Ridiculous that you have to wait in a stove thru Line instead of curb side service. All the staff say is happy to serve you.

Fabulous team left for college in May 2020. Food still great and usually hot, but service spotty. Drive thru in morning has gotten verrry slow. New hires are not up to the job. Tentative taking orders as well as many mistakes. The same polite and well groomed types of employees but something is now missing at this location. Sorry to witness it. read more

I have been absent from posting for a while but I made sure not to miss this one. I have been going to Chick-fil-a for years!!! I have been to numerous locations!! Never have I ever encountered this before. So... I pulled up to give my order. The associate J (I am going to call her that just because I am trying to show some consideration that I was not offered) says hello. I said hello and asked if I could have a minute to order. She says what is your name for the order? I said my name then I asked again if she could give me minute and she said okay. So I turn and talk to my children to see what they would like to have. Next I hear "taking all day!". So I turn around to the monitor and ask her if she is saying that I am taking too long? She says I was taking to someone. Yes you could have been talking to someone else but were you talking about me. I pulled up to the window to get my order. There was no apology or anything which further leads me to believe that she could have been talking about me. I had just gotten off a 12 hour shift at the hospital and was in no mood to cook any breakfast, but if I could I would have definitely left! Got two salads at the drive thru and they only gave us one packet of dressing. We don't keep dressing at home. Shocked that chick fil a finally screwed me. read more

I love coming here because everyone is so friendly and polite and quick. They always treat you like family here. Every person I have ever come in contact with always talks friendly and polite and will even stop for a second or two to just chat and make sure your having a good day. Im in the Public Safety field and always get thanked for my service and I really appreciate that a lot but I also want to thank all the workers here at chick fil a for making days become better just by being friendly and seeing the smiles under the mask. This Chick Fil a is great. I have never had an issue here. The service is always top notch and the food is served hot and fresh. On my last visit, I decided to use mobile ordering since the drive through line had several cars in it. I easily placed my order through the chick fila app and then pulled into one of the designated parking spots. As soon as I pulled in an employee who had just delivered someone else's order to their car, checked in with me. She returned a few minutes later with my order and apologized for the delay, of less then 5 minutes (they had been finishing my fries). My food was HOT and tasty. I also have high respect for this location after my son hurt himself in the play area a year ago. The employees, and owner went out of their way to take care of us and make sure we had everything we needed, get us tomorrow car and to make sure he was okay after the fact. They even sent him a little gift and invited him back for a special treat to make sure it wasn't a bad memory for him. The staff and owner here are amazing! read more

Nothing worse than fast food that is SLOW...but this Chick-Fil-A is anything but slow! Great service, efficient service, well groomed and gennice staff...this place runs like a well oiled machine. These people really care! I am in the service industry and I'm really impressed. They have service down to a science! Well done! Only negative is the Waverly traffic! We sat through FOUR lights to get out of Waverly onto Providence. Ridiculous! Police presence is needed during peak hours! read more

I went to Chick-fil-A at Waverly this morning. As usual, the service was energetic and friendly. Despite their great attitudes, it's noticeable there's a lack of organization & structure. In the past I constantly received incorrect orders and experienced long wait times. On this particular visit I had to wait 30 minutes to receive my food and was told "Sorry, your order got lost in the system." Unless you have tons of time and don't mind receiving whatever they give you, I would recommend another Chick-fil-A location or restaurant. read more

This is by far my favorite chick Fil a in the city! It's new and the staff is so friendly and accommodating!

Picked up dinner from this location last night and when we all started eating our nuggets (our kids included), we immediately all looked at each other in disgust. The chicken tasted rotten. We cut one in half and it was really dry and not normal looking. So very disappointed in this location. At least this time they got our order right, too bad the chicken was bad. Be careful with your kiddos eating it. We have to officially cut ties with this location because of continuous poor results. It's the worst Chic Fil A we've been to. read more

Second time this week at the Waverly chick-fil-a drive thru, and the second time they didn't give me a complete order. Missing a sandwich in my family's meal. Took 20 minutes to get through the drive thru do to the traffic, so there's no I'm going back. Chick-fil-a usually has drive through done really well, but this is the last time I use this location. Spending 50 bucks should get an accurate order. read more

Wow. Not a normal Chicfila experience at all. We ordered on the app. The food wasn't ready and took a while to be prepared. Service inside was not on par. No one greeted us and one customer needing a refill finally got it herself. The buns were soaked in butter so much it took the breading off my chicken sandwich. I suspect it's just "new restaurant challenges" but it will be a while before we visit again. read more

Went in this morning and ordered for dine in with my son. They took my name and gave me my drinks. I noticed as I sat down they were not calling names but rather bringing out food wandering around aimlessly trying to figure out who ordered what. After 15 minutes I went to the counter and let them know I had not received my food. No apology just blank looks as if they had no idea how to handle. Stood there for a little while longer as they talked among themselves and I finally just left. I will not be back to this location. read more

My kids go to this location almost every morning. The customer service is awesome. Always greeted with a smile no matter how early. And my kids go pretty early. Especially during the week heading to school n work. Thank you for treating my kids awesome. They pass by two other locations to stop at this one. This is their go to. Keep it up. Very disappointed in the management and service at the actual drive up window. I ordered a dm shake for my daughter. The young man taking the order super polite and efficient. I pay one person and received my order from another. Told to have a good night. It wasn't until I was few miles away with my wallet on my lap did I realize they never gave me my change back $17. I called, spoke to someone about it... felt like I need to justify myself and was told to drive up and get it. So I sit in the drive through line waiting to get my money, get to the window and the kid looks at me "like what?" I said "my change???" "Oh" hands me my $17 and NOTHING.... no sorry for your inconvenience ... or maybe.... here the shake is on us... nothing.... so much for the whole "my pleasure" crap. I called after I left, honestly a little pissed and asked for the manager... she politely listen but honestly felt like she could care less. read more

I visit this one on occasion, but the past few times they have been incredibly slow. Today, there was 6-7 people working up front and I had mobile ordered just a medium fries and I got there at 4 pm and wasn't served my food to almost 4:10 pm! and the restaurant wasn't even busy - cmon Chick-fil-A!!! Waiting ten minutes for a thing of fries is ridiculous. At my job, I can get a thing of fries in just a minute. The Chick-fil-A at my college is way faster than this (they give me my food as I'm completing the transaction). And at other locations, even when it's busy, my mobile orders are usually out within two minutes tops. Last time, I waited about 10-15 minutes after ordering my 12 count meal for my food to come out, and the restaurant was practically empty except for drive-thru. I don't understand how it takes 10 minutes to put a thing of fries and nuggets into a bag when no one is there! This is Chick-fil-A, who's known for their fast service. This seems like a McDonalds to me now :( read more
