Out of all the chick-fil-a's in the area, I routinely visit the Des Peres one for the service and promotions they run. The staff are always friendly and willing to help and the drive-thru is run well and easy to navigate. I especially love anything spicy-- the spicy chicken sandwich is a favorite of mine. Since they renovated, I haven't had the time to sit down and eat but the new space looks great as well. I look forward to coming by many more times! read more

This is our go to chick-fil-a. We always do orders through mobile app. Depends on the crowd, we will go to drive through or carry out. Kids like their max and cheese and nuggets. We always go for their spicy deluxe sandwich. The restrooms are always clean. Tip: If you use mobile app at least once a month. The operator Dave will send some rewards. I mean we got plenty. Let's start off acknowledging the obvious - this is fast food. However you expect more from Chick-Fil-A based on their reputation. They do not disappoint here. I come to this location occasionally to meet a friend for lunch. Their open seating area is always clean and I really like that they have a nice patio for good weather days. I order using the app with the dine in option. So I go right in find a table and order directly to the table. My order has never been wrong here. They always include the condiments I've asked for as well as enough napkins (yes I need a lot). They deliver the food right to your table and they also have employees that come around to help remove trash and provide drink refills as well. Let's talk food and flavor. Their spicy chicken sandwich is my fave. It's a nice spice level especially with pepperjack cheese added. I mix it up with my side - sometimes fries, sometimes mac n cheese. If you are torn - MAC N CHEESE all the way. BEST in the game! You know that lil crispy part on top of mac n cheese that you always want? It's on top of every bowl! AMAZING. Their sweet tea is perfect southern perfection and I also enjoy their homemade lemonade. It's a bit pricier that a dollar menu elsewhere but you are getting much better quality and always hot fresh food. Fantastically run location this Chick-fil-A always makes the customers feel appreciated. They know they have a lot of business, and they have order takers to make the process go faster. I have never had to wait very long to get to the window and receive my food. I love how they say my name and make me feel like they really do appreciate my order. My favorite order is the Southwest Chicken Salad with Fat Free Honey Mustard and Buffalo Sauce on the side. You can customize what chicken you have on your salad; I usually add extra grilled nugs for more protein. The Kale Crunch Side Salad is also very, very good. I usually save half of my salad for lunch at work the next day and it always holds up. Chick-fil-A holds a standard in Fast Food that others need to be working towards. Breakfast on the go so I got a chicken biscuit and orange juice. Usually their chicken is moist and tender but this sandwich must have been made from the rooster. Chewy and dry best describes the meat portion. The biscuit was tasty and crumbly. Their orange juice is Simple Orange that is pulp free and it's delicious. read more

This is one of the only fast food restaurants I visit anymore. The food is consistently good and the service is friendly ( both a rarity at fast food restaurants nowadays). I especially love their breakfast it's the perfect hangover remedy. The spicy chicken biscuits are fantastic, plump and juicy on the inside and crispy on the outside with just the right amount of spice not too spicy. The biscuits are buttery and fluffy with a light crust on the outside.I also order the hash brown medallions (two orders) to go with my spicy biscuit and a bit of ranch sauce for dipping! read more

I highly recommend this place because it boasts a variety of delights that are cooked to perfection. My chicken sandwiches, for one, contain pickles. And I don't like pickles. But once I remove the pickles from the sandwich, and despite the pickle's taste remaining--the overall taste is incredible. That's how good the chicken sandwich is. Never had a bad experience at this location. The drive-thru can be confusing to those that aren't frequent but depending on the time, they have people directing traffic. Since COVID, I use the app to order my food and someone will bring it out. Food is hot and taste good. We visited this Chick-fil-A location yesterday, and we are very disappointed. Usually Chick-fil-A does an amazing job. We have never had problems with service or with food before from any Chick-fil-A location. This is not one we will be going back to. I ordered a spicy chicken deluxe sandwich only and a chick Fil a sauce. We received NO sauce, only one packet of mayo which none of us requested. My brother ordered a spicy sandwich with pepper Jack and no tomato or pickle... he received the sandwich with pickle on it and American cheese... not pepper Jack. His sauces were not in the bag either. He ordered a Diet Coke with no ice... but the ice was filled to the brim. My sister in law ordered a classic sandwich meals and didn't receive her waffle fries. The workers seemed disheveled and asked me three times what was in our order. We were in a hurry, otherwise we would have gone in to have them fix the order. Very disappointed read more

Came here with my family on Christmas Eve. Plenty of parking spots even though I knew it would be busy with shoppers. Line was short indicating fast service. They had two cashier positions open. Both cashiers were courteous, knowledgeable and quick. After we ordered I realized I wanted to upgrade one side to a Mac and cheese. I inquired and offered to pay the upgrade fee but was told it wasn't necessary, that they'd take care of it for me. Our order came out in about 5 minutes and when I picked it up, the staff member apologized for the wait. When I reviewed the order, I noticed the Mac and cheese upgrade wasn't performed. An employee who was cleaning the dining area came by and asked if we needed anything. I mentioned the Mac and cheese and she said since we already have the fries and they can't return them behind the counter, that I'd have to purchase a new Mac and cheese separately. I said thanks and went ahead and did so. The order came up in about 2 minutes. I asked for some sauces and was given my choices with a smile. The employee who was cleaning the dining area came by on two other occasions to check if we needed anything. We told her no but were very appreciative. Another employee also came by and seemed to be checking if anyone needed anything as well. Dining area was very clean. No dirty tables. No dirty floors. Condiments and napkins area fully stocked and clean. They have new trash compactor trash cans which are nice. Makes sure there are no overflowing cans. The food itself was great. I had a spicy chicken sandwich with waffles fries and a coke, as did my wife. My daughters had the kids meals with chicken nuggets, French fries and apple juice. My one daughter Also had some Mac and cheese, which is a new menu offering. My dad had th regular chicken sandwich meal and my mom had a box of 3 tenders. Everyone enjoyed the food. The chicken sandwiches, whether spicy or regular, are phenomenal. Fantastic piece of chicken, soft and tasty bun, pickles, and I added mayonnaise though you could add many other condiments if you'd like. They also have more deluxe ones with lettuce, tomato, cheese if that's your thing. Totally worth the modest price tag, quick prep time and friendly service. I can never say a bad word about the nuggets or fries. They are always rock solid. The fries were a tad on the cold side but nothing terrible. The Mac and cheese was pretty solid. A little on the rich side. My daughter who is 2 left the bowl spotless. She loved it. For me this is a great establishment. Friendly staff, consistently delicious food at a good price, and fast and clean. I would never choose Popeyes over this place. I hear they lock their dining room lobby due to lack of staff, and are drive through only...and they limit you to 2 chicken sandwiches, which might be cold, and are very likely to be served to you by an employee with a bad attitude and or work ethic. The manager at this location gave us very poor service. We were supposed to get 2 sides of Mac and cheese and were given 2 fries instead, so we went into the restaurant to get the correct sides. Instead of offering good service, the manager demanded we give back the two sides of fries and threw them away in front of our faces whereas usually a manager would've apologized and told you to keep them. She claimed we were getting a deal because the mac and cheese cost more, but it was not clear on the order what side we payed for regardless. read more
