Birthday brownie 8.3.23 I just came in for my free birthday dessert. There was only one person in front of me and we waited 10 minutes to be helped. Not sure why it was taking so long to get service. Placed an order on drive through and were harassed by the staff - the guy coordinating traffic would not let us through. And then the staff messed up our order it took over 20 minutes and for us to go inside of the store for them to start preparing our order. We talked to the manager and was unapologetic and displayed zero empathy for our situation. This is not the service we expect from chick-fil-a. We went through the drive thru and the people who take the orders are 16 ft ahead of the menus, yet they expect you to know what you want to order. They also forgot to give us part of our order. They refuse to put ingredients on items that come with those ingredients. Make sure I always ask for honey butter on my mini's even tho they're supposed to come with them. I got told "we don't put extra on" first off why not? Does it hurt the billion dollar company to put a little extra honey butter on 4 chicken mini's? This evening I stopped at this location when I noticed a white SUV Volvo ordering food two vehicles ahead of me. A Mother got out of the passenger door to open the back door to retrieve a young boy. They walked up to the restaurant door. They found it locked. I assume the young child had to use the bathroom. I asked your manager on the evening shift why the restrooms are not available for situations like this one. Her answer was "our dining room is not opened" I responded by saying that maybe it should be for young customers that need to use the bathroom. I don't know how this CFA has so many negative reviews! We have always had a good experience here... it's super busy but their service is amazing and of course the classic yummy tasting CFA. I wish their grilled chicken they put on the sandwiches were bigger though- sometimes I order the egg white grilled and the chicken on it is tiny! Same with the other grilled sandwich for lunch/dinner. Anyways, love their service. The play area for the kids is great also. It's very family friendly and we go here often and will continue to do so! Order the egg white grilled for breakfast or the spicy delux for lunch! Love their tortilla soup but it's seasonal. I even now check receipts and confirm at the window - guy at the window correctly confirmed egg white grill - but I get home and it's a crispy chicken cheddar biscuit. I am a regular customer here coming about 15 times a month. today 11/15/19 at 11:44am I pulled in to the driv thru and I was behind a large truck in lane 1. what I noticed was a young African American young man employee that appeared to be chit chatting with the truck in front of me, there were no other vehicles directly in front of the truck. So instead of wrapping it up with that customer in the RED truck he signals me to get into lane 2 so he could continue his unprofessionalism. I understand these are just kids and probably don't really understand the value of a dollar. But I do expect some standard of professionalism even if it's from a kid/child. read more

After visiting this location tonight I am updating my review. I originally gave this location 5 stars but it was just so dirty tonight. We went in at 8:45 and there weren't very many people in the dining room. After ordering I went to 5-6 different tables and couldn't find a completely clean booth. There were either spills or crumbs at all of them. I can understand getting busy during the day but this was at night and they were not busy at all and the floors also needed attention. I visited the restrooms and the corners of the stalls had filth in the corners and there was dried pee on the toilet...my husband said the men's room was dirty also. It wasn't the worst thing I have ever seem but seeing as how I have eaten at many CFA locations throughout East Texas I just know this is not the typical standard for this food chain. This location really needs to get their staff trained to keep the place a little cleaner. read more

This was an additional $1.25 upsale the regular meal (instead of fries), and this was the quantity that I received when it came. I was surprised by the small portion. When I asked if I could get a salad with more quantity (to replace) or offered to pay the difference for a large, I was told I could buy another small salad for $2.85. No thank you! Even with two ordering lanes and a person working the drive up outside running from car to car, you'll have a 10-15 minute wait.
