It was a little worrying when you pull up to a drive through and see cars as far as you can see.  Luckily, there was a nice lady outside to help take orders, and what looked like it would take forever to only a 5 minute wait.  Thanks young lady for keeping up the flow!  And double well done for being able to take our order with a smile on your face!  The nuggets were a little cool this time around, but the fries were hot and the lemonade was sweet and delicious as you can expect from Chick-fil-e.  I always forget what my options for sauces are so I'm wondering if there can be something to remind me of my options, perhaps a giant sign next to the drive-thru?  Or perhaps I'm being a bit picky.  Anyway, thanks for the service with a smile today! read more

Ordered 14 different meals on one order for my workplace using the mobile app and was pleasantly surprised with the results. The app was easy to use and the curbside pick up process worked very well! There were plenty of parking spaces to slide into and for as large of an order as I had, the wait was much less than expected. They also came through with the sauce!! Only complaints was that they did forget one of the soft drinks that I ordered, and one of coworkers said that their nuggets were burnt, which doesn't happen often. I just had a failure of an experience at this Chick-fil-A. This is a review of the service, not the food. And yes, its a novel lol I ordered food via the app for curbside pick up, which I've done several times. I normally don't order from this Chick-fil-A location but I was in the area. My order: 1. Grilled Chicken Club w/Pepper Jack Cheese, no tomato with a packet of honey roasted bbq sauce 2. Grilled Chicken Club w/Colby Jack Cheese, no tomato with a packet of honey bbq sauce 3. Chick-fil-A Chicken Sandwich w/extra pickles and 1 pack Polynesian sauce and 1 Sweet and Spicy Sriacha sauce 4. Medium waffle fry w/1 packet of ketchup 5. Small Mac and Cheese 6. 8oz bottle of Chick-fil-A sauce 7. 8oz bottle of Ranch 8. 1 Chick-fil-A Filet Grand total: $31.76 After placing my order, I drive to Chick-fil-A and park in the curbside pickup area. It was busy and the drive thru line was looonnnnnngg so I was glad to be doing curbside. I checked into the app to say I had arrived, and began the wait. It took a little longer than normal but I understood because it was a busy Saturday evening. After about 10-15 mins, a young man (I'll omit his name) came up to my car with a bag on a tray (because Covid). I rolled down my window, mask on, and he said "For Tanisha?" I said "Yes" and then asked him if my bottled sauces I ordered and paid for were in the bag. He said "I don't know. I only see one, do you want me to take it back and check?" I think to myself "why not check before" but said to him, "No, thats fine. I'll just check the bag". I figured he would have at least waited near my car and give me a sec to check but he literally turned his back and walked back into the store. My son who was with me (and also a former Chick-fil-A team member) said "Why didn't he at least wait for you to check???" I thought the same, and proceeded to check the bag. No 8oz bottled Chick-fil-A sauce - only the 8oz Ranch. I didn't even get the 5 sauce packets that were requested with the food . So, I wait for the team member to come back outside so I could let him know. I see him walking back out with a bag in hand. I figured, oh they just forgot to put the Chick-fil-A bottle of sauce in the bag and he's bringing it out. This is were the insanity, lack of customer service, and comedy begins. Chick-fil-A Worker: "Sorry, we were out of the bottle of Chick-fil-A sauce. So we put some extra packets of it in this bag." He then hands me a small bag with the FREE packets of sauce in it. Me: I appreciate that. But I paid for the bottle of Chick-fil-A sauce and you're handing me a bag of free sauce. Chick-fil-A worker: Well, you wouldn't be able to get that much sauce for free. Looking at him puzzled, I say: So, do you want this bag of sauce back? Chick-fil-A worker: No, that's fine ma'am Me: So can you either have me refunded for the bottle or substitute it for something else? Chick-fil-A worker: I'll have to go ask. He turns to walk away and then (with an attitude) says "That's 12oz of sauce". I look at him confused and said "Excuse me?? Why are you telling me that??" He says "I'm just letting you know. Its more than the bottle. That's 12oz. They told me to tell you that". I said "Who told you to tell me that?" Chick-fil-A worker: "My manager". Completely dumbfounded, I said "If you are supposed to be about customer service this is not it. You should let your manager know that either my money should have been refunded or the bottle substituted for something else". Chick-fil-A worker walks away again, shaking his head as though I'm in the wrong. I'm sitting in the car trying to figure out how some free sauce is a substitute for a bottle that I PAID for.... Chick-fil-A worker comes back out after a few minutes, with another bottle of Ranch and hands it to me. He again mentions the bag of free sauce and how its 12oz. I again ask him if he wants it back (since he keeps bring it up!!). He said No (again). I tell him to have a nice night and he walks away. I have never experienced such poor customer service at a Chick-fil-A. I'm sorry you seem to hate your job kid. But hello, its Chick-fil-A - Where was the "Its my pleasure" attitude??? To top it off, I got home and there were actually only 11 Chick-fil-A sauces (not 12 like he kept saying). AND both of my sandwiches had pepper jack cheese instead of just one of them. AND no napkins. AND I didn't get the honey roasted bbq sauce either..........fail Chick-Fil-A. FAIL read more

Like some, I have a love/hate relationship with Chick-fil-A. But I have never, ever had a problem at this location. Everyone here is great and guess what, they're super friendly too. A few months ago, the Clown (Ronald McD) next door started offering a Buttermilk Chicken sandwiches. Whoa Nellie, Kattie Bar the Door, be still my heart! Mickey Ds selling real buttermilk chicken sandwiches? Holy Keith Jackson! But no, it wasn't meant to be. The Folks from Oakbrook are offering a half size sandwiches with mostly breadcrumbs for the same price as Chick-fil-A; and it's not as good. They are there if you need a napkin or if you are finished there quick to grab your tray and take it away. This particular location is impressive as they have a children's play area. Parking isn't too bad even though it can get busy during lunch times. The drive-thru can sometimes the line up while going in but is overall okay. read more

One of my go-to fast-food restaurants has always been Chick-fil-A. The inside of the location is always clean and the service is amazing! The workers are always really nice and polite. Our food also came out really quickly. I got a Cookies and Cream shake and a large order of waffle fries. The shake was delicious! It was very thick and creamy, and tasted so good! There was enough of the "oreo" or "cookie" part too (some places always put too little oreo in their cookies and cream products). The waffle fries were also really good. They had a nice crispy texture and didn't seem greasy at all. The best part, of course, was the Chick-fil-a sauce! I always ask for extra sauce when I go, and I never get tired of it. It tastes like a creamier, less pungent version of Honey Mustard. I'll definitely be coming back! read more

This used to be our favorite place to have lunch. It's packed, and the drive-thru lanes go out to the outside of the property. Very popular, and the personnel are usually very friendly. The prices, however, are very expensive. We normally have had good experiences here, but I must remark on the bad customer service for a company that seems to want to be known for their pleasant politeness. We went thru the drive-thru yesterday. I asked for light ice for my drink. Now, mind you, the next door neighbors to them charge $1 for their drinks. So you know that the colas can't cost that much. Chic-fil-a, though? Way more than $1. I get to the window, ask, is this light ice? The guy is clueless..."um, it should be." I get home, suck it down fast, and find that the ice is about 2/3 full! This is not light ice. I call and ask if they can do anything for next time. Maybe a free drink? I think. The guy hems and haws. I finally say, can you check with a manager? He does. Comes back and says, I can give you a free refill right now if you come back in. I have stuff to do. I'm already home. Why would I go back and battle their parking lot and long lines? And me thinking, it probably costs you PENNIES to give me this drink and you can't accommodate for one of your employees that screwed up? I heard that this company as a whole sits at the top. This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I get it, it's a fast food chain, but there's a certain level of customer service that's expected when coming to Chick-Fil-A. Just stopped by to grab a quick bite to eat on my lunch break, and when I pulled up to the window to pay, a young girl with several long braids tells me my total. That's all she says to me the whole time I'm at the window. I complimented her nails, she didn't say thank you. Didn't even look my direction. The gentleman next to her heard me and looked at me, gave me a smile even, but she didn't respond at all. When my food was ready she literally held the bag out and didn't ask me if I needed sauce or anything, didn't say here you go, have a nice day! So then I ask her if I can have ranch for my sandwich and fries... she gives me one ranch which just isn't enough for the food I got, and she didn't even look at me. Didn't say anything once again. Like... okay? To make the experience even better, I said thank you and told HER to have a nice day to which she responded with... NOTHING! Didn't say a damned thing. I'm sorry but if you work in a place that's expected to have employees with a cheery attitude and go above and beyond for their patrons, then the least you could do is say thank you, or anything at all for that matter. When I got back to work, I realized I wasn't even given a straw for my drink. Sad service. Tasty food, so that's why I gave 2 stars instead of one. Drive thru was Daytona fast! Friday, just before 1:00pm, dreading the inevitable wait in line, but hold on a minute--is that two order lanes at the drive-thru?? Yes! Seven cars ahead of me? Ugggh. Excuse me, I didn't order this "doggie bag." I'd always been a fan of Chick-Fil-A. That is, until my recent visit. I placed a drive thru order and waited my turn in line behind another vehicle ahead of me. That vehicle had it's windows rolled down and two (cute!) dogs were in the back seat with their snouts peering out the window. It seems the drive thru attendant couldn't resist their charms, reached out and allowed at least one of the dogs to lick the palm of her hand, undoubtedly smearing saliva. When my turn at the window arrived, I was certain the drive thru attendant would first wash her hands before serving me, but that never occurred. Please don't misunderstand. I, myself, am a pet owner and love my furry friend. In my own home I am always sure to wash my hands before touching food, utensils, kitchen surfaces, etc. I was dumbfounded when I was expected to pay someone else for something I would not allow myself to do. In the interest of full disclosure, the drive thru attendant did not prepare my food, but she did handle the packaging it came in which, in turn, I also needed to handle to have access to the food. All I could think about was cross contamination. Had I not been in a hurry, I would have brought this to the manager's attention instead of throwing away food which may have been very good under other circumstances. read more

Worst customer service ever! The manager Tyler is very rude! I ordered over $45 worth of food and didn't receive my full order after waiting 32 minutes for curbside and the food I did receive was ice cold! When I reached home and realized I was missing food so I called the store back and the only option that management gave me was to come back to the store to pick up the kids meal and just deal with the cold food!! After 32 minutes they want me to drive back to the store?!?! I asked for a refund and I was told no! Unacceptable! I visit this store at least twice a week and there are always delays and small mix ups but today Tyler's customer service was the worst!!!! Highly disappointed!!! read more
