I had a very bad experience here yesterday the young man at the window was very rude and disrespectful I had to go and wait in the line for over 15 minutes two times in a row and once I spoke to the young man and let him know that my meal was incorrect and That I did not understand why my fries tasted re-dipped and oily although I specified completely fresh food and I did not mind the week before when I spoke to the young man and brought it to his attention the second time around he asked me to pull up to the cones and as I was pulling up I heard him speak to one of his coworkers and speak out OH WOW Very rude and disrespectful he and that was after the young man tried to accuse me of wanting a whole meal for free not to mention I'd just spent over $28 on two people it was a very very bad experience him and his coworker was very very rude even the young man who bought my fries to my car tried to act nonchalant and rude about things also I did speak with the manager Robin she was pretty nice and I do appreciate her coming out and speaking with me but I will never ever ever go back to that establishment and I'll be sure to share my experience. read more

Had a horrible time at Chic fil a tonight. As we are very frequent customers we love it here... well let me rephrase....we loveD it here. Never again though, I have never in my adult life been so humilated. Of course there was not one manager or even employee over the age of 18 to have take my concern into consideration. They were unable to successfully change a piece of grilled chicken to crispy chicken, then as I stood behind the employees attempting to help me (whom had no idea I was there) called me names and complained about me not getting what I want (nasty names, very rude and in Christian like) I thought this place prided itself on "the Christian way" ha. We have eaten here as a family numerous times over the past few years, and I have never left a review til now. I can not tell you how friendly and helpful the staff are here at this store. Always friendly great environment but the PARKING lot is an issue

Always fast and easy process even with the line extending down the road. The employees never are rude and always are nice. They never seem as rushed as they are. Only downfall would be the play land. Unfortunately this town doesn't have many indoor play areas for children so this one is full often and many moms let their kids play without watching them. Worst chick fil a I have ever visited. About 25 minutes ago I went to pick up my mobile order of 3 chick fil a filets with 2 slices of cheese on each along with 6+ sauce. When I arrive I am not greeted and I wait in the mobile order line. My order comes up after not being greeted and the guy working the station puts 3 sauce in my bag. When I confront him and explained the mobile order had more then three sauce he gave me a tude while putting the others in the bag. After leaving the worst chick fil a, half way home I come to find there is not a single piece of cheese on my filets. There would have been six slices in total that I paid extra for and I didn't get a single one. I then called the chick fil a to let them know how poor of a job they did, Tabitha (the manager) gives me a sob story about how busy it was due to a field day. That's all fine and dandy, but when I was in there, there wasn't a single person in line. This excuse was not even valid at the time and Tabitha didn't seem to care that my order was completely incorrect. I will not return to this god awful CF, and I hope joe cans tabitha because she is terrible at any sort of damage control. read more

The excitement inside you builds as you pull into the parking lot. To walk in or to go through the drive thru? Walk in, you decide. Ever step towards the door makes you hungrier and hungrier. You finally make it to the door and the smell of chicken and waffle fries fills your nose. You walk in and are greeted by an overly friendly worker. You have the biggest smile on your face as you walk up to the counter and stare at allllllll the options you have. Do you want a chicken sandwich or chicken nuggets. Do you want spicy or regular? You want water or lemonade? Or soda? You choose lemonade as your drink, but you can't decide what else you want. You think and think, not trying to take too long so you don't irritate the cashier. You chose a chicken deluxe sandwich. You add picks but take off tomatoes. You order fries. "Would you like large, medium or small?" This is the second hardest question you've been asked today. A large is too filling and you might not be able to eat it all. A small is just too damn small. A medium, well some times its too small and some times its too big. Your heart beats faster and the decision you have to make is just...so...hard. You go with the large! "Would you like to make the lemonade a large too?" You answer yes quickly like you have been waiting for her to ask you. Your total...$8.54. That's a lot of money to spend on fast food. But hey its Chikfila...not fast food. ;) You pay and watch the lady make your drink. She takes the big, white cup and fills it with sweet smelling yellow liquid. She puts on the top and hands you a straw. "Your order will be out shortly, if you'd like to have a seat we can bring it out to you." She has a big smile on her face and you say okay thank you even though you just want to hop over the counter and get it yourself. You walk over to the table you chose to sit at, its clean and looks like a throne just waiting for you to sit upon it and eat the meal of a king. You have a seat and about two minutes later the friendly cashier brings out your food and says, "Alright here we go, is there anything else I can get for you?" You say no I don't think so because you just want her to leave so you can begin stuffing your face. She tells you to enjoy, which you know you will, she turns around and you take the first bite of the crunchy, salty, hot waffle fry. Its everything you've been waiting for. You open the wrapping around the sandwich. You pull it out and put the salty, delicious Chik-Fil-A sauce on it. You slap the bun back on and smash it into your mouth. Usually love chick fil a. So disappointed when using drive through on 12/14 and the cashier would only give me 2 sauces for 2 meals. Then a kid told me that they can now only give 4 sauces per car. What?! Nothing irritates customers more than a company going cheap on them. I was driving in from Denver tech center, and passed arapahoe and lone tree chick fil a. Guess I will use them next time.
