Pretty good food. Restaurant was very clean and friendly staff. The guy standing right outside the front door selling backpacks for poor kids or whatever was super annoying. He was pestering everyone that came or left the restaurant. I'm all for charity and donations but this was a little too much right at the front door of a fast food restaurant. The service was not the usual chick fil a service. There were too many errors with the order. While going thru drive-thru you expect there to be one, or no errors. We stop by here once a month on our commute to/from Phoenix. The resturant is right off the highway, so it is so convenient. The chicken sandwiches are also very easy to eat while driving.....not messy like some burgers can be. Occasionally, as with this trip, we went inside. What makes fast food place 5 stars? THE SERVICE! This is the nicest staff I have ever seen! Each & every time....so I know I didn't catch them on a "good day". Ordered a number one on the breakfast menu. When I paid they asked if I would pull in front of the front doors because my meal wasn't ready yet. I waited there for about 10 minutes, and then the girl that was bringing out the curbside pick up came over and asked if she could help me. And I told her I was just waiting for my food and now I was going to be late to work. I never received my food. I had to call twice to get it sorted out. I don't really see how this place has a near perfect rating on here. Every time I go in, without fail, my order is messed up. If I ask for no ice, I get ice. If I ask for pickles on the side, I get pickles on the sandwich. The sauces I ask for are never given to me. It is ridiculous. As for the actual food, it consists of small portions and a high price tag. The chicken is good quality but I guarantee that if you are a guy over the age of 12 you will probably leave hungry and with a lighter wallet. The business is ran by kids that don't know how to make an order. I did a mobile order and sat at curb side for 20 min before I had to go inside to get my order. Then I had to ask for me drinks because it wasn't with my order. My entire food order was cold so I filed a complaint online. I get a response and was only offered a portion of my food remade. I went back to the location and asked for the manager and was greeted by two teenagers and explained I want my whole order remade since it was cold. Since they were no help, I asked to speak to person above them and was told, it's was the owner and she's only available on Monday morning. Like most, I work, so I asked for my money back and was told no and file a complaint online. For what, to be greeted by the same two kids with the same responses. I called the customer service line and will be getting a full refund. Do not order from this location. You'll be greet by kids who will blame you for their poor service and cold/non hot food. Also most of the 5 star reviews are either from workers at this location or their friends to cover up the horrible service. read more

We stop by this location on our way out of town because it's healthier than any other fast food joint. I love the superfood and get it all the time. I visit this store about once a week: 1. Always good service with a smile. 2. Intelligent staff with good personalities. (personality matters a lot. there's nothing like being put off by the first person you meet; especially an employee you know hates their job.) 3. Clean store in and out including no trash in the parking lot or anywhere else around the store. 4. The food is served in a reasonable amount of time and at the right temp. 5. My only draw back. The bathrooms are not so great. everything is shoved into a little room and its not very health conscious. I took away one star for this because it reflects on how clean the staff is. What else can I say about this place other than I love it. It is clean, the people are exceptionally friendly, provide excellent service and make a great chicken sandwich. I even love the music they play in the place! Here is the real kicker for me; they have diet lemonade. I'm not sure how many people notice or look into this kind of thing but most "lemonades" served in restaurants are loaded with more sugar than soda's!!! I used to work right in the promenade so I went to this Chikfila often. I order the same thing every single time, I waited a long time when they'd accidentally skip over my order, I kept coming back. The last few times I went, the staff and service was horrible. I have never been treated with so much disrespect. We were amongst the last two dozen people to be in there close to closing time. We get it. It's almost closing time and they want to close. We ordered our food and everything was out. How do you run out of food & sauce? We ordered whatever we could and not only did the order get messed up, they also served me plastic in my sandwich. We POLITELY asked them to fix our order and also a new sandwich because plastic does not go in sandwiches and the staff accusingly asks us for our receipt. There was no sorry or anything. She came back supposedly fixed our order but the plastic was yanked off because it tore off part of the sandwich and the order was still wrong. While we were rushing to eat, a huge group of nicely dressed people cane in and ordered. A staff member came to our table and rushed us to leave. We noticed and we watched the same staff member go to certain tables and asked them to leave as we'll because they were closing. But while everyone was rushing to swallow their food, this group of nicely dressed people were not approached, and was not asked to leave. So we felt like we needed to go. While we were cleaning off our table, another staff member came over and rushed us to leave AGAIN. As we were leaving, they slammed the door shut on us. We barely made it through the door. But guess what? They huge group of nicely dressed people were still sitting in there lounging around, and eating. What happened to this place? It used to be a great place to go too.
