On this visit, we shared the fish and chips and a plate of mac and cheese. I was surprised by how good the fish was. It was moist inside while still being crispy on the outside. The fries looked good, but unfortunately, they were soggy. The mac and cheese was decent, though nothing especially memorable. Our server was friendly and checked in on us periodically. I think the reason I keep coming back is that the restaurant does not feel cramped. The tables are not packed on top of each other, and after spending a couple of hours on a crowded plane, I appreciate being able to sit down and eat without feeling like I am fighting for space.

From the moment she greeted me, Arianna's warmth and professionalism stood out. She was incredibly kind and attentive without hovering. Even though the airport was busy, she took the time to check in on me and make sure I had everything I needed. Her energy completely changed the tone of my day. The food was great but Arianna is what made the experience memorable. It's rare to find someone who can brighten your mood when you're stressed and exhausted, and she did exactly that. Timberline is lucky to have her. If you're passing through DIA and want something great to eat and actually feel taken care of, definitely stop by Timberline and if you're lucky enough to be served by Arianna, you'll be in great hands!

This did not disappoint! Charlotte and Juliana helped me with my order and all of the many substitutions to make sure nothing had dairy or eggs.
