Can't complain about the food. Its the same as usual. What's not the same is the customer service. Chick fil la has spoiled everyone with their level of service. The line stretched out into the middle of the airport, probably ~75 feet long -- I almost decided to skip it, but figured that theyre usually pretty fast. We ended up waiting less than 10 minutes, we couldn't believe how quickly they moved through the line. They've got a great system down. Our order came out perfectly, no mistakes, nothing missing. I've never been to a Chick-Fil-a before, and honestly I'm not sure what the hype is all about. The only thing I can think of is that since this is located in CLT airport, it may not be a good representation? So the place is packed every time I come. Like people love their chick fil a. However the low rating is because of the over priced menu items- $4.75 for a fruit cup. I wanted to try their famous spicy chicken sandwich, but they don't serve it for breakfast, so got a chicken biscuit instead. The chicken biscuit was very simple, literally only chicken and biscuit, but its tasty, and freshly made. Dont know if I should expect it to be crispy (mine was not). The chicken is real, neither greasy nor floury. My suggestion is to order it with some sauces (no sauce when ordered entree only) so that your biscuit is not too dry. read more

Rebekah, the "operations manager," was the laziest one out of the bunch and chit chatted with coworkers while we all stood around and just stared at our food behind her. When I was told that another worker proceeded to run through the list of everything else they were out of. Unfortunately this location is not living up to the brand's reputation. The one thing I'll complain about is the price increase. I get it that businesses in the airport have to up-charge their price points because of airport fees or whatnot, but as a consumer I don't appreciate paying higher for something I receive equally at another location for the same store.
