I am considering that this is a big basketball tournament weekend so the wait is understandable. The order placed to go was for about 5 people. What I was excited about was with this kind of crowd, I would have hot waffle fries no matter what. Somehow, that didn't happen. I also ordered the deluxe grilled chicken sandwich which tasted kind of dry and the tomatoes were not fully ripe and I could taste it. I will say that this is unlike most experiences I've had at the chain so maybe it should all be attributed to the crowd. Do Not Stop ... Drive Past ! This location should shut it's doors! First let me start by saying there were two cars in the line and the lobby is closed so they were not busy. We ordered 2 combos and 2 sandwiches .. no special ordering , no complication. First she handed us drinks we didn't order, we handed them back . Then they gave us an entire bag of wrong food . When calling the manager , we were told they were understaffed and next time to check our bags and we could come back and get the right order . We were told to get back in line and repeat the process. The girl at the window tried to hand us the wrong food again. However while waiting on our food , I did notice that the 10 limited employees at this location had no trouble congregating and having social time . This is absolutely the reason we avoid other chain restaurants and go to chick-fil-a ... however unless you want the wrong food, shit attitudes and to wait for your food ... take the next exit and find another location ! read more

Stopped by this location before going to Terminus Wake Park and was not disappointed. They had plenty of staff for the lunch rush and lines were short. Most tables were full, but we were able to find an open one. The staff was just as friendly, if not more, than other locations I have been to. It's still very new and the area is building, but it is a great location! read more

This is the best Chick Fil A I have ever been too. I came with my mom and we ordered and it came out so fast. Then we sat down and there was a box of candy and a cow. ( it is Valentine's Day) and we were eating and a lady working had a great conversation. The service was great and the music was fantastic. If you are ever around here than I highly recommend here. If there was higher than five stars I would give much more. read more

Typical ChickFilA food, nothing overly spectacular or horrifically disgusting. But unless you want to be late for wherever you're going afterward, don't go to this location. Every. Single. Time. I've EVER been to this location for breakfast, I've been late for work. From previous poor experience, I already knew that it takes upwards of 10 min to get through the drive through, so I decided to go in to order. I stood there for 15 freaking minutes at 8:00am waiting for a menu-standard combo item, which they shouldn't have had to make-to-order--but even if they did have to cook it first, it shouldn't have taken that long! What on earth is the problem here? There were only 6-8 cars in the drive thru, and only 4-5 people inside. During the breakfast rush, you KNOW you're gonna sell a certain number of items. Why not keep them cooked and ready to be stacked together? I should not have to stand there watching other people order, receive their items and leave, or ask how much longer my food will be. It's FAST food, not stand-around-waiting food. Complaints to management don't seem to matter either, as they've been this pitifully slow since they opened. I will just take the thrice-learned lesson here, and go elsewhere for breakfast. Even cooking at home would've been faster. I could understand the slowness if they were completely packed, or if it was not a peak time, but they weren't, and it was 8:00am. read more

I visit the Chick-fil-A Cartersville location and ordered a chicken nugget meal at the drive-thru. Pulled over to have lunch in my car and found someone's long brown hair in my bag on my fries. I went in to return my food and noticed that every employee had long hair hanging out around the food. All hair needs to be put up when working around food. The manager (Linda) looked as if she had an attitude because I brought my food back. Other restaurants will attempt to offer you something else to please you as a customer so you can continue to come back but she did not. I felt like I was being brushed off. I asked for my money back and will not eat at the Cartersville location again. read more

I have stopped here twice in 24 hours. My order was not correct, had to get it fixed . Rude when I said it. Other order was take out no napkins or fork (grilled nuggets are hard to eat with fingers) . Just disappointed in the service. read more

Terrible service. Waited over 15 minutes for food, while people after me were getting their orders. Wait staff walking past me in the pickup line, completely ignoring me. I had to flag down a manager to find out what was taking so long. They "lost" my order, but they could find everyone after me. All the manager could say was "sorry", and walked away. read more

Up until this week I stopped at this location about three times per week. I would go out of my way to do business with this location because they used to be great at customer service. I would get a chicken salad sandwich even in the morning. That is nothing special since I get the same thing at all other Cick-Fil-A's. But the last two times I went out of my way to stop at the Emerson GA location I was told they were too busy to go out of there way to make a chicken salad sandwich for me. Since they don't have time to go out of their way on the occasional morning I come through requesting a chicken salad sandwich, then I will be too busy to go to this location during lunch, dinner or in the morning. I think the owner must have all the customers they need. I find it amazing that the location in Cartersville, GA always has time and takes pleasure in helping customers even with special orders. What sealed the deal and convinced me to avoid this store like the plague is the fact that this morning. It was 10:20 am. I thought I would pass the Cartersville location and try the Emerson one more time. What a mistake. I was to;d I would have to wait for another 10 minutes before they would make a chicken salad sandwich. Despite the fact that they were not busy at all. I used to visit this location a lot. I have not even mentioned how many times they served me regular Coke instead of the Diet Coke I ordered.or sometimes when I order a biscuit only to have it wrong. In fact I am grateful for the smug attitude this location displays. When I think about I get much better caring service from other locations. I know loosing one customer won't hurt this store. But I want someone else to know how aggravated these people have made me. From this point I will choose not to go to this location ever again. read more
