Good place for family and kids .the service was great and pleasent and the chicken is delicious

I've never really been to any other location but I like this place. We usually use drive thru and never really had bad experience at all. Staff are always polite and no mistake in orders. After ordering is usually quick. When I actually went in and had luck with my one year old son, staff gave me a disposable place mat that was nice! They have indoor playground kind of thing there. I don't really recommend going, it kind of dark and smells funny... it needs to be updated I think. Other than that, i like their food and service!! read more

Stopped here midway through a lengthy road trip and used the app for quick ordering (as I've done hundreds of times) and received anything but quick or hospitable service. I ordered on the app at 7:18pm and received my food at 7:45pm and that was only after one of the employees literally sitting around (on a stool) heard me complaining to my husband why I wasn't back at the car with our order. I understand an employee with an injury sitting on a stool. What I do NOT understand is why she even clocked in if she's just going to literally sit there and screw around with the able bodied workers instead of at least filling drinks! To her credit, it was she who heard me talking to my husband and asked one of the 6 other employees if the order tucked in a corner was for me. It was. It had been sitting there so long the bottom of the bag was soggy from condensation (I hope) and a quick check of the contents revealed the sauces I requested in the app were missing. Again I ask, why couldn't she have at least put sauces in the bag? I then get to the car and pass out the food to my family, take a sip of my drink and realize the drink was wrong. I walk back in, advise my drink is wrong and am told he can't take it back. I must have looked confused because he then asked if I wanted him to make me a new one. I tried to take names of employees but ironically, none of the ones just standing around wore name tags. I'm torn between being happy I don't live here so I NEVER have to stop at this CFA again and sadness that it isn't my local CFA as I'd save a lot of money if it were. Their system of having someone outside at the window as the person who hands the money to the cashier and the food to the customer is not working too well. One girl asked if we ordered water and we told her no. When they tell us to pull up so we can wait for our order, the guy that was initially helping outside brought us the cups of water anyway. This location was the most unorganized I've ever seen at a Chick-fil-A or maybe they were new employees‍I love Chick-Fil-A but if it doesn't work then fix it. As far as fast food goes, this is about the only place I frequent on a regular basis. I love their flavors and choices, bu the best part is their customer service. Every time I go, I walk away happier then I went in. They do whatever it takes to give you quality food as quickly as possible. This one particularly, went above and beyond. They were crazy busy inside and out, but they still managed to get our 20 party group in and out in less than 15 minutes. 2 Thumbs way up! read more

I'm not sure what this location is doing but it is amazing! Went on a very busy Saturday afternoon and we were in and out in no time! Staff is extremely professional and helpful. Some really good people work here. En route to Kentucky and Tennessee, we stopped at the Chick-Fil-A in Clarksville, Indiana. It was lunchtime, and the place was packed! As soon as we entered the restaurant, we thought about getting the meal to go, but we needed to stretch a little after four hours cooped up in a car. But there weren't any tables, so we just kind of stood there for a second. Then an employee approached us and told us that she'd find us a table, and within twenty seconds, she did exactly that. The lines were long, but they moved quickly. When another employee saw me struggling to negotiate two trays laden with food and drinks to our table, she ran over to help me carry them. Then she retrieved extra crackers for our son, who is special needs and has an extremely limited palate. Ten minutes later, when my son was getting antsy, another employee brought him crayons and an extra placemat. He was thrilled! And so was I, because it gave the rest of us a break. The order was perfect. I mention that because some of the other reviewers seem to have had problems. Did I? Nope. I know I'm leaving something else out . . . I can't think of what it is . . . but let me just say, these were some of the most considerate people I have come across in a while. We appreciated it. I don't care what anyone says.. they always have great customer service. i was about to pull out and some young came up to my window (he did startled me but that's ok) and brought me my parfait. that's dedication for one, two he didn't have to do that. They were about to close so I know they're ready to go. But I appreciate that so much and I had to write a review. I go to the Veterans pkwy location in Clarksville pretty often and they're great! Anytime I've gone through the drive through I never wait longer than 5 minutes, even when they're busy. Their service is always friendly and efficient. Also they've never got an order wrong when I've gone there! read more

I could eat a dozen chicken mini's. Just once, I would like to be able to eat ALL I want but, they are a little pricey for only 4 and being so small. Wish they would increase the size a tad. In fact, I would like to see the choice of one as large as the biscuit and give us a choice of bread for the chicken/biscuit. read more

Okay this is all about a salad and how the "owner operator" Bryan Haag handled the situation. I will not say anything bad about the food we have received at this particular store as it's always been good. I purchased a grilled harvest salad that was so small it wasn't enough to fill me up. It literally had four crumbles of bleu cheese. (see pics) I phoned to speak with the owner about the portion size because the is an $8.00 salad. When Bryan answered the phone I started telling him about my experience not knowing at this point he was the actually owner/operator. He said and I quote, "I'm not sure what you want me to do" in a very cavalier tone. I then said "what did you just say"? He went on to say that he could go back and speak with people about how they are making the salads. I thought how is that helping me. He never once said I'm sorry about your experience or offered any sort of compensation for the salad. I did explain that I had pics to prove the size of the salad. I then asked him to let me speak with the owner and he said "I'm the owner". I was shocked!! I repeated, you are the owner? He then said Yep! Yep! Such a great word to use when dealing with a paying customer. When I explained to him that I could not believe that he had such an uncaring attitude he was silent. Then before I could say "well you've just lost a customer" he HUNG UP on me. I don't know about anybody else, but I don't care if a food is made and wrapped in gold I'll never ever give another cent to a restaurant owner that clearly could care less about me and the food I purchased from their restaurant. read more

This particular Chick-fil-A has declined in service over the past year. We love Chick-fil-A but will hesitate to return to this location if they don't clean up their act and employee standards. The frontline staff won't look you in the eye and struggles to get your order correct. We have cut fast food out of our stops aside from Chick-fil-A, but this location will come off our list. We sent comments to the store via corporate, the store never responded. read more

Not the level of service and cleanliness I'm used to. Litter all over floor, bathroom trash can and sanitary napkin containers overflowing, playground was grimy and broken, ice cream machine not working, no ketchup. No one offered to fill drinks or clear trays. I can do this but usually someone offers. There seemed to be quite a few employees hanging out in tables near bathroom. If they are on break they should put something over their work shirt or at least move aside from so people trying to get to restroom with toddlers and babies can get through. Food came out fresh and hot through drive thru. Friendly service. They have people outside taking orders similar to In and Out when lines start forming to get food rolling quicker. I ordered the traditional chicken sandwich combo with Coke Zero. Brother ordered chicken sandwich and large fry (see below). The only issue was my brother ordered a large fry with his sandwich and he didn't get it. We didn't notice until we got home and didn't want to go all way back :-( I'll update this review next time I get the opportunity to dine in. read more

I went for breakfast and order 4 mini chicken and biscuits meal. When I got to the window they gave me the wrong order (spicy chicken and fries). So I went inside to let them know I had someone else's meal. The customer service was terrible. I told the manager what I order. Then I found out from another customer that breakfast was over. No ever said that in the drive-thru line. He proceeded to go get my order and then gave me the wrong meal again. Chicken nuggets and a half-filled fry. Like what the heck? I can't stand this location. Horrible service. Orders are always wrong. This location used to be much better. Got home and half my food was missing. They wanted me to drive 20 minutes one way to get my food. They didn't even offer to refund my money. Take your money elsewhere. They apparently want to be like all other restaurants. read more

Two lanes to make drive thru service quicker. This chick fil a is on it, and on point. Better quality than most I've had around and the people work hard and fast. The only complaint I have is the sweet tea could be a touch sweeter and stronger, comparable to other chick fil as I've had. Everything else is great and above par for a fast food eatery. I'm disappointed with this location. My last 2 visits have NOT been great. They forgot my fries but I noticed before I drove off, so not a huge deal. But my last visit I ordered a gluten-free bun and it wasn't in the bag and I didn't notice until I got to my location. Also my grilled chicken was the most pathetic, small piece of chicken that I've ever seen. I got the grilled chicken club and there was literally more bacon then chicken! I have ordered check fil a catering at many locations over the past two years. I've even been a chick fil a "Red Member" as they call it for all the business I have brought them. This location is the only location I have ever had a negative experience at. The general manager has been rude to me. He also was rude to his employees in front of me once. In addition, 5/8 times I have been here (or used them for catering), they have forgotten items. The employees are always nice, other than the manager. With the new Albany location open now, I'm no longer going to veterans parkway. read more

I wish I could do this review and not give a star because you don't deserve one! I am so disappointed in this location, especially the manager! I'm visiting from out of town and this was the closest location to my hotel in Louisville, Kentucky! When I placed the order, I was very specific in what I wanted! When I got to the window my order was not correct. I was asked to pull forward while they remake my meal! The manager, white male, came to the car and asked what I ordered! I explained- I ordered 2 number twos and that the sandwich and the French fries to be cooked fresh bc I had a 15 minute drive back over the bridge to my hotel! He said no problem but it will take a few minutes... and I told him, "no problem!" I checked my order once I pulled from the handicap park he pulled me too and the only thing fresh was the fries! HE DID NOT EVEN BOTHER TO REMAKE MY SANDWICH! IT WAS COLDER THAN THE FIRST SANDWICH! How dare you lie to my face... I can't believe the incompetence of this establishment! A simple request with a reasonable explanation and you did even care to put your customer first! As a business owner, I will NEVER treat my customers the way you treated me! This Chick Fil A deserves more than 5 stars for today. I went to pick up some lunch in the drive thru for my family, I get there and the line is literally wrapped around the restaurant and onto the road. Usually I would have immediately said NOPE and chose somewhere else. But while I was assessing the situation the line had already moved so quick. I was back on the road probably 10 min later... this was the most functional, quick drive thru I have ever encountered. This was at noon on a Friday. Add me to the list of others who have experienced wrong or missing items in their order. What I would let slide off my back at McDonald's or Wendy's is not what I would expect from Chick-Fil-A, which is supposed to be a cut above. Sadly, our local McDonald's has a better track record with order accuracy! It used to be a good CFA until the remodel about 18 months ago. It's like they chased away the good people and brought in very meek, timid people. On the plus side, the drive-thru is a well-oiled machine, and even if the cars are wrapped around the building you'll be in and out of there in 15 minutes, if not sooner. But be careful if you dare make a special order. Every time I've made one -- literally every time, meaning maybe 12 out of 12 visits in six months -- they do not get it right. Order the chargrilled without lettuce or tomato, but add pickle? They leave off the pickle. Order the regular sandwich without butter on the bun? They leave off the pickles. A CFA sandwich without the pickles? Truett Cathy is breakdancing in his grave!!! Management has no sense of urgency, and only makes excuses for the kitchen staff. I stayed away for about six weeks, and returned Saturday night and -- true to form -- they messed up the order. Manager on duty viewed my complaint as a bother ... it was all over her face. Worst thing was, the chicken patty itself was tough and lukewarm. I live a half mile from the restaurant, and bit into my sandwich not 10 minutes after I left. Easily the most disappointing Chick-Fil-A sandwich I've ever eaten. And I've had many over 40 years!! Twice I've escalated the issues. Twice I've been promised a callback from the operator. Twice now it has not happened. My advice would be avoid this location, until corporate can step in and do something. Fortunately, there's New Albany - even though it's a bit out of the way for us. But I've never been disappointed at that location. Clearly it's better managed. No mistakes. read more

This place has taken the Coronavirus scare to a new extreme. It's either that or they've gotten cheap....1 napkin or person. You have to beg for pepper packets, salt packets, ketchup, etc. They won't give you refills now for fear of spreading germs and they refuse to give you a new cup with soda in it and the excuse wasn't that they just didnt want to give you one due to cost, but once again "because it will spread germs"! So apparently the people working there that have "germs" that the public should be worried about. After all, we don't touch the cups until they have handed them to you. The Managers and staff seem lost and confused. If this is what their service will be like from now on, I am done with Chick-Fil-A. read more

We LOVE Chick-fil-a, but this one needs HELP. I ALWAYS order extra pickles on my chicken sandwich...not a difficult thing. I have NEVER gotten them at this location. The cashiers can't seem to figure out how to use an ice scoop, so they use the cup to scoop the oce which is a serious health code violation. The manager that works thr drive thru window during the weekday lunch has never once cracked a smile at us, he looks as though he would rather be anywhere but where he is. In fact while most of the employees SAY all the right things their sad depressed faces and demenor say differently. On our last dinner visit we wait 10 minutes for our food and no food appeared. I finally went to the counter to ask about it and it appeared our order got lost somehow. We got our food, no appolgy or explonation though. The Chick-fil-A in the last town we lived in did lots of kids events and special evenings...this one has not done any kid's nights or fundraiasing nights that I know of. For a restaurant in general this is an ok place, but for a Chick-fil-a I am disappointed. read more

What can you say about Chick-fil-A....drove thru as was in a hurry...a line of cars, but moved quickly and picked up my chicken sandwich. It was hot as it was in the special foil bag. Very disappointed! This is the third time our order has been wrong in a row at Veterans parkway location. Ordered a six piece kids meal for my daughter by the time we got home and opened it, there was only four pieces and it would take too long to go back. Last time my sandwich was incorrect and again only received a four count with a six count was ordered yet I am being charged each time for these orders. The time before that order was incorrect and missing sauce. I understand that they are very busy, but come on. Don't give me dirty looks anymore when I keep sitting there to look through my whole order to make sure I received everything. read more

Stopped here for a quick breakfast this morning. Got an 8 piece nugget, side of 'hash browns' and a lemonade with no ice. It was a standard Chick-Fil-A meal. I think it is funny though, this is the only CFA location that I have been to that does not say "Welcome to Chick-Fil-A, how may I serve you?" They normally just ask "how can I help you?" Worste experience I have had not eating fast food. More than nine employees behind the counter, but circus like chaos. I ended up in a group of people waiting for incorrect orders to be corrected. After they tried to give me someone else's food who was waiting, I waited another fifteen minutes, then was told there was still an eight minute wait on my sandwiches. Was provided a refund for only the sandwiches, so I ended up paying for cold fries and untouched drinks left at the table as we left to find something to eat. read more

A few days I went to this Chick-fil-A on my vacation. All I wanted was some chick fil a nuggets. What I got was soggy mess. I tasted like all my chicken had been doused in water. I was terrible and certainly shouldn't of costed 8$. I would not recommend this chick fil a to anyone. read more
