Good juicy burgers with some yummy Cajun fries the best place to eat. The survive was the best they was right on top of every thing they got my burger and fries out in only 5 minutes. I've been here a couple of times. It's your average Five Guys, which is an above average burger place. I've had good service, good burgers in a clean place. Parking is ample here, so no need to worry about where to park. read more

Great burgers, best tasting in town, but $70 for 4 burgers and 3 regular fries is friggin RIDICULOUS!!

My 7 year old wanted to give Five Guys 5 stars! And really, they're pretty close. Maybe 4.75 since there was some ketchup on the outside of the ketchup container, otherwise the restaurant was clean (clean bathrooms too). Wait staff was courteous and attentive. Burgers were fresh and delicious - we all got the "Little burger" since it was lunch time and it was me with our two kids. They ate 3/4 of their cheeseburgers; one with ketchup and one dry. I got my cheeseburger all the way minus mushrooms and onions. To my surprise the balance was perfect. My burger didn't spill out and yet had all the flavors I was looking for! The patty was appropriate sized, not puny like I've found at other restaurants lately. It was nice and fast but not fast food. Enjoy!! read more

Really don't have any complaints about this place.. it was great before covid and still is.. the place(as can see in the picture) is spot.es.. the people behind the counter were super nice. 1 wearing a mask and the other 2 were not but as long as they are vaccinated I don't guess that's an issue... we got a cheeseburger an veggie burger an fries ofcourse, and possibly the best milk shake you can buy outside of an actual ice cream shop... sure, it's not a cheap burger joint but you get your money's worth in my opinion... food is always cooked right and have never had my order screwed up so..... go give them your business... covid is almost over(got under control) so these restaurants need all the customers they can get.. lots of places did not survive the pandemic so reach in your pocket an go get one of there awesome burgers and a shake.. you won't be disappointed.... read more

Me and my friend were very excited to go to fFive Guys today but when we pulled up.. It was closed on Mondays. All over the building it says open 7 days when clearly it's not. I know hours change but why have so many signs that say that and two smaller signs with the new hours. Five Guys was our first choice... instead we went to Freddy's. Well, been going to five guys since 2006 and I must say this is the worst I've had. When this one opened it was really good, but over time my wife has been saying that quality has been deteriorating and I wasn't listening. Today we picked up an order to go and instead of being satisfied by opening the big greasy brown bag it was a big disappointment burger, no pun intended. 3 out of 4 burgers were made incorrectly, the meat seemed to crumble apart, I got 2, yes 2 slivers of lettuce! But what seemed like a whole onion. Ah, and the fries, the once glorious fries, not so much. I mean for $40, when it used to cost $20 back in the day, to get barely a cup of fries and limp soggy ones at that..geez. Don't know if I'll go back, I do know the wife will not, so guess time to find a different burger spot. read more

Nope. Never coming back here. I've never spent so much on hamburgers and fries! The walls covered with reviews claiming this hamburger would have you think it's worth every penny. Wrong. The patty was bland and thin. The choices were limited and the cost were ridiculous. We spent $51 and that was with sharing fries and a baby getting a grilled cheese sandwich and another getting a vegetable sandwich (bread, tomatoes, lettuce, and onion). Seriously? Nope. Never again. I waited 15 minutes for someone to take my order before leaving. There were two workers assembling sandwiches and working very hard, sweat visible on their face! After ten minutes, I asked who is available to take order and was told "after I complete these orders, I will take your order." Due to management failure to schedule labor required to meet demand, I left after 15 minutes and was very disappointed. I went a 1/4 mile to Steak and Shake where I was greeted warmly and within 10 minutes was walking out with a made to order burger and fries. Next time, I will start with Steak and Shake. read more

Five Guys Burgers & Fries. This place is good. I always enjoy my food. This location seems to be just as good as the other locations I have been to. Always very clean. The employees are very nice. If I am not mistaken the food safety score was 100A. Honestly I am in the mood for a burger right now. I may go grab one for dinner. My only complaint is that if you take it to go, by the time you get home the bun may be a little soggy because the burgers are juicy. This is just a pet peeve of mine as I don't like soggy buns. If you eat it there you wont have that issue and this complaint is not specific to any location but it is just how they pack the burgers to go (wrapped in foil). I love how they give you all the extra fries. If you order fries they come in a cup but the amount of fries they give you is like 2 cups worth of fries. You can definitely split the fries with 1 or 2 people. They also have free peanuts you can eat while you wait for your burger but they wont keep you waiting long. They have the Coca-Cola Freestyle machine also. read more

The hardest part of visiting Five Guys is justifying the price to myself beforehand. When you enter the restaurant and look around, at least half of the available wall space is used to showcase reviews about how magical and sensational Five Guys is. Most, including this one, even have a little cork board of index cards where cutesy kids' drawings praise the almighty Five Guys. "This must be the best fast food burger around," you think to yourself, before gladly handing over about $15 for a burger and a cup of fries. Don't even try to bring your girlfriend here, because a "quick bite" will turn into a $30 meal (you could've just gone across the road to Red Lobster for that price). While this place was pretty solid when it first opened, it seems to recently have declined a bit. The number of staff on shift at a time has slowly dwindled over time, which is worrying. Customer service is hit or miss, but for the pesos you're shelling out, it should ideally be amazing every time; if not, then the visit isn't worth the money, because the food by itself sure isn't. read more
