usually great service and accurate orders but today was different--I paid $24 for 2 drinks and a small mc n cheese--they left out my 12 pack of nuggets and my French fries--and gave me a container full of something grilled that stunk up the house when I got home! This place gave me the worst case of food poisoning I have ever had. I was 9 hours from home when eating here. I stopped four times on the way home to puke on the side of the road. I stopped twice in the most disgusting places to shit on pee covered toilet seats. I finally got home and puked again and have a horrible fever and body aches. 24 hours later I can finally keep water down. Thumbs down. I was in line for breakfast. 10-15 mins before it was over. They finally get to my window at 10:34, "Sorry, we just stopped serving breakfast." All would be understandable if your line wasn't wrapped around the bldg, I didn't wait over 20 mins (I could not get out of line), and service at a snails place. Sorry doesn't replace my time or gas. This location is a reasonable pass. There are several other locations with quality service. 3-stars for a chilk fil a should have been the initial indicator. Patron at your own discretion. read more

This place was packed with baseball folks everywhere but it was a fast line. My wife choose combo number 8 the grilled cool wrap and she loves the waffle fries that comes with it. This has to be the absolute worse CFA!!! I have been coming to this location twice a week for the last 3 or 4 weeks. Seems like my order has been wrong more than it has been right. I get a spicy chicken biscuit at my regular CFA. I have asked this location and they tell me they will make one but it will be an 8 min wait. I called ahead and placed my order. When I got there, it was $2.50 MORE a biscuit. I asked why they said they had to charge me for a chicken sandwich and a buttered biscuit. Said the filet was a lot bigger. As you can see in the pic, it is very small. Not sure why this one has different standers than the rest, but I will definitely go out of my way to go to a different one from now on. read more

Unfortunately this is the slowest Chic-fila that I've ever been to. We waited 8 minutes just for 2 milkshakes before we left. Of course the food is standard Chic-fila so no problems there. At any given time there were 2-10 people waiting on food. Btw I am currently STILL waiting on my shakes now 9 minutes. Typical addictive Chick-Fil-A food served at this location, so I won't go into how awesome my fried chicken sandwich and waffle cut fries were. I'll write about the how great the service was and what a weird location this store is in. First we were driving along I-75 headed towards Cartersville and this Chick-Fil-A came out of nowhere. Seems like a relatively new area with a newer restaurants and a hotel, but not much else around; almost like a desert oasis. The service at this Chicken Feel It location was extremely better than any other location that I've been to. At the counter the cashier was very friendly that took our order and told us to have a seat and they would bring out our food to us. Soon after our food arrived at our table and the person that brought it out offered to fill our drinks and asked if we needed anything else. They certainly went above and beyond for a fast food restaurant. read more

We don't live in the area but we visit this location 3-5 times each year because our daughter competes at the nearby sports venues. We've always received wonderful service... the staff is very friendly and the restaurant is always clean. This location is usually super busy but they are able to move the indoor and drive-thru lines very quickly. I felt compelled to write a review after our most recent visit. Our car broke down in the drive thru line! Thankfully, were able to get out of the line and into parking spot. Two kind Chick-Fil-A employees approached us and immediately offered assistance. They asked for our order and brought it out to us for free! The manager was kind to let us leave our car there overnight as we figured out what to do. They made a very stressful situation easier to deal with. We truly appreciate the kind and compassionate staff at this Chick-fil-A! read more

Unfortunately, I have to provide a negative review of one of my favorite fast food restaurants. I have been to many CFAs across the southeast and this location continues to be the lowest on customer service, efficiency, customer satisfaction and accuracy. I recognize it may be difficult to hire quality help but please keep your standards high. Servers need to look customers in the eye with a smile - just like every other CFA I have visited. There have been numerous occasions when the order is incorrect and I have had to travel back to make it right. Discussions with the manager have not resulted in changed behavior. My wife and I like to come in to the restaurant to eat dinner and sit in a booth. There are only four booths in this CFA and three of them are in a section on their own. Every night, at 7pm, this section is closed down for guests. When asked why, the manager states that this is their policy to try to get out of there faster when they close at 9pm. I have never been to another CFA where this practice is implemented. Please keep your most comfortable seating options available to your customers the entire length of your opened hours! This is a real disappointment and the management has not gotten a handle on this and other issues after numerous notifications. read more

However the food didn't earn the 5 stars the staff and how generous they were did. The order is consistently wrong and when it's brought to the drive thru persons attention, she gets an attitude. If you take it inside they are much nicer DO NOT I repeat DO NOT order an Arnold Palmer (half tea/half lemonade) theirs is a grayish color and it tastes like funny water.
