So I've eaten here about 3 to 4 times before deciding to write a review. First time had pho, second time a noodle dish, milk tea and the third time pho and this last time the new special rib Pho.... I really wished this place was better since I love pho and Its close by unfortunately it's been very disappointing. So saw their promo on their insta about a new rib pho so thought I'd give it another try. I skipped lunch so that I'd be able to eat it all since it looked quite large on their video. Promo featured was buy one get one 50% Off before 6pm. Got there a little after 5 and ordered and was charged full price for both was told it was before 5pm not 6pm. Promo was current and had been posted 1day prior. Person said it was a mistake on the post but it was on all 3 recent posts. He did offer buy 1drink get 1 50% off which I declined. Drinks are too sweet. It's not even about the discount at that point. I just don't appreciate being lied to. The rib pho was definitely a big size with plenty of meat and noodles. The broth however was lacking. It was not as hot temperature as I'd hoped and the lovely star anise and other spices that are usually the best part of pho were not there for me. The bean sprouts given are minimal and half the basil was a bit wilted. If you are the type of person who dumps in hoisin sauce and Sriracha sauce into pho, you'll be fine. The meat on the bone was not tender nor falling of the bone. The chewy silver skin seemed to still be on. I did finish the bowl as I had skipped lunch and paid for the meal but I would not get it again. I can say the service was decent but I did thank the person who brought our food three times and was not acknowledged which is fine. The restaurant itself is very clean and they have variety of beers on tap. There is plenty of parking and covered parking in the parking structure.
Super fresh and large portions. Just about everything is shareable and it doesn't weigh you down when you're full. Service is fast and staff is very helpful especially going over the menu to clarify what everything is. You can dine inside and spread out at the large tables or outside under the umbrellas in a peaceful shared common area. Outside has calm background music
This was my first time here and will definitely be back soon. Very clean and excellent customer service. Bruno was wonderful and made great recommendations. The food was delicious and the matcha milk tea and mango smoothie hit the spot for a hot day.
I learned about this place through YouTubers Bill & Lisa's Food and Travel channel. Great channel to learn about local and overseas eats. Here's what we ordered... Shaken beef with garlic noodles: Noodles were better than the beef, but great flavors. Banh Mi with pork: I haven't had a good Banh Mi sandwich like this in a long time. This fast-food restaurant is located in the very relaxing "Enclave" where you can find other great places to eat. Plenty of free parking. I was here on a hot day, so I skipped the pho and will return in the near future.

This buy 1, get 1 offer is valid everyday from 1-5pm till November 30. The pho currently is priced at $15.70 and they still have a build your own pho option where you can choose noodles (thin, wide, easy or no noodles or egg noodles- egg noodles are $1.50 extra), three choices of protein (brisket, rare flank, meatballs, chicken, fried tofu mushrooms, mix veggies, tendon or shrimp or salmon- shrimp and salmon are $3 extra ) and choice of broth (beef/chicken or vegetarian) . I chose to get mine with meatballs, brisket and fried tofu. They did forget the meatballs in mine but I was pleasantly surprised how much brisket and tofu they included. There were plenty of noodles as well. It's definitely a lot more ingredients than when I first reviewed a few years back. I'm happy with this update! Aside from the pho, I tried their egg rolls for the first time. For $8.70, it came with four crispy pork and shrimp egg rolls. The egg rolls could have had a bit more filling but was still quite delicious. I also appreciate the golden brown crisp of the egg rolls. Overall I was pleased with this visit and planning to be back soon.

The noodles/protein and soup are packaged separately and nicely, no spills! Plenty of parking!
My soup didn't taste like authentic Pho, however, I have been here a few times before, and, their soup is consistently flavorful. I like that I can add more veggies to my soup making it taste and feel healthier. I'm actually very happy with their service. I always go with a group of people and the workers are very attentive to us. We also like that the music they play isn't too loud and we can have comfortable voice-level conversations.
Decent taste and portion size however pretty overpriced. Ordered easily online and got the lemon grass pork. Good flavors and definitely appreciated that the pork was kept in foil to keep it warm and prevent sogginess. The sauces were good and mixed well with the rest of the bowl. Everything totaled to $20 with tip. Plenty of seating outside at the Enclave with free parking in the back.
I've been here a few times before, and had their pho. I am usually not into pho and was always on the search for one that I liked. 123 pho has certainly changed my view on pho. Broth is tasty, personalize with your preferred proteins, add as much jalapenos,mint and bean sprouts as you desire. Today I had the firecracker wings, because I've been on a wings binge. This had nice flavor and the meat was falling off the bone. Was it spicy? No, but I'm not the one to ask if anything is spicy. Service is always with a smile. Food comes out at a reasonable amount of time. Seating indoors or outdoors. Plenty of parking at the Enclave.
I'm a regular here since I work very close by. They are always consistent, food is fresh. I usually order pick-up but the employees are always friendly. Love the Enclave and the ambiance of the area. *I just have to remember to ask for my banh mi sandwich to be cut in half, they're so good but they fall apart!
So I'm disappointed. Now let me start with saying food was good. What I'm sad about is the way I felt we were treated; maybe he thought we don't know . We ordered sat down food came fast. However the expectation of what comes with Pho we didn't not get. We watched other patrons sit, their food came all sides were brought to them. We had to ask. My child and her friend had to ask me can we get a lime, can we get bean sprouts, can we get basil. Why did we have to ask and the others who just sat down around us didn't, it was brought to them automatically. I tipped ahead assuming my service would have been better. We eat out a lot, we are mini foodies we have expectations and they were not met. $94.24 later, I won't go back.
I ordered off door dash so I can't say much about the service at the restaurant. I ordered the dry garlic noodles which had no flavor just oil not even garlic or any color to it. I ordered their summer rolls which was pretty good because of the sauce it came with. I just might come back for these and try their pho but after the reviews here I'm not too sure.
Best Bahn Mi I ever had in So Cal ! I have been looking for good go to bahn mi stop for years and this place is the one ! Radish and carrot pickles are very tasty and the bread was crispy outside and warm and soft inside. Definitely going back again!
I was excited to try this place, especially since you can customize your pho by choosing three proteins or toppings. I went with brisket, chicken, fried tofu, and mushrooms, along with the chicken and beef broth and thin noodles. Unfortunately, the meal didn't live up to my expectations. Overall, everything was very bland. The broth tasted more like watered-down chicken stock than a rich, flavorful pho broth. The chicken was also quite dry and chewy. One thing I did appreciate was being able to add vegetables to my pho, since that's not something you typically see at traditional Vietnamese pho restaurants. However, even with the added veggies, the soup lacked the depth of flavor I was hoping for. The restaurant itself was clean, and I liked that there was a self-serve beverage station with complimentary water. I also ordered a jasmine iced tea, which was refreshing. One thing to note: if you choose to sit on the patio, your meal will be served in takeout containers because their ceramic bowls aren't allowed outdoors. Overall, I really wanted to like this place because of the customizable menu, but the lack of flavor kept it from being a memorable bowl of pho. read more

Water machine in the back. + They've chili oil, - but no chén nước béo hành chần. - Staff don't speak Viet. + Pleasant ambience. + Ample indoor seating. - Often crowded front parking, - but ample rear parking, though it's a bit of a walk. + After dining, you can take an amicable stroll around the Enclave plaza in the back. Came back to try this place again. Service was nicer. I still wish the rare meat was served on the side as it was far well done by the time the bowl arrived at our table. The added rib was a special and nicely affordable. Not the freshest meat unfortunately. I wondered how fresh the meat was prior to cook or how recent the meat was cooked as they gave impression of being past their prime. Good amount of noodles in the bowl. Stuck a bit together so the noodles were left cold for too long before the broth was added. But it was manageable - better than too few noodles. read more

After eating a meal I was searching for something sweet. I ran across 123 Pho. They serve Gelato ice cream by the scoop I did not try the food here that was available. However, I did try there Gelato Salty Caramel. There was no line at the time. I just walked in and ordered quickly to get back at my table where I was enjoying the atmosphere. read more
Rush hour was over and we had the place all to ourselves. The hostess was super nice and guided us on their menu. You order at the register and they bring the food to your table. The spring rolls were good and fresh. Something I would order again. I had ordered the Pho with 2x brisket and meatballs. I had chicken & beef broth with thin noodles. The brisket was thin and tender.i would pass up on the meatballs. I finally came back here after my year when I had to leave the country that when people ask me I just tell people I was "exploring the world". And wow let me tell you I missed this pho. The worker with the bangs and nails (I forgot her name) was also really nice and friendly. I asked for extra limes and she brought them in no joke 20 seconds. New record that I've seen. Popcorn chicken was ok not seasoned. Egg rolls was ok but bland no taste. The garlic beef noodles was terrible tasted like straight oil no seasoning and the meat had no flavor. The pho soup was not so good either. Would not recommend and will Not be coming back. read more

I give the place 4 1/2 because of the noodles. The noodles unfortunately were stuck together making it difficult to enjoy. My girlfriend also ordered the same thing and her noodles were stuck as well. Not sure if they just add it straight from a packet in order to portion it. Service was good they told us everything they love and recommended good food and a good selection of beer. The place is nice and fresh with an open entrance. I enjoyed the place more because of the place because of the ambiance. The pho itself beside the noodles were good. The veggies, protein and broth were as expected. (Wish they had some chili oils. Ambiance: it's a corner spot located in a new commercial area, plenty of parking in front of the establishment, high ceiling and very clean inside Service: the staff is super friendly and patient with questions Food: simple Vietnamese food menu, classic pho with customized options for noodles, protein and broth Pho - *** Wide Noodles, Brisket, Rare Flank, Fried Tofu with Mushrooms in Beef & Chicken Broth, although I like the variety of choices, the taste is mediocre Shaken Beef (filet cut) - **** choice of Garlic Noodles, tasty and tender beef cut, flavorful noodles, recommend Price: moderate portions and affordable prices, about $15~$20 per person for a fulfilling meal read more
We were greeted immediately by the people behind the counter, who sensed this was the first time some of us were having pho and needed some suggestions to put our meal together. The dining room is minimal, clean and super casual. Food came out to us quickly and everything was delicious. Will definitely be back when I have a hunkering for pho! read more
Found this place through co-workers who usually order here for lunch meetings. Located at the Enclave plaza at 190th St in Torrance. It wasn't busy when I got here and just wanted to get a quick Togo food for dinner. It's clean and choices are not that extensive or crazy. I've dined in at 123 Pho in the past and had a great experience, but I can't lie I was a little disappointed with the takeout I got today. I ordered Pho with chicken and brisket via their website. When I arrived to pick it up their staff was very friendly and helpful so 10/10 in terms of service, but the food was disappointing. I was missing my brisket and had only 4 small pieces of chicken in my Pho order. Unfortunately, I didn't think to check and didn't realize the error until I was back at work 20 mins away. Food was good but I wish I had gotten my correct order and that they weren't stingy with their protein portions. I felt ripped off in all honesty. Probably will only do dine-in moving forward. read more

Hubbers wanted to go to the Enclave and "then we'll decide where to eat when we get there." We've only been to the ramen spot, but we wanted to see what other choices we had. There was only one other: THIS one. Decided to give it a try. Walked in and wow, this place was poppin'! Hubbers was torn between the shaken beef and pho. I was torn between the lemongrass pork and garlic noodles with shrimp. I'm thinkin' we better make it quick before the only two open tables inside get taken! (It's way too cold outside!) It's a pay and tip kinda digs. He went for the pho, I went for the pork, got a side of garlic noods, egg rolls to start and unsweetened iced tea and red wine (for Hubbers) to wash it all down. We got our number and sat at the closest table we found. We also got our drinks in no time. Hubbers took a sip and immediately wasn't happy with his glass. Not that the wine tasted funny, but his glass was sticky. That tells him the glass was dirty, so he asked a server (same person who took our order up front) a replacement and the reason why. Off to a not-so-good start. My iced tea was refreshing, though! Then grub started coming through. EGG ROLLS: Oh, boy. Well... this was not aesthetically pleasing at all. (See attached picture.) Kitchen staff must have been in some kinda hurry and just dumped them on the plate to be served immediately. Not sure what the rush was, we weren't even close to closing time. But! They were delicious. Didn't even need the sweet and sour sauce dip - this is new to me, by the way. Honestly, I much prefer the usual fish sauce, but you know... I guess that's how they serve this here. BEEF AND CHICKEN PHO: Hubbers liked it. I thought it was just okay. I felt it was missing something but can't quiet put my finger on it. Hubbers seasoned it with sriracha and hoisin sauce and taste got better. It was a "meh" for me. It's not terrible, but I've had better. Again: it is missing something... SIDE OF GARLIC NOODLES: If this is a side, I wonder what their regular order looks like: it's a LOT! It's a whole serving, a meal in itself! Noods we're tender and good seasoning. And it really stands behind its name: it's very garlicky. This, we both liked! LEMONGRASS PORK: I ordered this with white rice. Like the side of noods, they were incredibly generous with this plate, too! It was also prepped differently from what I'm used to: fried vs. grilled. First thing I noticed is that it's greasy. The entire protein was on top of a pool of oil which completely turned me off, but I had to at least taste it. Took a bite and: redemption. The pork was tender and the lemongrass flavor stood out. I dipped it in the fish sauce and made it even better. (I also ended up using this dip for the egg roll.) Now if only they can figure out how not to serve it so oily! FOOD: 3. SERVICE: 4. VALUE: 4.5. Quality may not be stellar, but they make up for it quantity-wise. Plenty of leftovers for a second meal. PARKING: Private lot shared with others. Plenty up front and back. There's also a structure nearby. I doubt it'll ever be an issue. OVERALL: 3.75. I'll be honest - I have had better, but I'm not ruling them out altogether just yet. They have the potential to be better, so here's hoping they get there by the time my 2nd run comes around. read more

Came to enclave to see what restaurants were open and saw that 123 pho opened up. They had so many dishes to choose from. When you walk in, you'll order and find a table to sit at. Their restaurant is an open area and they have table outside as well to choose from. We ended up getting the shaken beef with noodles and the rare flank pho. They were both really good! I think I'd ask for the onions to be well done for the shaken beef. I would definitely come back to try other items like the lemongrass chicken and Vietnamese crème brûlée coffee. read more

This place is pretty tasty! I had the Vegetarian Stew which had carrots, daikon, mushrooms, and tofu. Great flavor and I was surprised to learn that this comes with noodles so it ended up being more food than I was expecting. https://bit.ly/3tmEbTc There were a couple of things that brought down my rating a bit. The first thing was that there was a small spill of water on the floor along a major walkway to/from our table. I encountered it on the way to the restrooms. We were the first customers of the day right when they opened and there weren't any other customers there at the time I encountered the spill. I stepped around it to avoid it. But on my way back, I decided to clean it up because I didn't want my elderly mom or another customer to have an accidental slip. The other concern I have has to do with the Sriracha bottle they placed on our table while we waited. The tip had a large piece of dried crust from the sauce that I ended up wiping off. Those two issues are easy fixes. Also, service was pretty good. When I asked if the Vegetarian Stew was plant-based, the gal pulled out a notebook to look at the allergens and ingredients to confirm. I would give this place another go. I'd like to check out their pho and banh mi. Great location at the Enclave. read more

Food - The pho was delicious as well as the vegetarian egg roll appetizer! The beef and chicken broth was tasteful. I love how you're able to choose your noodles, 3 proteins, and your broth flavor! The egg rolls were cooked to perfection, crispy! I wish they would put more than one piece of lettuce because it is 4 pieces of egg rolls. I will definitely be coming back to try other things on the menu! Service - Fast, friendly, and efficient! Food came out pretty quickly. Came here around 4:30pm on a Thursday and it wasn't busy at all! Ambiance - very spacious and so much seating inside and out. Clean and nice! read more

I was craving pho and this place came up in the area. Allowed me to discover 'The Enclave'! Awesome little hang out spot with some cool places opening up. Since I was craving pho, that's what I got but it looks like they have a lot of other delicious offerings. Pho (4): the broth was really good. Sort of wish it came out boiling hot but it was decent temp. You pick 3 toppings so I got mixed veggies and 2 rare steaks. The rare steak cooks in the broth so just makes it super tender. You can choose between thin or thick noodles as well so I got thin. This bowl satisfied my craving. Egg rolls (4): these were good as well. I like to eat them wrapped in lettuce so I asked for additional lettuce. Egg rolls were crispy and the filling was good. I liked their sauce as well. Like a homemade sweet chili sauce. Good. I really liked their open feel of the restaurant. I sat outside with a beer (which they have on draft BTW!) and just enjoyed the atmosphere. Looking for lunch digs on the regular. This place opened up relatively recently, and I have been meaning to check it out. In the newly launched "The Enclave", 123Pho is a hit. AND...I didn't even try the pho yet! Ordered appetizers: bao buns with lemongrass chicken, and spring rolls with shrimp. Got a straw mang tea to go with. Everything was delicious. The chicken was juicy and I could faintly taste the lemongrass - not overwhelming, but just a hint. The baos were HUGE and there were three! The spring rolls (and sauce) were on point. Amazing little outdoor food court right off the 110 and 405 freeway. Only above 50% of the units are open. It looks very promising based on the signage of what's to come. I decided on 123 Pho. Reasonably priced and great tasty portions. Have friends and family in Long Beach, so this is a great midway point. Staff was great.
