Having lived in Seattle for the past twenty-something years of my life, I've always heard about this Chick-Fil-A. "Oh, it's so amazing!". Almost like a memorable bed-time story that you listen to as a kid, all my friends tell tales of their first time at Chick-Fil-A. Then fantasy meets reality. And usually in that scenario, it always disappoints. Let me tell you, the Spicy Chicken Sandwich did not disappoint. In fact, it was so good, I went up to order another sandwich. It was embarrassing, but totally worth it. The money sauce is the Polynesian sauce. It's sweet and tangy. Also, they come around sometimes and refill your beverage for you and you don't have to tip! Only thing is, they close on Sundays, but if that's the only hang up then count me as a serious Chick Fil A fan. read more

I always feel bad coming here because of the backwards company "values" but the spicy chicken sandwich is sometimes too good to resist when you're in the area. The staff at this location are always very nice and fast. I'm not a big fan of the waffle fries so I just stick to getting the sandwich alone which is plenty. read more

Went over there on a Saturday, was really crowded, but the staff kept things moving smoothly. Manager is fantastic--really on top of things and friendly; he even came over & talked with us and gave us wipes & mints after the meal. Someone came & cleared out table for us as well, which was completely unexpected. Francisco has Customer Service on the brain and it makes for a fantastic experience. Food was excellent--I've only had CFA once in the last 30 or so years when the family moved north and that time did not live up to the nostalgia. Today, it did! Husband said his sandwich was wonderful as well. Only complaint is the layout. If you don't know what you want when you come in, you end up blocking the door--it's that tight. If I could give this place a 0 or negative stars I would. I don't think I have ever felt so disrespected and quite honestly, disturbed with any human ever before. My good friend and I went through the drive-thru on a casual Friday night at 6:32 pm. Before pulling up to that dreadful window we were in the best mood of our lives. Flash forward and we pull up to the first window to give them our (not-deserved) money. They hand my friend the receipt and like the kind and respectful young lady she is, she said thank you. To this, the woman closed the window. and didn't say a thing. We pull up to the next window to get our food. And like the thankful young woman she is, she said thank you again. AND THEN, the man. closed. the window. Disgraceful, repulsive, and a complete and utter disappointment. read more

I like this one because it is close to my house but the service has been monotone. They are saying their greeting lines but they say it bored. Just don't say anything at all! My order took 15min and it was just a milkshake. The server got me the wrong flavor and forgot the straw. When I tried to let him (Spencer) know he huffed and rolled his eyes. He threw my straw down and lugged away! Unbelievable! 2 stars because of reliability but this time the service went too far. I'm sorry but I'm going to have to take my business elsewhere. First free-standing Chick-Fil-A I had ever been to. Nice and generally very clean appearance. Food was very good, which has been a consistent experience for me at any Chick-fil-A. The only problem for me was the management seemed a little over the top. One employee was CONSTANTLY wiping and moving around the flowers on empty tables, freshening up things with his wipes, while several other employees (at the prodding of the female manager) asked if everything was ok, need refills, etc., to the point of annoyance on my part. While we were dining a management meeting was being held in the front customer dining area. Guessing that's most likely not a regular occurence, however they were loud and I felt they should have found a place near the back of the restaurant to take care of business. The whole OCD customer service kinda turned me off to this location. BTW - to the employee with the wipes - check the walls and back of chairs - they could use one of your wipes, it's been a while. It's more than a swipe to the obvious top surfaces. read more

Let us not forget that Chick fil a IS a fast food restaurant. In fact this is one of my youngest daughters favorite places to get a chicken sandwich; specifically The Spicy Chicken Sandwich. This sandwich has a kick to it that will excite your taste buds and potentially make your nose run. The reason I am giving this eatery such a high rating is the service! They have the nicest young people staffing this place with great manners and they are so attentive to the customers. They are always VERY busy, but they manage to take your order and get your food to you quite quick. They even walk around and ask if you want your drink re-filled!! That is going above and beyond. My over-all impressions are that they keep the restaurant clean, friendly hard-working staff equals great customer service, and pretty good food (for fast food). I just have to mention this too.... They are closed on Sundays (the Lords Day) to give their employees this day to worship. If you don't like or perhaps totally love the owners politics/in your face family values that is a big consideration when contemplating eating here and spending your dollars here. #gaymarriage read more

I brought my nephew here because he's a huge chicken nugget fan and wanted to see what all the hype was about. First off, the service was great - everyone was so friendly! Since I'm a vegetarian I ordered the Market Fresh Salad and waffle fries. The salad was fresh and tasty, and the waffle fries were crispy and golden. My nephew ordered the classic chicken sandwich (plain) declared it was the "best chicken ever!" The service was quick and the restaurant was very clean. After somehow managing to find our way to the drive thru, plagued by Des Peres-isites recklessly pulling out of spaces before checking their rearviews! Now when we were reviewing our order the woman taking our order was rather rude. When we needed further clarification for our extensive order, we were met with sass. When we were finally getting our order. The dumb broad forgot my cheesecake! MY CHEESECAKE. How could one forget dessert. I was forced to eat a dessertless meal in my '13 Mazda Miata. Ordered a Strawberry shake at which time the employee asked if I would "like whipped cream", to which I replied "yes". Pulled up to the window and paid. They handed the shake to me and said they don't have whipped cream - and seemed to think that was funny. Also ordered a Grilled Cool Wrap, which was average at best. read more

I may not agree with their CEO's politics, but their food sure agrees with my taste buds! Even if I think the head of Chick-Fil-A is homophobic, whatever recipe he has for his chicken almost makes me forgive him. Plus, the employees are so helpful at this location, whether you are dining in or driving-through. They are extremely friendly and eager to please. Stopped by last night for a quick dinner and we were standing in line and just finished paying for our food and they had already brought it out to us. Our food was delicious as always, fries were cold but they had no problem making fresh fries. Staff was very nice and friendly. Very clean. I had such a great experience here today because of Chris. He held the door for me and my daughter when we arrived, helped me with a high chair to my table, and picked up all the change my one year old daughter decided to throw on the floor. He was so polite the whole time! What great customer service! I really hope they compensate their staff well considering how great a job they do. And of course the food was delicious! read more

I would highly recommend their chicken nuggets, Chick-fil-a sandwich, and waffle fries. The people taking your order are always very nice and polite. I have a tendency to go later at night when the place isn't as busy, and the food isn't as fresh, but it still tastes pretty good. The food that has just been made has the best taste and texture, so I like to go at times when the place is a little busier, so I know the food hasn't been sitting out for long. Would give 10 stars if I could. This is the most helpful, courteous staff!! The restaurant is incredibly family friendly (free cheerios, play area, good kids menu, etc.). The staff is climbing over each other to be helpful (met me at the door, helped me with high chairs, brought food out to my table), and the food is always hot and yummy! read more

This has always been the only fast food restaurant I will let my kids play in. For years, it was always clean and well kept. But the last several times we've been, a serious decline in its cleanliness has occured. Obviously, a kids play area is going to get dirty. But the dirt in there now is the stuff that has just been neglected. Cobwebs and food crumbs are caked into the corners and the cubby holes for shoes. You can also tell it no longer gets vacuumed on a regular basis, as the dust floating in the air is thick. But THIS is my main complaint. We were just their yestetday, a Saturday, at noon. The place was packed and people were having to stand with their trays waiting for a table. At this time, TWO seperate tables were being utilized by a single employee each. A two top and a four top. Both employees casually enjoyed their lunch while playing on there cell phones, completely oblivious to all the customers waiting for tables, while our food got cold and I personally wrestled with two crabbing kids right in front of the girl employee. Everyone deserves a break at work. But maybe not in the middle of the lunch rush and in the middle of the crowded dining room. read more

Every time I go there, I wonder how any of the other fast food restaurants stay in business. The kids they hire are friendly and genuine. Gold-standard for drive-thru service. Even if you see a long line, it will go very quickly. Almost have that feeling of ordering quick so you don't hold up the line. I have been here too many times. I live in downtown and will drive 25 minutes out of my way to have Chick-Fil-A. Excellent food, excellent service. There is nothing fake about this place. Simple, friendly, super efficient.
