While the food was pretty good, it is DEFINITELY not worth the 1 hour long wait!! I usually loveeeee Culver's back in Texas, but this one was not what I was looking for. The ketchup and ice ran out before we got a chance to use it. Our family of five got our food in over an hour. Vacations welcome new places to eat. Not much of a burger person, but I would definitely go back to Culver's. I got a double burger (not my go to burger) with cheese, lettuce and tomato. It has a delicious bit of a flame broil flavor going on which was a great flavor profile. SO got a similar burger. Fries were good, but I did welcome the coke zero, not available everywhere in Miramar Beach. Service was on the mark, dining area was spacious and relatively comfortable and parking was adequate during down season, could be packed during high times. Came here with my family as we don't have Culver's up north and wanted to try it. I ordered the single butter burger combo. It came with crinkle fries and a drink. I thought the burger was good, not as good as Wendy's but overall good. We also got a side of cheese curds to share since that is one of their signature things and we really liked them. My kids shared a kids meal. Their kids meal came with an ice cream. We learned their ice cream flavor changes daily. Today was the lemon Berry cake. I tried it and couldn't get over how good the ice cream was, it was delicious and refreshing. Overall, we enjoyed Culver's. For two combo meals and a kids meal our total was less than $30 so I didn't think the price was bad either. The workers were friendly as well. read more

Food was good which is the only reason I'm giving 3 stars. Service was horrible. Staff ignored us at the counter when we first walked in and when we went back up after eating to order custard. After waiting 5 mins we walked out without ordering our custard. And it wasn't because they were busy because there were only three tables of customers including us in the restaurant. Visiting Destin from the midwest. We arrived at 8:45p they close at 10p on a Saturday night. I let an employee know that the dispensers were out of ketchup and it was never refilled. Also let her know the restrooms needed a little cleaning and while they did go and pick up the paper towels that were on the floor they didn't freshen up the rest. Restrooms weren't filthy or we wouldn't have eaten here but a little more attention should've been given to them. Burgers were delicious and had a nice crust on the edges, cheese curds were good, chicken tenders were bland. As many reviewers have pointed out, the restaurant itself seemed a bit messy and could've used a cleaning as well. Staff seemed more interested in talking with each other when not taking orders than finding something to do like cleaning. Culver's, if you read this, do not send the same "please reach out to us..." I ordered a delivery from Culver's. And even though the delivery was very quick and efficient the food was cold. The burger was supposed to be a mushroom Swiss. No mushrooms and the cheese was not melted and didn't seem fresh. It was also very small, less than half size of a regular Whataburger. The drink, ice tea, was warm and No ice. It was a bit of a drive for us to come, and I told my dad it would be worth it as Culver's is an S tier burger joint. Drawing upon past experiences, I have come to expect lightning fast service from this establishment. But this time, it moved at the pace of a cow awaiting slaughter. It took about 20 minutes to receive our food. It was somewhat cold as well. Despite this, my dad still proclaimed culver's to have the best fast food burger, so I'll add an extra star for taste. Unfortunately, they brought out fries for my order when i specifically asked to sub in some of those famous cheese curds. Upon reminding them and showing my receipt, the girl bringing out my order didn't seem to care much. I would have gone back up to the register, but there was a huge line that was not moving. After finishing the main course, we decided to add on some ice cream. Unfortunately, this took another 15-20 minutes to receive. Looking back at the kitchen, it didn't seem that staffing was the issue, as a number of crew members just stood around and chatted as the line continued to grow. The restaurant was also quite dirty. To be honest, I was quite embarrassed to have brought my father here telling him he'd have the best fast food experience of his life. Besides the taste of the food, everything was lacking.
