Raw chicken

Received a RAW spicy chicken patty tonight, totally unacceptable, manger was barely apologetic when I called to inform her. I'm so turned off from eating at chick-fil-a at this point.

Always enjoy a stop over at Chick fil a with the family. On our way to a friends house so we decided to eat inside. Food was good, service quick and friendly. Could use a bit more focus on cleanliness, this the 4 star rating, but not terrible by any stretch. Will stop in again if we're in the area.

We loved our dinner at chick-fil-a. I got a chicken sandwich as well and ate it so fast I forgot to take a pic. Lol My husband and my son and I will definitely be back.

Since corona a few of the restaurants/ fast food joints are open. After picking up the kids from school I promised to treat them to chick fil a. That is after I run some errands. We were all hangry when we pulled up to Chick fil a. It was busy peak dinner/ getting off work tiring. Good thing for the app which I ordered before arriving. This was the first time using the app so I deduced to use the curbside option. We sat in the car and the wait was longer than expected. We watched as the other cars got their orders. They even gave me a free cookie for my Birthday Woohoo! The contactless as they deliver food in a plastic bin A+. The kids were stoked! Hopefully next time it won't take as long wait

Service was slow, staff was rude, and food was cold. Also, our chicken sandwiches only had a single pickle on them.

Hands-down great food, great service, great people. Five stars all across the board...and I'm a very picky fast food eater.

The Dubai milkshake looked good and was pretty delicious with the pistachios and chocolate. But it was quite thick and a bit hard to drink. But then when the ice melted, it did get a bit watery. It was still enjoyable. It was quite expensive though as the milkshake was $10 and the chicken nuggets was about $6. For the same price I could have got in a cocktail during happy hour at another nice restaurant. Service was pretty good. We ordered though the kiosk, picked a number, sat in the table, and then they deliver it. There was a good amount of tables, and we watched a horse racing on the TV. I still like Shake Shack and the food and shake was enjoyable, even though quite expensive. I will visit another Shake Shack again, but maybe in a different location that has lower prices. Overall: B-

I decided to stop by Shake Shack, but I was shocked by the prices. I pulled into the drive through…read moreand saw that a burger, fries, and a drink were nearly $19.99 before tax. After tax, the total would have been $21 for a single meal. That is difficult to justify for what is still considered fast food. For a family of four, especially if the kids wanted shakes, the total could easily reach or exceed $100. That is simply outside the budget of many average families. Unfortunately, the customer service at this location does not improve the experience. The employees are rude and unwelcoming, which makes visiting inside even more dissapointing. When I was asked, "How can I help you?" I responded, "You can't with these prices," and decided to leave without ordering. I understand that restaurants have experienced rising costs, but these prices seem excessive for a FAST FOOD restaurant. While the food may be good, I cannot justify paying over $20 for a single meal. At these prices, I will be spending my money elsewhere.

They handle a steady stream of walk-in customers along with mobile orders, app pickups, DoorDash, and other delivery services. Despite the constant rush, the staff always does a great job keeping things moving while remaining friendly and professional. The service is consistently fast, the employees are welcoming, and the sandwich selection offers something for just about everyone. In a time when food prices seem to climb every week, Snarf's still delivers quality ingredients and satisfying portions at a reasonable price. I've been a fan since the early Boulder days, so it's great to see Snarf's expand into communities like Castle Rock. There's something comforting about grabbing a hot sandwich made with fresh ingredients and knowing exactly what you're going to get every time. While I'm definitely not a vegetarian, one of my longtime favorites is the Eggplant Parmesan with hot peppers. It's packed with flavor and proof that you don't need meat to make an outstanding sandwich. Another thing I appreciate about this location is the amount of seating available. There's ample space inside along with a nice outdoor patio, so even during busy periods it rarely feels overcrowded. The vibe is relaxed, casual, and unpretentious~exactly what you want from a neighborhood sandwich shop. Grab a hot sandwich, kick back, and enjoy the laid-back atmosphere. If you're looking for a reliable spot for a great sandwich, Snarf's Castle Rock is worth the stop. Castle Rock is lucky to have one~I'll definitely be back. Patio dining available and dogs are welcome on the patio. Order taken efficiently and she was so nice because she remembered I was taking the sandwich home to my husband so she asked if I wanted the au jus sauce container wrapped so it didn't spill. The sandwich maker had just set the food on the counter after calling my name. That little touch of care earned them five stars.
