I used to go here everyday for a vanilla shake only to be asked if I ordered a banilla shake but on 1 visit I happened to notice my cup was not full it was 2 and a half inches of cream so I ordered 1 with out cream and the awful cherry only to see the cup not full again so I asked why the shake isnt full to the top and I was told because I didn't want the cream...so no cream on top means no full cup of I've cream??? Woah there, now this Chik-fil-A is GOOD. The one in Glendale was my favorite, but this one is slightly better. I came in one lunch time and ordered a chicken sandwich with waffle fries, it was amazing. The meal disappeared in minutes, it was so good! The seating choices here are perfect, since the weather was nice when I visited, my wife and I sat outside to soak up the sun. If your driving here then the parking lot at the back can get quite full, so watch out. read more

I'm so happy the opened a Chick-fil-A near me. First off, even if the line is really long, it moves so fast so don't be discouraged by that at all if you pull up and see 15 people in line. The staff is always so happy and eager to help you. They give you tons of sauces without even hesitation. They always repeat your food order for accuracy. We were pleasantly surprised to find at the driveup menu board, live servers taking orders instead of yelling at us through speakers. What a great personal touch! Once we gave our server our order, we pulled forward and there was another employee standing at the corner of the building accepting payment. After paying we then drove to the pickup window where a friendly and helpful employee verified our order and gave us our food. I want to give a shout out to the Chick-fil-A at the corner of Colfax and Garfield in Denver, CO, Kevin Brock, the restaurant operator, and Paula (not sure the last name) with Chick-fil-A catering. Our group made a catering order last week. Within a few hours of making the order, Paula reached out to me via phone to ensure a smooth, non-stressful experience. I especially appreciated this, as this was my first catering order with CFA and I wanted to make sure I didn't drop the ball. Both Paula and the Restaurant went, by estimation, above and beyond in every respect. Paula personally called me the day after to check that everything had been fulfilled according to plan. I went there for lunch today, to pick up for three employees at NJH. I have never seen that store as busy as I saw today. I was simply impressed how the workers were able to handle what seemed over 100 high school students at once, plus all others. We ordered three things, only one was right. Normally I wouldn't complain but it was for others. I called up there and the manager was so kind to remake the food. I applaud all employees that were there today during that rush.
