When we went, we first ordered the 2x3 tender-wing combo (Level 2 heat) w/ side of Mac & Cheese and Chuck's sauce/Honey Sriracha Aioli; and also ordered the Chicken Sandwich (Level 3 heat) + coleslaw w/ side of French Fries and Chuck's sauce. First piece of advice I would go up with the heat level, we overestimated the level. For someone who wanted heat but not too much heat, level 3 was too mild and could have done level 4/5, same for level 2 could have done level 3. For the chicken sandwich, I wish they could have put full cuts of cabbage rather than minced pieces in the middle; I also think the sandwich could be little more tender but flavor wise, the sandwich is not lacking at all (rating 7.8/10). But they absolutely LOADED me with fries in my box so I appreciate them for that (rating 8.6/10). For the 2x3 combo, it was actually 2x4 (gave extra wing), I personally recommend the Honey Sriracha Aioli with the chicken (rating 7.5/10). If you are a honey mustard lover like me, then Chuck's sauce is perfect, its a mix of honey mustard with dash of BBQ sauce. The side of mac & cheese was above par in my opinion, could use a little more seasoning but I liked it nonetheless (rating 8.1/10). They also had frozen lemonade that can be mixed (strawberry lemonade and lemonade flavor), definitely recommend especially during this summer heat. Overall, I enjoyed my visit here, the service was timely and the lady at the counter was very polite. They give you a little pager to let you know when your order is up. This is a solid option, especially compared to other franchises like Dave's Hot Chicken. They also are on DoorDash if you wanted to have delivered.
