring out your entree. Those go together so well before the main course comes. If you're in the mood for a drink, I highly recommend the red roscato rosso. It's a great pair to the pasta!

We got the Calamari, it had great flavor and fried to perfection and it comes with marinara dipping sauce. The Chicken Alfredo was creamy and flavorful, the fettuccine noodle cooked perfect. This place uses quality ingredients and makes their dishes fresh. We will definitely be back again. Fratellino's is one of our new Italian restaurant.

The one waitress was on her phone when we walked in and seemed kind of bothered that we were interrupting. The location is kind of small so parties of 4+ might have an issue with seating. They didn't have a sampler "TOUR" like other restaurants, and I decided to go with the Fettucine Alfredo with Chicken, Side Meatballs and side salad. This is when the restaurant started getting busy. The salad arrived was less than to be desired and there was barely any dressing. She then dropped off the Meatballs that were cold and I asked to please send them back. Needless to say I was becoming slightly agitated due to being hungry. Then my main dish ordered was not Chicken Alfredo. The other people at my table said that their dishes were amazing. I was like, ill believe it when it comes. I am happy to say that when the dish arrived it was everything that I wanted, and she brought back the meatballs that were warm and her attitude seemed to improve as things got busier and the experience finished very well. I got excited as we walked in because of how cool the vibe was inside the restaurant! Modern and clean aesthetic ... such a surprise! I had already looked at the menu the night before, so I made some suggestions for our party of four adults and kiddo. Our server brought fresh sourdough rolls with seasoned butter. Solid start. We then ordered the stuffed 'shrooms and proscuitto-arugula pizza as starters. Both were very excellent, and was tell-tale of what we were about to experience with our entrees. Entrees ordered were the rigatoni with vodka sauce, the pappardelle with shortrib (two servings but really enough food for at least four ppl!) and the chicken Parmesan salad. Everything was impressive, especially the pappardelle dish. With the beurre blanc and creamy Alfredo sauce with two huge pieces of short rib that were fork tender, it was the star of the evening. This dish is made table-side to ensure that it's eaten immediately. The portions were enough for four ppl, and the sauce is just absolutely decadent. Service was attentive and prompt. They have outdoor seating with a small fountain and flowers by the entrance. It was beautiful. Service was..good..but not great. Now let me tell you why. Hostess and server were very kind. HOWEVER. It took our server 30 min to get our drinks. The restaurant only had 1 big party, a couple, and us. Was not packed at all. (I have personal experience with restaurant management so I completely understand how chaotic restauarants can get.) So here is my complaint.. our server came back 3 times to ask what we ordered even though I saw her write stuff down. Then she forgot our drinks at the bar and we saw them standing there. She grabbed them 30 minutes later explaining she has a big party but served us warm alcohol. At least offer to get us new ones for waiting 30 min and not the old ones you left sitting out. You know? Who likes warm champagne?! I still took a deep breath and tried to give her patience because she was an older server and was very kind. I just wish she didn't spend her whole shift coming back to us to explain why she's taking so long instead of taking that time she's talking to us, to grab what we ordered. When we try to flag her down for something she forgets, she's standing around talking to another server for a good 10 min. Just came off unprofessional and turned me off a bit..to complain to a couple trying to celebrate their anniversary. Will come back for the food and ambiance. I shall ask for a different server next time. (Sorry).
