I recently visited Chick-fil-A and loved the service. The food was fresh, amazing, and the service was friendly and efficient. I was really impressed with the speed of service, though. I went to Chick-fil-A on 11-29-2024 at 2 P.M. at peak traffic hours, even though the line was extremely long, the line moved very quickly because of Chick-fil-A's service and speed of service. My only suggestion for Chick-fil-A is to release the Christmas shakes earlier! They are too good to only be seasonal. read more

On Sunday the 1st of December I attended your location to eat good food in the form of the 30 piece chicken nugget with large fries and a sprite. However, I found that the service was slightly lacking and I was delivered not 30 nuggets but 25. This I find to be a disgraceful misrepresentation of what you can deliver at your restaurant, because as advertised I should have received 30 nuggets and yet I received 25. However, the mood in the restaurant was pleasant and the people behind the counter were nice and were able to replenish my nuggets so my hunger could be sated. Next time, I hope that I should not have to deal with the issues as I enjoy going to your location as everyone is friendly and we have a good time at the restaurant. One other thing is about the French fries they were way overcooked and burnt so I hope that the fry cook can be retrained as this is a consistent thing that happens and I wish it not to happen as I like the French fries normally. read more

4/13/2020, against my better judgment, I decided to take my family through this Chic-Fil-A drive-thru since we hadn't been out in awhile. Although there was no wait at the drive-thru speaker, there were still attendants there taking orders manually. The young lady taking our order first coughed into the air, then sneezed while taking our order. I was absolutely disgusted. I typically don't gripe about young people in food service, however, these are concerning times. Either the young lady was sick and couldn't help the potential germs and virus she spread, or she intentionally wanted to spread germs. The attendants were wearing black cloth bandanas, not hardly anything that could prevent spread of this deadly virus. This location, if remaining open, should strongly consider allowing their customers the safety of speaking into the drive-thru speaker to reduce human interaction. read more

I went around 9pm because I was craving chik fil a fries, which are always bomb! However the drive thru doesn't take Apple Pay so I had to go around and inside which was a bit of an inconvenience. Can't say anything negative about CFA. Even located on the side of the High School, they have it figured out how to control crowds and 2 long drive thru lines making wait time tolerable. Sales workers are outside taking your order, where you then move up to a person stationed to take payment. Drive up to windows to pick up food. Always fresh food, inside spotless and milkshakes and ice dream cones are my weakness. Excellent customer service and pleasant staff. Delicious food, delicious tea. You can't go wrong with this place! Despite loads of people showing up constantly from 10-1, they keep up with it masterfully. You might see a long line and think "oh, this will take forever", but trust me it will not take long at all. It's nice going somewhere that you can order 30 nuggets and a gallon of sweet tea for no one but yourself and not feel an ounce of guilt. My muscles are well fed today! service is terrible, me and my friends were followed into the restroom the first time by an employee and the restroom was full so we left 5 minutes later we try walking to the restroom again only to be stopped by the smooth brain cashier claiming we were trying to "hit the vape" i then asked why we were being targeted n my friend said "cause we're black?" to which the worker took a good pause then kicked him out and banned him from returning, then came back to tell us that the reason he was banned was because he called him the B word... which never came out of his mouth. and the fries stale n all the drinks flat and ALL the lettuce brown. read more

ThIs an ok location. This store really misses the bar when it come to customer service. Most of it may be to the fact they have more high school staff in the evening. No crew or manager will welcome you back, they are not consistent on say "my pleasure". The temperature outside was 47, they had the ac cranked down to somewhat below 70. My best friend went in to talk to a manager about applying for a job. The manager at the time ended up making fun of her speech impediment and completely disrespecting her. Before they even spoke she said that if it was a bad time she would come back at a different time. He said it was fine and then went on to talk to other people and do that while she was trying to get details on the position. I cant believe how she was treated. She cried the entire way home on the phone with me. This is probably why they have so many job openings at this location. I will not be supporting this location anymore. Food here is generally good. But tonight 3/18/22, I saw the young cashier pick a receipt off the floor and put it in the bag with the food. I asked her if she picked that receipt off the floor. She said, "yeah." I asked, and then you put it in the bag? She said, "Yeah." so I asked if she would give me new food. She turned to her line supervisor. I didn't hear the discussion, but the way the line supervisor looked at me, I am pretty sure she didn't say, "this customer is asking for new food because I picked a receipt off the floor and put it in the bag." At lunch time, the drive-thrus are pretty packed, and so it really is a lot faster to go inside to order (there's almost never a line). Food is always delicious and I never had a bad experience! This review is for one employee in particular (mind you, they are all awesome, but this young man just takes it to another level). Parker is the tall, blonde kid with glasses. He usually works in the mornings. I challenge you to find a more friendly food service employee anywhere. Parker goes above and beyond to make sure customers have every need attended to and I've never seen him without a smile. He remembered my name after only one introduction and is genuinely interested about how my day is going each time I come in. WOW. I've been a loyal Chick-fil-a patron for nearly a decade but my recent visit on 08/05/16 crossed the line. Without notice they changed the BBQ sauce!!!! Once the absolute best condiment in the fast food category has vanished. This location is always fast, courteous and one of the best locations that I have visited in at least 6 states one it comes to cleanliness. But to take away my BBQ sauce almost made a grown man cry....
